My Portege 7020CT at start up ask for BIOS update disk

I have a Toshiba Portege 7020CT and it will not boot up as it asks for a bios update disk to be inserted into floppy then press any key.
Can anyone explain were to get the bios update disk from please and how to fix this? Many thanks.

The BIOS should be available on the Toshiba driver page.
But its very strange that the unit ask for the BIOS update.
Did you get any error messages like RTC battery is empty or something like that?
Try to enter the BIOS and try to set the bios to default options and then save the settings and try to start the notebook again.

None of the options work. I press the power on button keeping the option and R button pressed but the only option that appears is
First blank white screen appears as soon as i power on (option R is pressed) and then the following message

(Ethernet cable is connected but it does not go for internet recovery either)

Does every mac come with a restore/bootable disk or not? We ordered two macs but did not get any disk with any of them.

If the installation didn't finish, maybe OS X 10.8.3 was installed partially, and it doesn't show up because the updater already updated the OS X version to 10.8.3, although it doesn't mean that everything was installed and updated. First, you do not have a 3G if you could upgrade it to 6.1.3, because 4.2.1 is the last version that will work on the 3G. So you either have a 3GS or you somehow hacked the phone to install an incompatible version. Assuming you have a 3GS the most likely reason for your problem is you have a gray market phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it. When you upgraded it you removed the hack, so the phone is now locked to its original carrier.

6 digits sounds like the code sent from Find My Mac when locking the machine. It can only be reset by an Apple Store.

I don't know if this update involved rewwriting the entire operating system whereby you essentially transferred the software from one system to another, but if so, then you need to uninstall and reinstall the software and reactivate it using your serial number.

You can update directly to Yosemite (for free) through the App Store (this is 10.10). Make sure your existing applications will run on this OS.

Do you own Illustrator CS3? An older version should not only not be asking you to utilize a newer version in any way, it couldn't even know about the existence of it.

Oh I see,
The window looks so similar to other activation windows, I had only ever seen the DPS login for CS5 which was in the Panel.
Be good for this window to have some text that relates to DPS. Maybe Sign in to DPS or you must sign in with an Adobe ID to use the Digital Publishing Suite and the Folio Builder.
