I need the updates because I just purchased a Nikon D60 and my Photoshop does not read the .NEF files produced by the camera.

Do you really mean the Nikon D60 which shipped in 2008? Was it purchased secondhand?
The Nikon D60 was first supported in Adobe Camera Raw 4.4.
Photoshop CS4 ships with Camera Raw 5.0 so it can read D60 NEF files out of the box. No updates required.
If you do mean the D60 then something else must be going on. e.g. are you using Nikon software to transfer files from camera to computer?

Microsoft 2010 exchange not updating my calendar and contacts
I use Microsoft Office 2010 (exchange server) for my email, calendar and contacts. My email on both my iPhone (4) and iPad (4) works fine. However after a software update a few months ago, my calendar no longer updated on either my iphone or ipad.
The calendar and contacts are set to the default exchange setting but neither is updating. I deleted the exchange account (on my ipad only) and then added it back...now ALL of my birthdays and reoccuring appointments that were in my calendar prior to the software update are gone. The birthdays and reoccuring stuff still shows on my iphone HOWEVER, any new appointment that I have added don't show up on either device. I was going to upgrade to the iphone 6 when it comes out but am having second thoughts since I can't get my calendar to sync with any new appointments. I never had issues prior to othe update. Any assistance would be MOST appreciated!Hello Bev76,

It sounds like contacts and calendars on your iPad are not being synced to your iPhone 5, but the data syncs from iPhone to iPad.

I found on mine when the notes were not syncing that for some reason the settings got changed on my iphone to sync to AOL??????? I did not do this and do not know how it happened. After I changed to ICloud and then looked the notes did go to ICloud. Unfortunately, now I can't sign into ICloud on one of my PC's and can on the other as I left myself signed in but can't access Notes as an error message says "problem loading application". All this has been quite frustrating and has been ongoing for about 3 weeks.!!!!
Apple doesn't seem to have a handle on all of this or is ignoring the support network!!! -

on several Windows 7 Clients the update/refresh of the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections stopped not working automatically. There is a Update failed error. When we do an "Update Now" manually, it gets synchronized without problems.
I am asking me if there is an issue with a stored Password as we Need to Change the Passwords regularily. The error is occuring for Connections to all RDS Servers (we have severals).
Does Windows store the user Password in the Task Scheduler? If yes, does the schedule Task Password Change automatically after the Domain Password Change?
Or what else could be the issue? The RDS Server and the certificate (Name the same as the URL) seems to be fine as not all Clients have this issue.

By default it will automatically update the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections but if in any particular case it’s not happening then for a try you can restart the server and check the result again. In addition you can try running below command and check
the result.
Start-Process rundll32 -ArgumentList "tsworkspace,TaskUpdateWorkspaces2

So like a moron, I made the mistake of finally updating my Iphone 4's OS to the new one that Apple has been bugging the crap out of me about for months now. The problem is, my phone is now stuck on the loading screen and I cannot get it to do *ANYTHING*. It won't connect to my PC, Itunes won't let me get on it without the pin lock being entered on the phone which I CANNOT do because the phone is stuck on the update screen.. and Apple won't talk to me for help because I cannot get them the serial number which I CANNOT do because my phone is stuck on the update screen!
Is there no way to just take the battery out or something? I looked for screws but they seem to be proprietary (because of course they are, because Apple) How do I force it to get off the update screen?!If you open it to take out the battery from the iPhone then you forfeit all service for whatever reason from Apple in the future.
Have you attempt to connect it to your computer and then restore it from iTunes on your computer? -

This came from another thread, but worked for me. Problem is with newest iTunes 4.62. Unistall iTunes, as well as its helper programs (Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Divice Support, and Apple Software Update). Reboot, and reinstall iTunes. It will reinstall all the other ones and you should be able to connect your nano. Good luck.

To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store you can find it in your Purchases List. -

My guess is that they recently changed how the videos work. I logged in on my MacBook and the stream worked fine, but it is Flash content in a JW Player video player. From what I see on the website. This video player works with html5 as well as Flash so I'm not sure why it isn't working, unless the site has not updated the content for html5 and is only using Flash right now. But you should get the message on the iPad that the content is in Flash and can't be viewed on the iPad.
I tried it with three different browsers identifying as mobile and as desktop browsers and I get the same results as you no matter what I do. So my assumption is that the site content was recently changed and it has to be updated. But that is just a guess.
The message about the website having issues when I used iCab Mobile and identified as a desktop browser. The issue has to be on their end. -
Yoga Tablet 2 Lollipop Update - Google Play Services does not update - installation error
Lenovo is investigating customer reports that after upgrading Yoga Tablet 2 8 830 or 10 1050 to Android 5.0.1 Lollipop, Google Play Services does not update as expected, and shows an installation error.

But if lenovo reasons out that they cannot override the code that is in apk itself from Google playstore. Can u provide a link or procedure how to go back from lollipop to KitKat until it is resolved? Because we cannot do the things we should do especially work related if we can't download or update any apps tnx.
