My preferences will not save on Photoshop Elements 11. How do I change that?

I run elements 11 on a Windows 7 OS. Every time I go to edit a photo and go to the expert tab, it used to save my windows settings like, the layers on the right hand side, and now EVERY photo I have to pull everything up the way I like it before I can edit. I'm not sure why it's not saving them.

Usually means it isn't really a ringtone, but a song file that can be converted to a ringtone. You can confirm this by right-clicking on the file in iTunes, select "Get Info", then verify on the Summary tab they say "Kind: Ringtone". If it doesn't then you must first convert them to ringtones and import them into your iTunes library before syncing them to your phone. I believe the issue is with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the App. If you download an App that was purchased under a different Appple ID then all updates will also be linked to the original purchaser's Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the the same ID as your iTunes, iCloud, etc. Some folks use different ID for the different Apple sites. No need for that One ID for all Apple Sites, and if someone else buys an App using their ID and they(you) download that App onto your device and that App requires an update it will ask for the purchasers Apple ID. This happens a lot when folks sell their iPad or give it to someone else and leave some purchased(free) Apps on the iOS device. You cannot change the original ID the App was purchased under. A suggestion would be if someone else has an App that you like but do not want to pay for use their ID or in the future have them gift the App to you.

User preferences will not save on windows xp. clean install will not work.

User options will not save. I have followed all the instructions to do a clean install which included removing the old firefox files and user profiles. I am using Windows xp SP3. The only thing I have not edited is the registry information for firefox. I can not get the options to save correctly. Please help.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Some security software has virtualization or sandbox features that may cause problems by protecting and restoring files in the Firefox profile folder.
Is there a prefs.js file created with the correct date/time stamp?

Windows Fonts Will Not Display In Photoshop Elements 9

Hi,
I have a new Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit computer and have just installed Photoshop Elements 9. When I use the "Horizontal Text" tool and click on the fonts drop down list to select a font, it only lists a small number of fonts and does not display all the standard Windows fonts such as Arial, Times Roman, Verdana etc which all display perfectly fine in my other applications such as Word, Excel, Publisher, Notepad etc. Has any one got any ideas as to why all my Windows fonts are not displaying in the drop down list? Is there a special setting I need to configure for Photoshop 9 to see all my Windows fonts?

Thanks very much for your reply. Yes I am using a Laptop and you were spot on. If I use the UP/DOWM cursor key's I can scroll through and see the list of all my fonts ok. I was originally trying this by using my scroll up/down wheel on my mouse and for some reason it will not scroll the list (I did not think to try the cursor keys) so thanks very much for your help!

Epson stylus c88+ will not print from photoshop elements 13

I am using Photoshop Elements 13 to edit some images. I am trying to print on the Epson Stylus c88+ inkjet printer but i am getting an error that the saved printer information is not compatible with this version of Photoshop Elements. What do I need to do? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer but it still does not work.

You should find that your HP printers print much faster now since Usbtb is faster than Apple's built-in USB drivers that they ship with Leopard by default.

My catalog will not open in Photoshop Elements 3.0

I had to reinstall the program and it worked fine. I was able to restore all my pictures. Today when I tried to open it the "my Catalog" will not open. I've tried refreshing, restarting the system, restoring to yesterday and nothing has helped. What should I try next?

First, Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), use Disk Utility from there to Repair Permissions, test if things work OK in Safe Mode.
Then move these files to the Desktop...

PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.

In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi.
