My purchase is gone after changing appleID

Hi all.
Our iPad was first registered to my husband's appleID.
We tried to purchase a child's game using the appleID.
However, since my husband did not remember his verification
questions, I've created my apple ID and purchased the game
using it. When we tried to open the game on iPad. The game
gave us an error message that it was purchased on different
apple ID. So I've deleted my husband's apple ID and registered
the iPad on the new mine one.However, unfortunately I can not
see the purchase that I've done in AppStore. What should
I do now?

Delete that instance of the App and then do this...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of the Account... Perform a Reset... Install the App using your Apple ID.
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer..)
Release the Buttons...

I have just changed my email address and so I have attempted to change my appleid. I am having trouble getting my apps to migrate to my computer after signing in with my new appleid. Will apps purchased under the old id migrate to the new one? Once the appleid is changed is there a delay in the system for having the change recognized across apps/programs?

I want some more info here. Did you only change the EMAIL that's associated with your Apple ID, or did you actually change the whole name of the Apple ID?

HT1539 Reauthorize digital downloads after changing AppleID username.

Hello. My dad changed his AppleID username after redeeming digital download codes and now the movies will not authorize to play under his new name, they keep asking him to enter the old name which no longer exists. Is there a way to re-authorize those movies?

All apps and purchased upgrades gone after upgrading to iOS5.

Well, Apple, you've really Microsoft-ed this iOS5 upgrade.
After upgrading iTunes, then my iPad to iOS5, I lost all the apps and app data from the iPad.
I restored the apps by clicking on all of them in iTunes and Syncing iTunes and the iPad.
This probably did more harm than good, because now the original back up was overwritten with a bad back up.
After reading the forums, I thought I could restore my data and purchased application upgrades, however, nothing changed.
Can I get back to the original backup and selectively restore the application data?
I love the automatic back up feature, but, don't blast away previous back ups. Also, let us decide what to restore to the iPad.

The same thing just happened to me and I was ticked!! All is well now though because this (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519) worked for me! YAYAYAY! Click the first "download previously purchased apps" and follow directions. It's annoying because you have to go back into the app store on your iPad and redownload every single one individually, but at least it works! I was not about to go repurchase them all. After this, I will backup from iPad into iTunes since they got lost in the iTunes update.

I have an Iphone 5 and I bought albums on it via itunes store app. I now realised they have gone. I can only imagine it is because I have had to change my apple ID as I no longer use the old email address (old company). I am disappointed that this has been the result though. I have synced my iphone with one of the PC's that has my itunes to see if it will reappear but no. How do I get them back?
It is strange as it was there one evening and then the next it was gone. I hadn't actually changed anything that evening but I wonder if it was the result of the home sharing sync or something?

It doesn't matter that your Apple ID, which uses the same characters as your old email address, now has a defunct address. You need to go into your Apple ID profile and change the defunct address for a valid one. This will not necessarily change the "address" which stands as your Apple ID.
By "changing" the address directly on the Apple ID itself and not on the profile, you inavertedly created a new Apple ID.

So I Update my game App Fish with Attitude and Fashion Design World, after the update finished I went back into the games
But my progress was lost and do we're my in app purchases. I reported the problem to the app creator and all in app purchases are handled by itunes.
So I then went into my account to try and report it but the teport a problem link sends me to the homepage. At this point I'm getting frustrated because I can't
To find a proper answer or link that can help me and the other thing is that I don't want to lose my game progress and purchases. What do I Do?

Purchased music gone after PC crash

Hope someone can help. I had a PC crash and had to reinstall everything from scratch. My purchased music has gone, how do I get it back? I've bought it, I have the record of it in "Purchased", but how can I get it from iTunes again without having to buy it again? Many thanks

I had the exact same thing happen to me, I emailed apple about it and they replyed saying they put all of my bought songs in a "Download queue". Any songs I bought that were later modified at the iTunes Store they could not do but in my case none had been modified. once they had set up a download queue all I had to do is hit Advance at the top of iTunes and select "Check For Purchases". I would recommend doing that first to see if that works, if not email apple and Im sure they will set up a download queue for you. Goto this link http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/musicstore/lostmusic/ at the bottom of the page is where you can fill out some basic info and email them about your problem. This is where I went to email and then redownload all my bought songs. once you have done that make sure you back up all the songs you have bought to a CD, DVD or External Hard drive.

