My programs don't want to cooperate (creative suite cs2) the 1st one works ok, but the second doesn
I downloaded the programs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Creative Suite CS2 and the 1st one worked, but when I tried the second CD, it wouldn't go in the same folder, it would go anywhere else in the sys. but where it should go, next to the first file, can you help?
Nobody can say anything without proper system information.

There is no reason to do that. You can buy a legitimate copy of the product from Adobe.

I had to restore my iMac from Time Machine. After the restoration all programs are functioning except my Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium. When I start any program in the suite the error message, "Licensing for this product has stopped working." I restarted the computer and tried again to run Photoshop and the same error message appeared. The message was followed by a message that stated that I needed to contact Adobe technical support and mention Error: 150.30. I need Adobe technical support to provide me a solution for my problem so I can continue using my Adobe products installed on my computer.
Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite. You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

Hi I've just upgraded my MacBook Pro from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion. Now my installed programs:- Quarkxpress 6.5 - Adobe creative suite CS2 - Adobe Acrobat 7.0 professional and Microsoft Office 2004 will not open - I get a banner saying not supported by power mac. Can anyone please help me I really need these programs for my work. Thank you!

i think it is bad new for you. if it's any consilation i went through the same thing when i loaded mountain lion when it first came out. i think the problem is that mountain lion is a pure 64bit operating system and the software you have is 32bit. earlier os's were able to emulate 32bit but the new system does not. the answer is new software. i did it and it cost me a load of money and much angst so your not alone. -
I want to install Creative Suite 6 Premium on a third home Mac CPU, single user in the home. Will use the third CPU in college class
A single user license only provides for having two activated installations. If you want a third activated installation you will have to purchase another license.
You can install on as many machines as you like, but the activations of those are limited to two per license. You could activate/deactivate as needed, but I do not know if you end up reaching a limit for that as well. I know there used to be a limit on the number of times you could activate. -
I don't want iCloud. How do I get iTunes to stop popping up the panel that asks me if I want to download the iCloud Control Panel? I'm using iTunes 11 on Windows Vista.

I am unable to open Safari. It was working yesterday before I installed the update. The update seemed to be automatic when I restarted my computer. I am running 10.9.5. I don't want to lose my contacts, bookmarks etc if I have to delete the app. Any suggestions?
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Try to launch Safari. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

Since I have changed from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1, I have not been able to start up Photoshop Elements 9! or Premiere Elements 9! The menu starts up alright, but the programs don't start when I press any buttons. How do I fix this problem?
If Layers is greyed out it possibly means that you are in Quick Mode. Select 'Expert' and all the options should become available.
Try permanently associating psd files with C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and see if that fixes the issue. Instructions here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/choose-programs-windows-uses-default.

Want to stream Netflix to blueray player via my existing Airport Express wifi. The player finds my wifi but the wireless connection fails - says, " Ensure DHCP server is enabled on router and restart router." I don't think I have a DHCP server. Suggestions anyone?
I can't speak specifically regarding LG, but the Whole Home feature on Direct TV (record a movie on one DVR and watch it on another TV in another location) just won't work with wireless, and I have a strong fast connection at 300 Mbps. Ethernet works perfectly.
Few audio/video products will accept "n" wireless at 5 GHz. I suspect that your LG accepts a 2.4 GHz signal, which would top out at 130 Mpbs.
If you are trying to stream High Definition video, especially at 1080P, my opinion would be that it is unlikely that you will be able to do so reliably using wireless.
Perhaps another user who has figured out how to do this will post with some input. -
I'm in need for a thunderbolt display before December. My old Imac is like new (don't want to invest in a new Imac yet). Can I connect the thund-D to the old Imac via USB for the time being?
Their are some display adaptors you can get. I have an older Mac Pro with DVI but my monitor is a Thunderbolt Display. This used to be around $250. It is way cheaper now.

Wanted to load an app onto my wife's ipad. BUT, the program keeps saying I've already purchsaed it and will not let me purchase again. I've tried everything I can think of. Now looking at wiping ipad competely and starting over but not sure that'll help. You can uninstall the software by going to Control Panel > Programs
You can also use the Creative Suite Cleaner tool ( Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 ) to remove the software completely.
