My Photoshop isn't showing up in my Applications Folder OR Finder

I odered my software from my school, and they sent me a disk. Everything download and is easily found in my Applications BUT Photoshop, and Creative Suite (which is what I odered) can't NOT have photoshop on there. It has to be on my computer somewhere.
And I can't even use Finder to help me locate it. HELP!!
I need this software for school.

Why not just reinstall Photoshop from the disk? That would be the easiest solution.

Photoshop and Muse showing as installed in Application manager when they aren't there?

Running Creative Cloud apps on Imac system 10.8.3
Probably emerged first with Muse. I tried a few things to fix it including deleting the software. Yes probably stupid bu there seemed little other option for muse. Thought I might deinstall everything (properly) and then reload. This didn't help and now I also have a problem with Photoshop saying it is installed but is not being there...
Application Manager believes software is intalled but they are not there. Possible to reboot the application manager somehow to have it recognise this?
Puzzled, no make that stumped as to how to fix it.

Please go to /Application/utilities/Adobe Installer and double click the uninstaller of Photoshop and Muse to uninstall these software completly from your compter, if you are not able to find the uninstallers then download Adobe CS cleaner tool from : http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and clean photoshop and muse installation completly using Cleaner tool

Photoshop is not showing up in my app folder

but when I go to download it, it confirms as up to date. The other aps are in my app folder. Any ideas?

used firefox to download the other apps
it worked fine

Apps will NOT show in my Mac Application Folder

I have just bought Creative Cloud and I have already downloaded Photoshop CC and Dream Weaver when I had the trail but now since I bought it, it won't show the apps on my desktop making me unable to access them. I hope I didn't waist $200. Please help!

After moving the library, itunes shows less songs than music folder in finder does

hi all.
after moving my library manually, i have this situation:
1220 songs in music folder;
1091 songs in itunes.
all the songs in itunes are regularly matched with the original file in the finder.
now. how to find the 29 files which are not in itunes? i don't care why this happened !!

WHY DOESNT Photoshop CC show in my applications folder?

I have PURCHASED the whole CC suite and I have downloaded a few appa such as Bridge, illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator and Bridge shows up in my applications folder and I can drag the icon onto my dock to launch, but photoshop is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND in my applications folder or anywhere on my laptop. Please help!

Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and try again. For anything beyond that you would have to provide much more info about your system and what exactly you do.

CS4 Design Premium - Photoshop Isn't Working!?

Just installed CS4 Design Premium, and everything seems to be working fine except for Photoshop. When I go to my applications folder (I'm on a mac), it isn't there. I had a trial version months ago, and thought I got rid of it, but I've realized that isn't the case. If I uninstall now, do I just put in the Design Premium discs and run them again.. or is it more complicated than that?
I'd just go ahead and try it now, but I just paid a lot of money, and don't want to lose the other programs that are working properly.
I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone at customer support for almost an hour now and I don't think I'm going to be getting anywhere with that.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I think I just threw it in the trash. It was a while ago, so I'm not 100% sure. When I searched "photoshop" on my hard drive, I found the photoshop uninstaller... and my best guess is that if I run that to get rid of it, and then re-run the new software I should be fine.. but I don't want to do anything until I'm sure it will work.

Adobe CC 2014 Applications do not show in my Applications Folder.

Mac OS X Mavericks 10.9.3
I have recently installed all 2014 versions of my creative cloud software which all worked fine.
The odd thing is that they do not appear in my Applications Folder when viewing from a Finder window. They all show in LaunchPad and also when I do a 'Reveal in Finder' search from the Dock icon when the application is launched.

The two folders show are the same path (Macintosh HD / Applications).
As you can see the 'Adobe' Folder is common to both but the CC applications no longer show in screenshot 01.
This is not a show-stopper by any means but I curious to understand why this has happened after upgrading to CC 2014

Log out of your Cloud account, restart your computer, log in to your Cloud account

Files not showing up in application folder.

No files are showing up in my application folder. I dragged a new file to my applications folder today and it shows up however it is the only one. All the applications are still working fine just cant see them. Any help would be awesome.

Control-click an application's Dock icon and choose Show in Finder. You'll most likely find that it's at the top level of the drive and you dragged the file to the one in your home folder.

Java not showing up in Applications folder

Why is Java not showing up in my Applications folder, even though it's installed and working? I've done a search for it on the computer and nothing shows up, yet it's functioning.

After you installed the latest Oracle Java update and it erased the old Apple Java Preferences app in Utilities, it also installed a Java perfpane in System Preferences.
Should visit it so the Java Control Panel pops up and you familiarize yourself with the knobs & whistles now offered.

Applications folder showing apps in one but not the other

Hey everyone! I just bought a new Macbook Pro and migrated my files over. My applications folder in the HD has all my apps, but for some reason they are not showing in my User applications folder.
Originally I installed them for all users, the only user was me. What is the problem here and can I fix it?

Hi your applications are stored in the first Applications folder (Macintosh HD/Applications) so that they can be used by ALL users of your Mac. If you have any applications that you wish to restrict to only one user then you'd have to install in that user's Applications folder.
OS X is a multi-user OS which is why it is designed in this way. If your Apps were stored in Macintosh Hard Disk/Users/YourUserName/Applications only you would be able to use them. If you then added a second user (or a test user) you'd have to install the applications again for the new user to be able to use them.

What specific information would you need? The program was working just fine early yesterday morning and than when I came back in the afternoon to edit some more pictures that is when I wasn't able to see the full image anymore. It is providing me with all of the editing options as if the picture is there but it is just a blank screen with the thumbnail pic showing in the right panel.