Purchase History gone after iTunes froze! Please HELP

I just finished downloading an update for "The Bard's Tale" via iTunes. I logged out of iTunes, closed it out then plugged in my iPad to my computer. After the iPad was "Connected" I tried to open iTunes and it froze, so after waiting for 2 minutes, I force closed iTunes the restarted the computer.
Now whenever I log back into iTunes all of the apps I've purchased have the dollar amount on their button(s), instead of saying "Downloaded". When I click on the "Purchased" link, the purchased page says "You do no have any purchased apps available to download." How do I fix this? PLEASE HELP.
I've uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes, tried the "iTunes Library.itl" missing content fix, but they didn't solve the problem.
In iTunes, when I go to my account and check my purchases, everything is there. They are not showing up via the "Purchased" link on the iTunes Home Page.

I searched a bit before posting and didn't find anything. Thank you for pointing out that I'm not the only one with this problem. I thought it was due to my iTunes freezing, because everything worked fine before that.
Hope it gets resolved soon, I was starting to freak out .
I really wish Apple would put up a Status page in iTunes, so when these type of things happen we could check the page to see if they are undergoing maintenance or if somethinf is down.

CC Subscription gone after changing primary email

9/9-14 I bought the student pack of CC with yearly subscription. Later on that year I changed my primary email, and my subscription was gone. I contacted customer service and he told me to wait. Now it's been several weeks and it's still not registered on my account. Furthermore, my bank account is still being charged the monthly fee without a confirmation email being sent to any of my email addresses.
I've tried getting in contact with adobe several times, but their chat is "unavailable" every time.
How can this be fixed?

Log out of icloud on iphone after changing appleID

I lost access to the email account that I had always used for my Apple ID. I have changed my Apple ID but didn't know that I should have logged out of I cloud on my phone before I did. Now when I try to log out on my phone it shows the old apple ID and asks for a password. I have tried the password that was used when that ID was used and I have tried my new password but I cant seem to log out. Any help is much appreciated.

Go back and change your AppleID back to the old address.
Do NOT send verification email.
Then Settings > iCloud and delete the account.
Then go and change your AppleID back to the new address.

How do I get my purchased apps back - after changing my Apple ID & Payment Method.

I can't seem to find any of the apps that I downloaded + purchased before updating my Apple ID & payment method.
I got an Ipad mini retina on Dec. 1st and signed on with my Apple ID and purchased a few apps to use.
The Ipad mini also asked me for my payment information again, but I entered in a different CC#, which updated my payment method to that CC#.
So, I just got an Ipad Air today and tried to restore that Ipad Air from the cloud, but my Apple ID is only showing app downloads and purchases from Dec. 15 and on.
My question is ...
How do I get my apps back? Who would I talk to?
I'm pretty sure I've only used one Apple ID, but all these new iOs devices and accounts are confusing the heck out of me.

It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID

Purchased Ringtones gone after iOS5 install

I had purchased some ringtones from itunes months ago while using iOS4 and now they do not appear in iOS5. In iTunes my phone shows a ringtone directory with my purchased ringtones, but the iPhone itself does not show any. It only has the defaults. Any help?

Im not sure how you can recover ringtones but for future use you can make ringtones for free now, http://www.ehow.com/how_5352779_make-ringtone-using-itunes.html gives you steps on how to do it.

Settings gone after changing to new computer and moving old profile

Well, I got a new computer. UI had daily backups and thus my profile is current as of last night. I tried importing the profile, and while the bookmarks, extensions, passwords, etc, are there, the theme wasn't saved, and it somehow opened tabs I had stored from like NOVEMBER. It also seems to have forgotten my tab settings, etc as well as added all the extra bookmarks that are default.
Any way to restore it to the old familiar state?

Also, it seems that the NoUn Buttons extension is missing the little 'recent history' tab next to them for some reason and the only solution is to use the Unified buttons, which I really dislike.
