My podcast has been rejected by iTunes for listing but I don't know why

I submitted a podcast a day or so ago for an iTunes listing, but received a note this morning saying it had been rejected. As it was a form letter, there was no explanation as to why this was. There was a link to a very long webpage with multiple things to check, but I truly believe I got the improtant things right. I ran a test as instructed to confirm that I could load the RSS feed into iTunes to see if it worked - it did.
Can anyone please help me out and suggest:
(a) what I might have done wrong?
(b) can I resubmit once I have made the appropriate modification?

There appears to be no technical problem with the feed, and you have an 'explicit' tag set to cover the strong language. On a quick check there appears to be one brief piece of music, and the use of this would be a breach of copyright unless you have obtained written permissions: this could get you removed though I don't know whether that actually is the reason, it's just the only issue I can see.
It might even be a glitch at the server end - it's been known - so you could try submitting again in a day or so. You may need to change the title slightly to do this.
You should remove the earlier episode in your feed - it's a placeholder by podbean.

My iPad hasn't backed up to iCloud for 2 weeks after repeated attempts even AFTER I paid extra for more iCloud storage. I've connected it to my laptop and it still won't backup. I'm so frustrated because it keeps saying back-up failed but I don't know why. Please help, thanks!
To back up to your computer, right-click on the name of your iPad on the left side of iTunes and click Back Up. (If running iTunes 11, first go to View>Show Sidebar.)
To get your iPad to back up to iCloud again, try deleting your last backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, swipe across your backup and tap Delete, then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on again. If it still won't back up, you may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If it succeeds, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is preventing the backup and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.
If it still won't back up you may have network issues connecting to the iCloud server. Solutions to that include power-cycling your wireless router (unplugging it for 15 seconds, then plugging it back in), resetting network settings on your phone (in Settings>General>Reset), updating the firmware on your router, and changing the router's DNS settings to use Google's public DNS (see https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using). -

to my knowledge these downloads in Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products is subject to certain conditions, for example: "The serial numbers provided as a part of the download may only be used by customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products."

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...

I recently ordered an unlocked iphone 4s from the apple store online on Nov. 24th. However, I have yet to receive a shipment notification email. The status of my order has been on processing items for a week now. Does anyone know how long it generally takes to receive shipment notification?

I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter? -
I don't know why the battery life has just become so poor. I can listen to 1 song and lose 1/2% battery life. I had all the settings the same as before updating to ISO6 and now it just goes. I did drop it around the same time but I have a stong case so I don't see how this should effect it. If anyone knows how to fix it would be a great help because I used to love iPod but I am very dissapointed.

Podcast has been removed from itunes
Hi, i have been trying to submit my latest podcast episode to to itunes for the past month using podcast maker, which at first kept rejecting it saying 'error 1008' check out the screen shot below. I have just recently found out that my podcast is not appearing in itunes at all now. When i try to submit my podcast feed, itunes is not recognising it.

Ive been in touch with itunes and they said the podcast hasnt been deleted :-)
But when using podcast maker and trying to 'publish' it asks you for the 'protocol' as seen in the picture below. I know the .mac one does not work anymore but when i try using mobileme it says it isnt the right password, but i know for a fact that it is cos that what ive used to transfer all my info from mobileme to icloud. I had a problem with mail and spoke to an advisor who told me drag the mail icon from the hidden libary to the desktop, this then regerated a new mail icon which then incuded icloud. Not sure what im supposed to do about this situation though, and if it has any resembelance?
As you can see in the second picture regarding selecting FTP in the protocol, im not sure what info to input into the 'website' 'server' and 'path' sections. How can i get this info?

thank you for your answer. Concerning the dataflow I agree and it is what I usually do. Actually I follow the dataflow paradigm whenever there is no problem (the 'false case' in the screenshot):
“FW102x Initialize.vi” -> “FW102x Get Position.vi” -> “FW102x Set Position.vi”.
Whenever there is a mistake, this just doesn't work with these drivers. The sequence
“FW102x Initialize.vi” -> “FW102x Get Position.vi” -> ///error/// -> “FW102x Close.vi”, “FW102x Reset.vi” ;; “FW102x Initialize.vi”
will give me errors for “FW102x Close.vi”, “FW102x Reset.vi” and “FW102x Initialize.vi” reporting "session handle not valid". However, if I "bypass" the instrument handles directly from the first "Initialize" to "Close" and "Reset", they will report the same error, but the second "Initialize" will work again. I can even merge the first two frames and execute "Close" and "Reset" at the same time to do so. But whenever I try something else, e.g. do the 'correct' wiring, I am unable to close, reset or reinitialize. I have to restart LabView completely, to make the vi work again. So I guess the session is still hanging around somewhere in memory, but I can't access it anymore.
Surprisingly, wherever I put Probes on the data handle wires they show the correct "ASRL5::INSTR" (with or without correct wiring). But only the "Bypass" wire makes the vi work. Since you couldn't find the drivers in the driver network, I guess they might just run into problems, if an error occurs.
But thanks for your comment anyway. The problem is fixed for the moment. It's just that I prefer to actually know what I am doing here instead of producing some code I'd rather not show anyone.
