My printer keeps giving me the error code of: "b841ebfc." do i just need to replace the color ink?
I lifted the lid on the printer, resulting in the red light to the right of the zoom-in button to start flashing. Right now, the view scree is blank. The printer usually asks me to power off the printer. I do, then it goes back to the error code and I have to start all over again. My printer is a dead paperweight right now. What do I do? Thank you so much for reading my question. I would appreciate any input that you could give me.

When you unplug the charger, does the date and time change in the menu bar to a default value?
That to me suggests that the battery is the problem. However you could run an Apple Hardware Test to see if other issues are picked up:

Unfortunately a test with an error free result is not always 100% reliable.

Hi - A couple of things to try. First, in whatever app you're in, go into File, Print and Printer Properties and set the paper size appropriately. After that, go into Page Setup in whatever app you're in and set the appropriate size in there as well. In many cases, this problem is caused by different sizes being set within the printer driver and the app. If that doesn't work, go back into Printer Properties and try choosing a different paper type (Plain Paper). I've also had that resolve the problem before.

Stop it from using photo black ink for black text printing and where has the color ink gone?
My HP Photosmart Prem C310 series all in one is using the Black Photo ink cartridge for text printing instead of the XL Black that I put in it for text printing. How can I get it to use the right cartridge for printing? Also, even though I have NOT printed ANY photo's and very few pages of text the new set of color cartridges I put in it a few months ago are almost empty. Why? How could they be almost empty when I have NOT printed anything in color? This is getting ridiculous replacing ink cartridges every few months WHEN I HAVE NOT BEEN PRINTING ANYTHING!!!
The set of ink cartridges that came with it lasted for several months. Since then I've gone through two sets in less than a year. That's 3 sets of ink cartridges when I have only printed 3 photo's when I first set it up. And have only used les than a 1/4 of one package of printing paper. I've only put paper in it twice. Each time it was about a 1/4 inch or 3/8 of an inch thick stack of paper in the tray. I've even tried shutting the printer down when its not being used for a long period of time but the ink is still disapearing. Where is it going? Why is it going there? How do I stop it? This is rediculous. I may as well junk the thing even though it still works because I cant aford to keep feeding it ink when its just sitting there doing nothing most of the time.

View Solution.I just got another email from HP about this problem wanting to know what I found for a solution to this problem. From all of the suggestions from the HP tec support all of them pretty much kept saying the same thing. That it is my fault that it's using so much ink because I have it on the wrong settings. One tec did slip and say that it doesn't matter what settings you have it on it will always use the Photo Black cartridge for printing plain black text and it doesn't matter if you have a X-Large Black cartridge in it for text printing because it was made to always use the Photo Black for text and even use some of the colors to blend with the black to make it stand out. Why anybody would need this when just printing shipping labels and things like that I don't know.
Any who, The only solution for this problem is,,,, junk the printer and get a different brand & model of printer. Research it before buying to find out how much ink it wants to waste and if it will still print black text if it only has a black cartridge in it. I was going to get rid of mine by giving it to a friend since they don't have a printer. But since I want to keep him as a friend I decided not to give it to him. Since it cant be traded in for a different one even though it still works, Its going to the target shooting range the next time I go out shooting. Maybe I'll take a few video's clips of it getting blasted to pieces with a Ruger 10-22 .22 cal. rifle with 25 shot clips, a Ruger Mini-14 Ranch Rifle shooting .223 cal with a 30 shot clip, a Chinese SKS 7.62 with a 30 shot clip. And maybe use my Ruger P89 9mm pistol and put a couple 15 round clips of 9mm in it. If there's anything left I'll finish it off with a few 3" magnum loads of #2 steel shot with my 20 gauge shotgun. Then I think I'll do the same thing to my Westinghouse 46" flat screen HDTV that just died.
Then maybe I'll come back and post the video's of my "solution to this printers problem". It may not fix the problem, but it will be an entertaining way of getting rid of the problem. -

It takes you to Adobe which tells you which ver of flash player you have - you can then see if there is a later ver by clicking on the library and it automatically selects the correct version for you to download.

App world keeps giving me the error message

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT

Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive
2) Reboot
Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt the battery-pull method above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support. Also check your BB10 OS level to be sure it also is up to date.

Still having problems but here's more info: Checked "Resume" but Message next to the job says ERROR but that 'Pinter is ready'.
However, on the PRINT & FAX page in System Preferences it has 'Idle' next to the psc1317 (default) printer.The computer scans the document but wil not print it. With printer off I disconnected the power cable and the USB from the computer then re-connected after 1 minute. When I turned the printer back on it printed the test sheet but not the document. I have also unistalled then reinstalled the hp1317 Snow Leopard software and driver and computer says that all software is up to date. Apart from a dodgy connection I have no idea where to go from here! -

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
My iPod touch 4th gen. Keeps giving me the error message "cannot connect to the app store when I sign in. I can open the app store and browse it but I can't download anything. I have full signal strength with my wi-fi and safari is working perfect. I turned it off and restarted it 3 times now. I have an iPad 2 and the app store works flawlessly with it. What is going on?
Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

The dropdown menu from the Creative Cloud icon on the menu bar keeps giving me the following message: "Download Error" I quit and restarted the creative cloud app to no avail. Running Mavericks on a mid 2011 iMac.
Try below steps once
click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Make sure to open ~/Library not /Library ( there will be two Library folders )
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
Then launch Creative Could and check.
