My primary room changes in color disappeared..kinda off ???

I am color correcting a project and all of a sudden all that I did in the primary room has vanished, except for what I did with the color wheels on my table.
Its like i pressed a key that hides all of the information in the primary room, so I can no longer see the changes I made to the curves or to the color wheels on the sofware, but I can still see the changes that I did using my table.
Has this happen to anyone? I cant figure out how to get that back, tried going back to a previous archive, turning everything off and on and nothing.

  • How do  I change the color of an object from a primary color to 2ndary (brown or black)

How would I change an object's color from red to black, I change the color from red to blue using the change to color effect, but for some reason I am unable to change it to brown or black or gray or another basic color

Neither brown or black are secondary colors. Well, brown could be considered a rather desaturated orange...
Anyway, that's neither here nor there.
You can use the Hue/Saturation effect. Help page on it here: After Effects Help | Color Correction effects
You simply pick a channel and adjust the channel range to only select the colors you wish.
    Here's a tutorial:  http://tv.adobe.com/watch/learn-photoshop-cc/shifting-colors-with-huesaturation/
Going to (or from) white or black is nearly impossible no matter what effect you're using and is not recommended.

  • Accessibility - Cant change document color to white-on-black!

    Hello,
I have a huge document to read, and the default white background is too bright, In earlier versions of Reader, I used to enable the
Accessibility option -> Replace Document colors , and make the document white text on black background
But in the Adobe Reader XI, this is not working! I tried with some other color combinations, and it seemed to work
whereas, the momemt I choose Page Background to be black, and Document Text to white, everything turns black!
i.e, somehow the text color is also changing to black, not sure why!
Is this a known issue, or does this have to do something with the document? or the fonts on my laptop?
Any hints or workarounds, really appreciated.
(I am on Windows 7 pro, SP1 (64-bit), updated to latest Reader XI)

    Loreall,
The replace colors feature in Reader only changes the color of the primary page background, so if the author added a background to the document (even if the added background is white) then this might cause the issue you describe.  One thing that may help is if you enable reflow mode, as this forces extra backgrounds to disappear.  You can try this by locating the option in the view menu or by hitting Ctrl+4.

  • Is it possible to change the color of the text in one specific field?

If I want to make someone's mobile number show up as the primary contact, is it possible to make the text for that number a different color or make it bold? I can't seem to find a way to do it.
    Thanks.

Make a Shape > Inspector > Graphic > Tinted Image Fill > Scale to fit > browse to image > click on the color patch to change the color to what you want
    or
Drag in an image > overlay it with a Shape > select the color for the shape and change its Opacity
Shapes may have Gradient and Advanced Gradient (multiple colors) fills both linear and radial. Both are in the Graphic Inspector as is Opacity.

  • How do I change the color of font in a fillable form in Adobe Reader? How can I check if the writer of the document has given permission to edit color and not just add text?

How do I change the color of font in a fillable form in Adobe Reader? How can I check if the writer of the document has given permission to edit color and not just add text? Please help! I'm technologically challenged.

Most forms (99% or more) are created for simple text input, where you cannot change anything.
The creator of the form could allow Rich Text input (which allows you to change font, text size, color, etc.), but frankly I have never seen such a form, and I wouldn't know how they look.  But I'm sure they would show some kind of controls to alter the text appearance.

  • How can i change backgroud color of global template in fusion cloud?

    Hi all.
someone of you could help me?
How can i change backgroud color of global template in fusion cloud?

    Hi.
Making CSS changes like this is currently only possible off-line, using the JDeveloper-like Skin Editor. This is described in our blog post here, a demo on our YouTube channel in this video, or the product documentation here. Coming soon is an online 'theme editor' feature which allows this kind of customization online. I would recommend that you raise a request with the Cloud Operations team to verify if they support the addition of custom skin files, otherwise you are limited to the online branding options currently available.
    Kind regards

  • How do I change the color black

I will preface this by saying I am new to Photoshop.
The Problem? I have a family logo on a solid black background.  This is not a photograph.  I want to change the solid black background to a custom green color.  This sounds simple enough, but I cannot get Photoshop to change the black to green for me.  Here is what i have tried so far.
    1.  My file is a 16-bit RGB TIF file.  I have saved the file as a RAW file and a PSD file and neither of these work.  So I assume the problem is not the TIF format.
    2.  I have tried this.
Image -> Adjustments -> change color.
I can use the eyedropper to select the black (in the background) and the preview shows the black selected.
However, when I move the HUE slider below, the color stays black.  It does not change color.
If I type in the Hue Saturation and Lightness numbers for my color, the background will change, but it changes to gray, not my color.
    3.  I have tried this
        I set my background to the color I want.  (A custom color I created, of R:34  G: 139  B:34)
I click on  BrushTool  -> Color Replacement Tool
Settings on the horizontal tool bar are
Mode: color    Sampling: Once     Limits: Contiguous    Tolerance: 5%
I then click on the black background, but it stays black.  It does not change to the color I specified.
(I have also tried Discontiguous, different modes, different sampling, etc. Nothing works).
I will note that if I set my background to blue (R:0  G:0  B:255), then the Color Replacement Tool works.
It will change the black background to the basic blue color.
It just will not work for the custom green color that I created.
It also will not work for most of the other default colors in PHotoshop.
This is probably trivial for some of you, but I have spent a couple hours listening to tutorials on youtube and trying various things, and I am stuck.  Would appreciate your wisdom.

