My pinned Navigation isn't work so well

Question

I pinned the nav to the left side of my site. When I review it in Muse, Safari or Business Catalyst, and I click on one of the Nav buttons the background swings out to the right of the window some, as it moves towards the anchored position. Also, unless I pull out the browser window to a larger opening, the Nav buttons sit over content that should be in the clear. How do I fix this? view site at: http://toddmcvey02.businesscatalyst.com

if its the hardware button problem than there's nothing much you can do other than putting your case to Apple that the button should not go faulty under normal use this soon.
Although outside warranty, it will your responsilbility to prove to apple that the button has not gone faulty by your mistake/use which can be tricky. Anyway they should give you some replacement options charged or free of cost based on you case and their dicretion.
