My phone won't save pictures.

My phone got sent of to be repaired by the blackberry team a couple of weeks ago I got it back today and it works perfect its just that now I can't save pictures to either my phone of my memory card a all I have all my pictures and I don't want to lose them neither do I want to loose my music is there anyway it can be fixed?

Given that you've just received it back from repair, I'd recommend you talk to them again...it would seem they did not do something correctly.

Phone won't send pictures since Leopard upgrade

I have a Nokia 6682 smartphone. I use the bluetooth mainly to send pictures I take w/ the phone to my Macbook.
However, ever since I upgraded to Leopard, the phone won't successfully connect. I have tried re-configuring the device pairing among other random things. Still no luck.
Any suggestions? Anyone having a similar problem with a bluetooth device and Leopard?

Phone won't save photos!

I can take photos with my Curve 8520, but it won't save them. When I take a photo, then look for it in the folder, it isn't there. I've checked my memory, and that's fine. I have enough memory on the phone. Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I can do?

Having the exact same problem. I remove the battery &then the photo's I've taken are there.
It's getting annoying though. I shouldn't have to hard reboot my phone to get my photo's.

I'd recommend restarting the iPhone, if you haven't done so already. If restarting the phone hasn't got you on your way to sending pictures again, we've an article that provides further helpful information.
If you still can't send or receive MMS messages
To send and receive MMS messages on your iPhone, verify that your wireless carrier supports MMS2.
Ensure that MMS Messaging is turned on in Settings > Messages.
Verify that your phone is able to access cellular data.
Some carriers allow you to edit your APN (Access Point Name), which may prevent MMS from working.
If you are roaming outside your calling area, make sure you have Data Roaming turned on in Settings > General > Cellular to send or receive MMS content.
While on a phone call, you will be unable to send or receive MMS messages when using an EDGE, GPRS, or any CDMA cellular data network. After the phone call ends, you will receive any incoming messages. If you tried to send an MMS message, you may need to send it again.
If the issue persists and your wireless carrier has confirmed that your wireless account is provisioned2 for MMS, restore the iPhone.

Restored phone won't transfer pictures

I've recently sent my phone off & before it went I did a full back up onto my laptop. Now I've got my phone back & clicked on restore everything apart from my pictures has been put back on.
There isn't an option in my itunes to select or deselect the pictures from restoring & I also have it backed up to iCloud but when I went into there there wasn't even a pictures folder.
Can anyone help with this? There isn't an Apple shop where I live so it would be my phone provider that I'd be shouting at..

most likely something happened with the phones and they are not available for the restore from a back up

Hi can anyone help me? My preschooler put a passcode on my phone and of course has no idea what number he typed in. I have several photos I need to save. My sister said Apple can unlock the phone. Can they do that without wiping the phone clean of everything, including photos? Does anyone know a way to unlock the phone but save the photos? Please help!!

The unlocking by the carrier and unlocking the passcode on the phone are two different things, and neither is connected to the other. As stated before the only way to remove the passcode is to restore to a backup on the computer you normally sync with. Did you ever backup the phone with the photos on it, or haven't you imported the photos to the computer like you would with any digital camera? Phone won't send picture messages

I had trouble sending picture messages..... it'll say "sending" for an hour then later says it failed. I read the forums and I tried putting the phone on safe mode and when I did that, it worked and sent the picture right away. what does that mean? I cant get out of safe mode ever then?? help..

Rebooting the phone automatically starts it in normal mode even if you had it in safe mode prior.

My iPhone 4 refuses to save pictures and at some instances, delete my existing pictures. I take a picture, and then go to camera roll and look, but it doesn't show up. The same thing happens when I try to screenshot things; it won't save.

My iPhone 4 is severely making me mad. It won't save any pictures I take. I will take the picture, then go to view it in the Camera Roll, and it just won't be there. The same thing occurs when screen shotting things on my iPhone. Some times it won't even let me delete the existing pictures I had on my phone before this all happened. I will click delelte, then it will pause, and eventually close me out of the photos app. However, when I go to settings, it says I have 440MB of pictures on here somewhere. But I can oly see 3 pictures in the camera roll. Also, it says in the camera roll app that it is 'Restoring...' then just sits and loads and won't restore anything at all. HELP ME PLEASE. I have iOS 7.1 currently installed.

Have you Tried Clearing the The Cache in the Camera or Gallery in your Applications Area.. Go to Settings--> Applications--> Manage Applications--> Select All--> Clear the Cache in Both the Camera & Gallery Clearing the Data however might Clear you Pictures in your Gallery but if your Ok with it Give it a Shot,

Mountian lion won't save my deskotp picture

Mountian lion won't save my deskotp picture, every time I restart It goes back to the defualt galaxy photo.
What gives?

Ditto here. Same thing for any changes to the programs in the dock after a restart or log-off. Very frustrating.

Photostream when enabled will only add photos from the camera roll that were taken post photostream activation. (Photostream does not currently share video)
You should connect your device to your computer with a USB cable and import any photos taken pre-activation manually.

We need to get your pictures working! Do you have the data connection turned off? Do you have MMS turned on? You can check by going to: Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging. Let us know!

RESOLVED!!! I logged on to my Straight Talk online account, and did a Tech Chat. They immediately gave me a direct phone number and a Reference PIN number and asked me to contact their iPhone specialty support. I called (of course the gentleman's accent was very difficult for me to understand, but managed with asking continually for clarity). He walked me through several tests, setting changes and had me get on my wifi to obtain the latest APN settings. None of his efforts worked ad it was obviously NOT my Straight Talk iPhone 5, 64GB CDMA (no SIM) - it was something with their setting on their end on my account. I was placed on hold a few times and he would come back on to have me try to get on Safari and even Google... after the 3rd on-hold, he returned and asked me to try to use my data again without the wifi turned on and BINGO it worked... I still do not have my wifi turned on and I'm still receiving texts from YESTERDAY too while I was away from wifi service. IF you come across this issue - please call Straight Talk and/or log on to your Straight Talk online account and talk to an online customer service representative and get their direct line phone number for iPhone support and have your Reference PIN number available. Good Luck