I would like to thank everyone for their kind suggestiosn and insights.  I will try your suggestions as learning exercises, since I am still very wet behind the ears on all this stuff and the more I can learn and know, the better.
Good news is that I was able to get my background to change from black to the green color that I wanted.  I utilized a two-step process that dawned on me after I responded to Curt Y's first post.  Realizing that I was able to change the black background to a blue on an earlier try (though it would not respond to my attempts to turn in to the green I wanted), I thought it might work to change the color twice - first to a color it would accept, and then from that color to the green i wanted. This process worked.  I probably would not have thought of this without the comment from Curt Y, who got me thinking outside my box.
Thanks again ... and I will try your suggestions because they will teach me new things and some of them are likely simpler than what I did.

  • Placing images in Illustrator changes their color values-Why?

I've been placing photoshop tiff files into Illustrator, and doing this seems to change the color values, when I sample them with the eyedropper tool. The images I made use a custom mix of CMYK rich black, with the K set to 100. In Illustrator, they appear to revert to the default 'Photoshop black", approx C75 M68 Y67 K90. This is not my intent of C70 M60 Y58 K100. The Illustrator document is CMYK mode, and I don't know why this is happening. The non-image items (vectors) in my illustrator file DO retain the color values I intended, however.
Is this some kind of setting I can change in Illustrator? Will this discrepancy show up when this file goes to print? Please help! Thanks.

WHen the image is not embedded, Illustrator samples the representation values. Those are handled by color management.

  • How do I change the color of fonts in iWork?

I've searched everywhere but can't find the answer. So frustrating!
Sorry if this is an old one but is it possible to change the colors of items in the iWork apps to anything other than the default, and very limited, color schemes?

  • How do I change the color of the area next to the Tab Bar

I've got Firefox 8.0, and ever since they went to the new layout I've had problems with the area at the right of the Tab Bar. When FF is maximized, the buttons up there ( > + ▼ X ) are black on a dark blue background, and I almost can't see them - so I never use it maximized.
How do I change the color, maybe back to the colors it uses when not maximized?

I got used to the tabs at the top -- and kinda prefer that look, but I'll try this for a while.
Is there any way to change the color of either the buttons or the background?
    Thanks.

  • How can I change the colors of a photo?

How can I change the colors in a photo?

No. You'd need an external editor for that kind of stuff:
In order of price here are some suggestions:
    Seashore (free)
    The Gimp (free)
    Graphic Coverter ($45 approx)
    Acorn ($50 approx)
    Pixelmator ($50 approx)
    Photoshop Elements ($75 approx)
There are many, many other options. Search on MacUpdate or the App Store.
You can set Photoshop (or any image editor) as an external editor in iPhoto. (Preferences -> General -> Edit Photo: Choose from the Drop Down Menu.) This way, when you double click a pic to edit in iPhoto it will open automatically in Photoshop or your Image Editor, and when you save it it's sent back to iPhoto automatically. This is the only way that edits made in another application will be displayed in iPhoto.
Of course, you may not want to change the shape of a photo which would distort it. You may want to print it in an oval shape but undistorted. I'd use a page layout app like Pages for that,

Drag your generator to the timeline. Select int. Look at the Inspector, in the top right corner (if the inspector is not open, you can use Cmd-4 to open it). At the top of the inspector, you have three buttons: "Generator", "Video", and "Info". Click on "Generator" and you get a drop down menu allowing you to choose one of six colors.
If none of these six serves you well, you can then click on "Video", and use the Color tools to set it to anything you want.
Thanks Luis for your detailed explanation ... it worked !

  • How to change the color of the text field of form

    Hi ,
Is there any way to change the color of the text field of the form........
    Thnx in advance .......
    Cheers,
    Eman

Hi Bob. I'm new to these forums and I'm not sure of protocol and exactly how this is supposed to work, so If I'm doing this wrong then please excuse me and let me know.
I liked you solution on 'How to change the color of an Item on a form' using <blink>.
I'm new to this application and coding as well so its kind of foreign to me.
    Working on a Report Page,
I would like to have item, :P1_JOB_NO blink when the difference between sysdate and :P1_DATE_DUE < 7 days.
I can identify the job_no which should blink by using the sql statement:
    SQL> select job_no from oax_projects07 where
    2 (sysdate - date_due < 7) and
    3 emp_name = 'GARY PILKENTON';
    JOB_NO
    20060627 050
But I dont know the proper syntax to make it blink,
or when to plug the syntax into.
ie, is it a process, a validation, etc.
Do you have any advice for me?
