My premium account has been hacked, please help ASAP!

Apparently my Spotify account has been hacked last night and the password & email address have been changed so I can't reset my password. My hacked account is "mrouhiai" I created this new account "mrouhiai_2" to post this message to this forum. I have never shared my account with anyone, and my email has not been compromised. I can prove my identity in many ways if necessary. This new account I've just created is using my old email from the original account. You should be able to verify these details easily. Case #: 03363771

Same here, today somebody changed my account norre01 e.mail address. Now it is [email protected] and I can't reset my password anymore (I tried, didn't got any e-mail). I still can access my account through Facebook login I changed my FB password, their security check didn't find any abnormal activity on my FB account.I sent also message to Customer Support, but probably it takes time. I was at the gym playing off my spotify and some other unknown device became available named CRAIG. They changed my account email address and password (previously only had been logging in with facebook). Now they've disconnected my facebook also. I'm in limbo and need this rectified immediately as the account has my phone and credit card details. I'm the phone with my bank now to change my credit card number this is a nightmare. My username was John007h I don't know what else I can do to help recover the account.

This has been incredibly frustrating that some random stranger has completely taken over my account. Security for Spotify is a joke. There is no support number, I've tweeted spotifycares twice with no response and it takes far too long to get an email back concerning a compromised account (24-48 hours is a joke really). I've had to cancel and order a new credit card to prevent recurring charges on premium because I have no idea when and if I'll get my account back. Total deal breaker for signing up for premium and I was ready to subscribe for the full price after the trial as I enjoyed the service so much. I'm extremely annoyed and frustrated by this whole ordeal.

Have you contacted your card issuer to cancel that card and changed your iTunes account password ? If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare (or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

I have just found out my old skype account has been hacked within the last few days. The hackers added two pakistan subscriptions and my debit card attached to my account was charged $49.99 and $29.99. I immediately cancelled the subscriptions and changed my password. What else should I do, and how do I get my debit card charges reversed? Please help. This is very frustrating. Thank you.

That does not mean your account has been hacked.
All it means is that some spammer has attached your email address to some email he sent. That is incredibly easy to do (just change the From: address) and does not require access to your account.
Spammers do this all the time. There's nothing you can do about it. Just delete the bounced emails and it will subside when the spammers move on to other email addresses.
