My prepro CS6 still uses mercury engine but new CC is not. Why is this?

I get a message from pre pro CC saying the gpu accelerated engine is not available or not certified on this system, (when opening a project begun on CS6) yet my CS6 opens and uses it fine. On fresh new projects, the CC shows it as greyed out in project settings. What should I do? Thanks in advance, from one who is really puzzled.

cc_merchant is correct. PPro CC will only let you select a GPU with at least 1GB of VRAM. (Source)
If you used it in CS6 without issue, you might be able to use the GPU hack to get it to work in CC. But that is at your own risk.

I recently switched from FCS to CS5.5 - it's been a somewhat rough ride - and I kept getting an "Unknown Error" if I tried to export a sequence while having the mercury engine gpu-enabled.
After finishing my latest project just three days ago I found a solution, go figure. Well, here it is: the offender were imported dissolves from FCP. They play perfectly in PPro, they render perfectly in software mode, but never once while using the GPU. The solution to that is equally simple: deleting the offending dissolves and create a new dissolve, same length, same effect name, nothing's changed. But now, they render just beautifully using Mercury Engine in GPU mode.
If somebody likes to look into that, I created a small project for re-checking.

Dreamweaver CS6 still using SSL3

Hi All,
My host has made their Server more secure and I am required to connect using FTP over SSL/TLS (explicit encryption)
This however is rejected because Dreamweaver CS6 is still using SSL3.0
because of the problems and insecurity of this protocol, the host will not accept SSL3.0 and will only accept TLS v1.0 or higher.
Is there a way to make Dreamweaver connect using TLS instead of SSL3?
Any help would be appreciated.

Make a backup of your old iPAd to itunes or iCloud.
Then restore from that backup when setting up the new iPad Air.
The restore will put your data onto the new iPad. (The Os will remain at 7).
Folder structure is a little iffy. Since backups don't restore Apps, only data, you would still need to re-download the Apps to the new Air and as such would need to create the folders for them.

Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

If you have got it installed, you could use Borland C++ Builder 3 or C++ Builder 4 to create your DLL file. If this is the case, you would use
File | New... | DLL C++ Builder will then generate some code for you, and you will just need to add your implementation code to the code

Remember in the Java code in step one there is a line:

If you had been syncing notes on your iPod with iCloud before this happened, go to icloud.com and confirm that your notes are still there. If they are, you could either email them to yourself one at a time from icloud.com or you could sign into your icloud account on your other iPad in Settings>iCloud and turn Notes to On to sync them to your other iPod.

There seems problem with your Pipeline component ,I would suggest to debug the Pipeline component to verify the exact issue you are facing.

Try restoring your iPod, this will erase the hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. Once the restore is complete follow the on screen instructions and it should connect to iTunes and give you a prompt to automatically update your library onto the fresh installation: Restoring iPod to Factory Settings
