My Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 will not crop photos as it did in the past. When I use the crop tool, the photo is changed to the size of a dot and is unrecognizable. Can this be fixed?

You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad

At the far left of the options bar is a tiny triangle. Click it and choose Reset Tool and see if that helps.

I own the businesses, so there are no restrictions. Even my personal page has the same problem. I've been working on FB for years with no access problems. Ironically, the problem started the day the FB IPO went public. At first, the "freeze" happened when I tried to view a photo. Now it happens virtually every time I try to do anything: view a friend's page, try to use "chat."
I'm at a loss. I would view it as a blessing, except that too many of my "friends" and family only use FB to communicate. I'm afraid that's how the world is today, and we can't turn back the clock.

Yes, if the system requirements do not include XP then an XP machine will not be able to use it.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and everytime I press editor it just keeps telling me to sign in to my adobe account, I have signed on multiple times and it just will not open up to allow me to edit my photos on my computer, why could this be?

I have just puchased Elements 9 tried to load it into my computer with Vista it will not autorun, when I try to load it thro "my computer" i am asked if I want to format a blank disc. Whats gone wrong.

Try going to Computer and right-clicking on the CD drive icon.
Then choose open or run.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 for Mac will not install

I have downloaded a test version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 but when I come to hit the install button nothing happens. I have updated Adobe Air and Application Manager and I am on Mac OS 10.8.2, any ideas?

Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 will not print correctly

When I first got this version of Elements, it worked fine when I was printing.
But for most of this year, every time I try to print a file, it only uses the middle of the page. It doesn't matter if I am using portait or landscape orientation, scaled to fit or original image size, etc. I have tried many things to get it to print as it should, but I'm at a loss.
Other programs print just fine.
I am using Windows 7 on a Dell Inspiron.
Thanks for any help! I searched google for this, but also came up empty. I tried to start a Chat here on Adobe's site, but after filling in a bunch of boxes, the chat window never came up. It's been a frustrating process so far, but hopefully someone here can help me.

Hmmmm, that didn't do it (what you said would happen did happen, but it didn't solve the problem). But I think I figured it out. For some reason, there was a "custom print size" set to 6 X 4. I set that to "Scale to fit Media", and now it seems to be back to normal

Photoshop Elements 13.1 update will not install.

I have tried to install the subject update several times and keep receiving the same error message. "Update Failed. Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before installing this update. Please close other installers."
I can't find any other installers operating. I have rebooted the computer and tried installing the update, but nothing changes.

I found out my problem was related to Windows updates. One of the updates, actually, a Microsoft Office Note Windows 8.1 update, was not updating. This made the computer sense that an update was already in progress and kept other programs from updating. It took Dell Computer and Microsoft a total of 8 hours combined to work through getting all the updates installed properly. Since then I have been able to update other programs including the latest update 13.1 for PSE 13.
I, of course, don't know if your problem is the same as mine. If you are running Windows 8.1 you can go to the control panel > Windows Update > Check for updates and see if it shows any updates that have not been installed. My preferences were set to automatically look for, download and install updates. When the one wouldn't install it inhibited others from installing and I had a backlog of 17 updates.

My touch died and I got a replacement from Apple. I restored from backup, and it installed all my apps. My iBank and Docs to Go will not set up to sync. In both cases, when I enter the numbers it says they are incorrect. They aren't.

My iPod Touch died, and I received a replacement from Apple. I restored it from my last backup, using iTunes. This reinstalled my apps as well. These included iBank Mobile and Documents to Go. I have the desktop versions on my MacBook. When I attempted to sync I was directed to install the device. OK. In both cases, I get to the point where I am instructed in type in the numbers from the iPod screen into the desktop to set up the sync. When I do, i get an error code in Docs to Go, and "the number is incorrect" from iBank. I tried deleting and reinstalling the mobile app for iBank with the same results. Help please.

When you restore one device from a backup of another device, keychain items like passwords are not restored unless you used an encrypted backup.
Try logging into the two apps. Next I would try deleting the apps and redownload resetup the apps.

HT1311 I have two iPhones on my account, but I want each to use a different iTunes account so that the directory for one iPhone does not end up on the other when both use the cloud to sync. How to do it?

I have two seperate iPhones on my cellular carrier, but since I unwisely used the same AppleID for both phones iTunes, the two different users end us seeing each other's apps and directories of phone numbers (when each is sync'd through the cloud).
How do I take one of the two phones and move it to a different Apple account?

To move one of the phones to a different iCloud account (if that's what you want to do), go to Settings>iCloud and turn all synced data to Off. When prompted, choose to keep the data on your iPhone. After everything is off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. This will delete the account from the phone but not from iCloud so the other phone will not be effected. Then set up a new iCloud account with a different Apple ID and turn iCloud syncing in Settings>iCloud back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new iCloud account.
You will then have to go to icloud.com and sign into each iCloud account separately and delete any unwanted data that you don't want on the phone syncing with each account.

Photoshop Elements 8 flyout menu - will not fly out!

None of my flyout menus will fly out. I hover my cursor over the little black triangle, and nothing happens. I click on the item and then hover my cursor over the little black triangle and nothing happens. I click directly on the little black triangle and nothing happens. I choose a menu item and check the options bar at the top, and no other tools in the group are offered. Is there a setting or something that is preventing me from accessing the hidden menus?
