What happened to the size of photos when streamed they use to fill the whole tablet now you can,t see them and that,s. What I paid $600 for also the pictures are horrible there is no retina change where as before after a few seconds the pics would just be clear and very nice now they look fake I paid for retina display 3 months ago and what I paid for you guys changed after a few months you took them off your or our screen and I,ll bet 10 to 1 they,ll appear on the newer models for a few months until people buy them then you take off and do the same thing again that is fraud and I see a law suit coming on I want what I paid for. You don,t sell a guy a colored television and months later all you can receive on the set is black and white again FRAUD

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

You shouldn't have to pay again. Log into iTunes with the same detail you used to purchase the original music and you should be able to download it again.

You can split a project in two by doing this.
1) Go to the Project Library View.
2) Select your project, and click FILE/DUPLICATE PROJECT. Give it a name like "your project name - part 1".
3) Do this again. This time name it "your project name - part 2"
4) Open Part 1 for editing. Delete everything in the second half.
5) Open Part 1 for editing. Delete everything in the first half of the project.
At the end you should have your original project, plus the same project in two parts.

No way to recover it unless the other person didn't delete it on their end but the Perfect time to activate iCloud Drive and you won't ever need to worry. If you set it up correctly.

Charging cords are covered by the iPhone warranty or their own warranty
if puchased separately. Take your iPhone and the cords to your local
Apple store for evaluation and possible replacement.

Accidental damage is not covered under Apple warranty. And it seems there is much accidental damage. Only a Genius Bar tech looking at it can tell how much it will cost to repair.
Cost to repair will be high, I suspect (though Genius Bar will confirm/deny.
There is no gentle way to say this sir/ma'am ... someone will need to pay for your friend's MBA repairs.

I tried to update the software for my iPhone 4S, 16 GB to the most recent version (8.1?). I don't know what I was updating from, because I can't access that, but it was whatever was installed on it (I got it about a year ago, so probably 6.something).
It froze, and now won't turn off, or on, or sync with my macbook plus, which is what I have always sync'd it to. (I backed it up and sync'd it right before I tried to update the software.)
Since it originally froze almost 3 hours ago, it shows a white screen with the apple on it and a line underneath. When I try to sync with my laptop, it says it needs me to enter a passcode on the phone, which I can't enter because the screen is frozen. So I'm unable to access the iPhone portion of iTunes.
I have tried to turn it off, with no luck. I have tried rebooting my laptop and syncing, but I still get the same result.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I really wanted to wait to update the software, but I was having internet connectivity issues for the past 3 weeks, and Sprint suggested updating the phone's software.

If my macbook pro is stolen, and they turn off the icloud findmymac feature, what can I do to recover it?
Also, can I use findmymac on a PC? In other words, if its lost, can i log into iCloud thru my PC to find it?

After calling the police log into your online iCloud account from any computer, go into the Find My Mac section and if it's visible you can remotely lock the computer. If it's visible immediately call the police and tell them the situation and where it apprears to be located.
Remember the code you entered for the locking as you'll need to to unlock the Mac if you get it back.

So I Uninstall and reinstall Kaspersky, so now I have problem with reinstall that doesn't work, then way later that day it is reinstalled..not over yet..that virtual keyboard now pops up randomly wanting me to use password? seems like they can copy anything real fast for i have to enter info like 2 or 3 times, never had that problem before. You can decrease the amount of storage by selecting a new plan right from your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac, or PC (for example, a 20 GB plan to replace a 200 GB plan). The downgrade will take effect after your current monthly or annual subscription ends.
iOS
If you're using iOS 8, go to Settings > iCloud Storage > Change Storage Plan. If you're using an earlier version of iOS, go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
Tap Change Storage Plan.
Tap Downgrade Options and enter your Apple ID password.
Choose a different plan to use when your current storage plan expires.
Tap Done.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you boot, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a Fusion Drive or a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.
