My program closed on me when i was downloading videos
it just closed on me when i had 9 videos downloading and that thing popped up "send error report" or whatever and i did and then it closed on me. i lost all my files that were downloading and i spent money on them and i dont even get redeemed? I WANT MY FILES BACK! i paid for them! they should have still been there downloading when i opened it back up. this is ridiculous and i need someones help NOW!

i surfed itunes a bit up in the toolbar, went to store dropdown, check out "check for purchases" and BAM there came all my downloads i lost. so im good :]

I tryed to install the new version of itunes, but when it was downloading a pop up popped up and it said 'the older version of bonjour can not be updated. please contack your support group.' what do i do?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

Now here is the problem, when I download of my i-phone it deleted everything on my I-Photo's now I have no pictures because of this issue!! You set iCloud up on iPhones, iPads and iPod touch. You should know when you set it up, there is no record stored anywhere of when you did that. -

If your temps are back to normal then the only thing that I would do is to completely uninstall the Avast software. See Thomas Reed's excellent Mac Malware Guide and pay particular attention to the "Do I need a/v software" section. 99% of the time, you don't and Mr. Reed only suggests the use of two av apps.

I can no longer download music from itunes store. It happened when I was trying to download songs dragged into a playlist. I tried to download more than one at a time. It stopped. Now I cant download at all. Even rebooted my machine.

I just don't understand why I still can't download new videos as I've deleted the software I installed and I've changed my camera settings back to what they were before when I could download into iPhoto. I perhaps should have mentioned it's iPhoto '08 version 7.1.5. Is there any way of putting iPhoto back as the "default download and view" programme?
It could be as simple as longer (larger) videos - iPhoto does not always handle larger video files well

iPhoto is not a download and view program - it is a photo management database program that imports photos - Image Capture is a download program - Preview is a view program
The default program to download your photos is set in the preference panel of either iPhoto or image capture

My daughter accidentally deleted my Pages program and icon from my toolbar while downloading free fonts off the internet. Now I can't create documents! How can I get it back?
Go to the little magnifying glass at the upper right of your screen, click and type in Pages. It will likely show up under top hit, and also under applications. Click on it. When Pages is running the icon will appear in your doc again. Control-click on the icon, choose options from the pop-up menu and choose Keep in Dock.
Now your Pages icon should be permanently back in the dock for you. -

Media Error when fast forwarding downloaded videos from Video Store
I can't fast forward videos I have purchased and downloaded from the Video Store. I get the error message "Media error please try again." When I click OK the video closes. This is very frustrating since the video player does not recognize and remember where you left off when you restart it. For a 2 hour movie, I have to watch the whole thing again. Is this a known issue or is there some issue with my PlayBook? I have a 32 gig Playbook, brand new with OS 2.1.
Any help would be appreciated.This happens to me when a video is not properly downloaded. In effect, the file is not complete even though the download appears to have been successful and the file information shows that the full length is there. I check downloaded videos first by dragging the video slider button left to right and observing if the video moves forward. If the image freezes at a certain point, I know the video is incomplete. If I release the video slider button at that point, the player gives an error and closes. The only solution then is to get a complete downloaded file.
The only other easy check to see if you in fact have the entire video is to check the file size. If it is much less than the advertised size of file from the store, then the file definitely did not download completely.

I and some of my customers are seeing 413 errors when trying to download on-demand videos. The Googling I did before posting here all say to make changes to the Blackberry Enterprise Server to fix the problem, but the customers experiencing the problem are personal users, not corporate.
