My photoshop elements trial wont download.

I'm trying to download the free trial and it wont work. It keeps on saying its extracting like i already have it, but i dont.
WHAT DO I DO?!?!??!!??!?!

you must have got the .dmg file downloaded in the downloads folder. Locate the downloaded file and double click the .dmg file manually to get file mounted.
Once the dmg file will get mounted you can access the installer and install the software.

Photoshop elements 12 wont download.

Im trying to download a trail of photoshop elements 12 and when downloaded it comes up with the following error 'This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.' what can i do???? I need to instal it asap so I can start my photography course

First I'd download it again just in case the download got corrupted.
If that doesn't work then, rather than using the Adobe download assistant, you could try a direct download from http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-12-direct-download-links-premiere.html. Make sure you follow their instructions EXACTLY.

Having problems trying to install the photoshop elements trial after download?

After the download was complete I opened the Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 folder and the install icon had a black line running through it. If i double click on it a message comes up stating that its not supported on this architecture. I do not understand as its the Mac version I downloaded and my system meets all the requirements. Can you please advise. Thank you.

Keep trying to download the photoshop elements trial but everytime I press the yellow button it just prompts me to install the download assistant which I have already installed.

After Adobe Download Assistant is installed, you can start it at any time and select a product to download at the bottom of the window. The list updates as new products become available to download with the Adobe Download Assistant.

Photoshop Elements Installer Wont Open

Hey all,
I just downloaded the adobe photoshop elements trial. After it had finished downloading i double clicked the only file that downloaded to run it and it would not. In the properties window it says it is a "File" and nothing else. Also in the description it says "Adobe Extractor" but it wont run. When i try to it just asks me what program do i want to use to open it.
Help would be appreciated,

Nevermind it turned out to be a simple fix, i just added ".exe" to the end of the file name.

I'm trying to download Adobe Photoshop Elements trial version and got up to installing adobe Download assistant and logging in with my Adobe ID and password. Help section says it should start downloading automatically after that but nothing happens and in the adobe Download assistant under' All products' or 'Products you may like', nothing shows up for me to manually click to download. How can this be solved?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 - problems downloading

I have Windows 7 on my computer, and Photoshop Elements 12 will not download properly. When I checked further on my computer, it is the Windows XP compatible version. How do I get the correct version to download?

If you downloaded PSE 12 for Windows then you downloaded the correct version. There are only two versions, one for PC and one Mac. The PC version covers Windows XP SP3 thru Windows 8.1.
If you are having a problem downloading you can always try a direct download of the trial version thru the fllowing site.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
