My purchased items are no longer available!
I recently deleted some items in my itunes that I purchased. How can I download them again? I-tunes gives me a message that says "I can only download purchased music to this computer only once". Please help
Store policy states that downloads are a one-time deal & it's the user's responsibility to backup important files. The store will even send you a reminder after something like every 10-15 downloads to backup. If you have no backups, you may have to re-purchase what you deleted.

My purchased movies are no longer available to stream on my Apple TV
I purchased Apple TV (Version 3) about 3-4 weeks ago. For the first few weeks I could access and stream all of my iTunes purchased movies through my Apple TV. This week, out of the blue, when I got to Movies > Purchased I get the message "You have not purchased any movies." I have about 25-30 movies I've purchased through iTunes (mostly by redeeming Blu-Ray digital copies) and was able to stream them without issue until approximately the beginning of this week.
Does anyone know:
1. Why this might have happened?
2. How to get the movies to show up on ATV again?
My purchased television shows are there and I can use the other ATV features just fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.I figured it out. Movies were hidden. Perplexed though as I know I didn't click "hide" on 38 different movies.

for reasons unknown my usual synch process wouldnt work and not only had i to restore factory settings but then i tunes required me to reset my password but i retained my apple id. most items were restored when the phone was synchronised but my purchased apps were not.
have tried calling apple support but very difficult to get throughThis indicates corrupt files.

I purchased several older James Bond movies 2 years ago that have all disappeared from my iTunes and are no longer available. Will I be refunded for these items?
No you won't be refunded, it's your responsibility to keep copies of your purchases. Have you not got copies of them on backups ?

How to get back purchased music when computers are no longer available...
We were hit by lightning, again, and lost my wife's Bondi iMac. Those of you who know them realize that they didn't come with CD burners...so we didn't back up her music purchases. In addition, I recently lost my job. The music I purchased on my work computer was purged while I was getting my pink slip. So, I was unable to back it up as well.
So, we have a handful of songs that we purchased on other computers that are no longer available to us. I emailed Apple a couple weeks ago and have not received any answer on how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.You have posted on the iTunes for Windows forum

I am afraid Apple has a download once policy, but you have done the right thing contacting them as I understand they they will occasionally make an exception in special circumstances and allow another download.

Why I cant view my picture on my iphoto and if I try to copy to any folder it Shows "The item on the clipboard cant be pasted to this location. (One or more of the item may have been deleted or are no longer available) "
There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. Describe the problem as fully as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have. -
I cannot play purchased songs in iTunes v11.0.1.12 or sync them to my iPhone and the songs are no longer available for downloard in iTunes store (so, I can't delete and download them again).

I updated my mini, but some of my apps are no longer available. One of them I purchased from the Apple store. They are grayed out with the word "waiting" underneath the app. Any suggestions?
If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

My purchases from Apple TV are no longer available on the device.
I'm not sure what I've done but my purchases from Apple TV are no longer available on the device. They can only be found on Itunes under 'library/tv shows' and 'apple tv/tv shows'. How can I transfer the shows back onto my Apple TV and then erase the files from itunes? Once accomplished, how can I prevent my Apple TV purchses from syncing with my itunes (to save space on itunes, I prefer not to sync purchases from apple tv).

You haven't done anything wrong, this is the way it is supposed to work. You cannot sync the content back to the Apple TV and then erase it from iTunes because the Apple TV mirrors iTunes, and if it is deleted from iTunes it will also then get deleted from the Apple TV.
You might also see this, however I strongly recommend against it. -
Firstly Im in the UK so I know that affects what is available in iCloud etc. But my question involves past purchases and how they are stored iniCloud.
If I was to buy a TV Series download it and watch it on my iPad and then delete it from my iPad it would be stored to iCloud so I could download it again as and when I wish to. But if that content is removed from iTunes, for whatever reason, what recourse do I have? Have I just lost the money that I originally paid?
I really want to start buying up all of digital copies of the DVDs I own but its difficult to justify if content could be removed at anytime without notice.
I hope somebody can help me with this.

My purchased items are not available in iTunes
None of my purchased items are showing up in the iTunes Store. Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me? Thanks! This problem shows up on my iPhone 4S (with latest software update), Apple TV 3 (latest software update) and my MacBook Pro (latest software). I am getting the message, "You do not have any purchased movies available to download." The same is for my TV Shows and Music. I know for a fact that I have a lot of music, movies, and TV Shows purchased, and I have been able to view/listen to them before on my Apple TV.

Ok, so I've redeemed £15 on my iPad 2 around half an hour ago. I keep trying to purchase the album, but a reminder comes up that the item is no longer available. I'm really confused since I don't think it's anything to do with my storage.
I am getting a similar error message when trying to access the App Store from Belgium, on my Ipad, to update an App called LoungeBuddy and to download an App called Slated, though i was able to download the Numbers update that you can't access??
On my PC, for the Slated App, it says "This item is temporarily unavailable - please try again later".

In the middle of Purchase, Album becomes no longer available??
I've just started purchasing on itunes and have been happy until now. I pre-ordered an album and also purchased an album. Right in the middle of the download an warning message appeared saying the music store was no longer available. I went back to check purchases and the message kept repeating with each attempt. I went into itunes to try and re-purchase the album and I am now given the message the item is no longer available. I am curious?? I have two of the twelve songs, of said item. Has anyone experienced this before and what did you do?

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store notice. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

i recently purchased nba elite and need for speed shift for my ipod, i accedentally restored my itouch on my laptop, i was able to recover my paid apps except for the ones that are no longer available in the store, is there a way i could get them back?
