My premier keeps opening as an expired trial version even though I have a creative cloud plan.

I have an up to date payed for plan for premier with creative cloud but every time I open Premier on my desktop it opens as a trial version.  Now that trial has expired and I can't open it and it diverts me to a page to pay again.
How do I get the app on my computer to communicate with my adobe account?  Do I need to reinstall?

    I'm having the SAME PROBLEM!!!
    I know for a FACT that it is NOT something on my system because it ONLY happens with InDesign… ALL of the rest of the software from Creative Cloud works PERFECTLY.
    I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud on October 31, 2012 and I checked… my monthly payment was successfully made on Dec. 30th, so it SHOULD be up to date and working.… yet when I try to launch InDesign, instead of opening, I get a window that says,
    "Your Trial Has Expired… Become a member…, etc".
    My only choices from the Application Manager at this point, are to select the "Join Now" button… (Even though I've already joined)… OR I can select the "License This Software" button… WHICH I've already done SEVERAL TIMES previously. But if I do select this button, it APPEARS to Activate my Subscription… AGAIN.
    At this point, after I select the "Close" button from the "SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATED" window… I get ANOTHER window, saying that I have 0 days remaining to use the InDesign Trial software, giving me the option to BUY NOW, and there is also a button to "Start Trial" or another "License This Software" button…
    If I select the "License This Software" button… it will once again APPEAR to Activate my Subscription… AGAIN. But then it once again gives me this same window again… starting the WHOLE process over and over and over again.
    I tried running the update to InDesign, to see if this would resolve the problem… but it STILL gave me these SAME annoying windows over and over and over. I un-Installed InDesign and downloaded it again but it still does the SAME THING OVER AND OVER.
    I've downloaded and used Photoshop, Illustrator, Muse, and Dreamweaver from Creative Cloud… some were downloaded BEFORE I downloaded InDesign and some were downloaded after I had the trouble with InDesign but NONE of the other software gives me this problem. It's ONLY with InDesign.
    PLEASE HELP!!! I have a big job due and all of the work that I've already completed on this project was done with the so-called "Trial" version and I can't even open the file with my old version of InDesign. So I'm STUCK without it… It worked GREAT until this "TRIAL" period ran out… I subscribed  before I ever downloaded ANY of the Creative Cloud software, so I don't know why it was EVER consisdered a TRIAL to start with.

    Firefox needs 32-bit plugins, so you'll need to install 32-bit Java for Firefox.
    No, you can't change Firefox from 32-bt to 64-bit. There is a Nightly 64-bit version (alpha) of Firefox, but it is used only to test for regressions until development is resumed.

But it didn't open correctly then I decided to put it in the trash (and empty it...) to download a new trial version, hoping that the new one could work better than the previous one. But I realized too late that I needed to uninstall the previous one to install a new version and I had deleted the uninstallation software... So I can't do anything now, because I can't uninstall the first version and install another one. Is there any solution to my problem ?

    Seems like you are using MAC . If thats right and if you dont have any other product installed on the machine , please rename the following folder and delete the App from Application/Utilities and perform a fresh installation .

  • Got trial version even though I bought CC for one year

    I downloaded the Creative Cloud App for Mac OS and installed it. After signing in with my Adobe ID, I chose to install Photoshop CC but I only got a trial version.
    I could only find a download link to download the "Creative Cloud Trial", maybe that is the reason. Where can I find the correct installer for a purchased CC

    I tried all of the following, in the same order:
    1) Sign In & Sign Out of the Creative Cloud app
    2) Installed the Adobe Application Manager and run it, no change
    3) Removed the Creative Cloud app and all the installed components (Photoshop CC) with the appropriate uninstallers
    4) Run the Adobe Application Manager again, it installed Creative Cloud (without asking me, btw)
    5) This time I installed Adobe Illustrator CC, it tells me my trial is expired
    6) I get this screen and press "Join Now", just to see what'll happen
    7) I land on the "Plans" page of the Creative Cloud website
    8) I press "Buy Now" on any plan, just to see this
    9) Checking my installed Creative Cloud app again, Sign In & Sign Out, no change.
    By the way, it is extremely hard to find an actual download version of Creative Cloud.
    There is none in an email I received nor anywhere on my account page. I needed to use
    Google, browsing past 2 scam offers to find a download link from the Adobe page.
    So where are you actually supposed to download the Creative Cloud app?

    A possible cause is the presence of a PDF plugin from an older Adobe Reader plugin in the plugins folder in the Firefox program folder.

    Within Dreamweaver, you can specify which browser you would like to preview your files in. I have Firefox as one of my designated browsers, as well as Safari, Opera, etc. So, when I go to preview an edited file, they will not open for preview in Firefox. They will open in all my other browsers...
    The best I can get is the default browser window, with no edited website file in it...just default window. Should open right up in the browser...
