I bought am iPhone 5s and an iPad Air. The photos on my iPhone 4 are not transferring from the backup.

Photos contained in your iPhone backup cannot be restored on an iPad, but they should restore to your iPhone.

The iPhone has a closed file system and you would not be able to download files to it. There have also not been any identified virus/malware that can successfully get into the iPhone. You should be fine.

I am having a problem transferring phots from my Canon Rebel xti to my ipad 2. I am using the USB connection kit but not photos are transferring. Am I forgetting to do something?

If your camera supports both PTP and Mass Storage Device modes, it may be necessary to use both modes to import all media content.
If some files do not import as expected using one mode, try switching to the other mode and importing again.

Photo stream not syncing to other devices

I have an iPhone, iPad and Macbook but can not get my photo streams to sync on all my devices. Example I have 5 different streams on my phone but they are not visible on my macbook and iPad

I'm having almost a similar issue with my two iDevices. I have an iPad 3 and an iPhone 6 Plus and both of them have exactly the same settings for iCloud as well as "Photos & Camera". Photo Stream is enabled on both devices.
But when I go to "Photos -> Albums -> My Photo Stream" or simply in the main Photos Section, I cannot see all my previous photos and videos on my iPhone. However, on my iPad, I can see each and every photo and video perfectly without any hassle.
I really hope to get some help on this issue.

Existing photos when a device's photo stream is turned on do not sync to photo stream. Only subsequent photos are added to the stream.
For existing photos, you must sync them to a computer via itunes setup.

HT204022 My Photostream photos are not deleted on one device

When I open Photo stream on my iPhone it has 1000+ photos. These were added automatically by iPhoto - but since they were added there they were deleted (from Photo stream) in iPhoto as well. But those 1000+ pics still apprear in Photo stream on my phone.

In the Event mode use the View ➙ Sort ➙ By Date ➙ Decending menu option. Then the latest imports will be near the top of the Event window (depending on when the photos were taken of course).

Camera photos broken when sent to other devices

The photos which i click on my Curve 9380 are not displayed in other devices. I transferred the pics through Bluetooth to my Samsung Galaxy Ace(Android) as well Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Android). The images appeared as broken or "Unable to load". Please help me rectify this problem.

As mentioned, you need to use Acrobat to attach files to a PDF.
The Attachment Panel in Acrobat is kinda buried, the screen capture below shows how to activate the Attachment tool to the Navigation Panel
Then you can select tool, select paper clip icon to add files (not a folder). Attached files are included with the master PDF.

Connect your devices to the computer with the USB cable (one device at a time) and import the photos via iPhoto or Image Capture.
If you have not changed any default settings on your computer, iPhoto will automatically launch when you plug in the device. Then follow the import prompts.

I'm just clarifying here. It sounds like you are using iTunes to sync your iPhone, which is fine, but iTunes isn't built to remove the photos off your phone and put them on your computer. Try opening iPhoto and importing all your photos there.

It sounds like some of your photos are over 30 days old.

I see different photos in My Photo Stream on each of my devices.
Your device will keep up to 1000 photos, even if they are older than 30 days. Photos older than 30 days are removed from the iCloud server, so all devices may not have the same photos, depending on when you enabled My Photo Stream.
You may want to sync the older photos through iTunes to get them on your new iPad mini.

Photos are not syncing for some reason.

Photos taken on my Treo 755p are not transferring to my computer. They used to transfer to the 'Palm' folder under 'My Pictures' on Windows XP. The transfer used to occur with no problem...but I'm currently not having any luck. I went so far as to backup my Palm files, delete the Palm Desktop software, re-install it and then HotSync the new software with my phone. Does anyone have any tips???

The downloadable versions of Palm Desktop don't include a Media conduit (though I think the 6.2.2 version does, but it's for Vista users).
You should be using the version that came with your installation disk to get the Media conduit.
You can use version 6.2.2 on an XP box, but I feel it's a "less-capable" version than 4.2
