My purchased list has mixed itself up, not in order that i bought it now. It's not on shuffle either???

my purchased list was in order i bought the songs. Suddenly its all mixed up! not sure what if anything i did..... please help me get it back in purchased order..... ps... its not on shuffle either :-(

You should NEVER have just one copy of anything that you do not want to lose.
When you download to you ipod, you should at your earliest opportunity, sync/transfer the purchased music to you computer. You can then back up the music from there when you perform your regular backup for your computer.
Your music/apps/vids are not part of the itunes initiated backup that is performed when you sync your ipod. Before you upgrade/restore/re-install anything, you need to be sure that you have transferred an purchases to your computer. You should regularly back up your computer as well.

I just got a Touch 32GB yesterday and ran into the same problem. I have two PCs in the house that I can sync my iPods on, but I normally use one that DOESN'T have an internet connection, so that the one that does is free for others to use ... a great argument and tension solution, btw.
Anyway, I hooked up the older "iTunes" PC to the net for a first-time sync with the Touch, and ran into this problem. First it kept detecting the Touch as an unidentified iPhone, then I couldn't sync my classic either. Then I found a post here about how when multiple USB ports running off same USB controller seem to screw with the Touch/iPhone syncing.
So I disconnected all but 2 of my USB 2.0 slots (the Touch & the Portable HD with my iTunes Library) and now it's working perfectly. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but it might be worth a try.

I am now upgrading to a new MacBook Pro (OS 10.10.2), from the OS 10.4.11 PowerBook, which is too old for Migration Assistant to transfer the Acrobat application to the MacBook, so I must manually migrate — drag and drop — which I am told will not enable transfer of applications, so I must re-download, and that of course must be something compatible with the new machine. Does my existing subscription entitle me to download an equivalent to the Acrobat 7.0 Standard on my new computer?

Acrobat 7 is most unlikely to run on Mac Yosemite 10.10.2. It has not been tested and is unsupported for this OS.
Recommend you to purchase the latest subscription for Acrobat 11 Pro

Network shows up on Airport list, but internet itself does not work.

We have a desktop with Windows XP, and a Mac laptop that runs Leopard. We set up a wireless router in our apartment and put password protection on it. We are able to select our network from the airport list, and log in with our password, but when we try to use the internet (with safari, firefox, etc.) the pages won't load.
We have full signal strength according to airport, and our internet connection works just fine on the PC. Any idea on how to troubleshoot?

I wish I could help you, but I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. The PC connects fine, but my Macbook Pro won't connect. I have had no problem with this until about a month ago. (Before that all was fine. We even got a new modem, but no joy.)
Moreover, though, when I try to connect from the modem via ethernet (dsl) it says I am connected to the net, but likewise the browser can't connect to the web.
I rang the ISP and the modem supplier. They asked me to check that the modem setting allowed multiple computers to share the connection. My settings were already set to allow this, but you could at least check this out.

You have turned VoiceOver on. You will need to go to Settings>General>Accessibility>VoiceOver and turn it off. However the gestures on your phone are different with this on. You have to use three fingers to scroll, and to tap an icon once so select it, the double-tap it to activate it. These are the steps you need to take to turn it off:
Press Home.
Tap Settings. Then double-tap Settings.
Tap General. Then double-tap General.
Use three fingers on the screen to scroll to Accessibility.
Tap Accessibility. Then double-tap Accessibility.
Tap VoiceOver. Then double-tap VoiceOver.
Tap "On" next to VoiceOver. Then double-tap "On" to turn it off.

I just bought an iphone and created an apple id. When I entered my credit card number, I also put in the number of the itunes card that i bought. Now, when I go to buy music from the itunes store, it says my card has already been redeemed. What can I do?

Thanks for your advice, I went to the apple shop today for a face to face meeting with a tech and he checked everything and could not figure out why I was having this problem so we decided to give up on that account and create a whole new one for me using a different email address.
Now I can download apps on both my iPhone and ipad2.

Purchased list can't update

Open My Purchased list, there are some apps in there.
But when I bought apps again, the purchased list can't update. The purchased list has no change. The app I bought can be download, but not appear in the Purchased list .
I have already authorized to my computer. MAC or PC all appear this question.
I don't know what to do.

Maybe the apps have been hidden inadvertently ...
Launch iTunes on your Mac. From the menu bar top of your screen click Store > Sign In
Now click your Account name in the account area right side of the iTunes Store window.
That will take you to the Account Information window.
Now click: View Hidden Purchases

I don't want apps that I no longer have on my iPhone to still appear on my purchased listing or where it says "Not On This Phone". There must be a way to clear those completely if they are not wanted there. If not, then that would be a mistake by Apple. Is there a way to do this or not?

You can do it, but you need to do so on iTunes. You click Your Account and there is a way to hide past purchases. Sorry it's a little vague but I don't have the app open - it's very easy to find though.

Allow group to view a list view web part but not the original list?

I have a list that contains a lot of details about current active projects our team is working on. I created a public list view that presents this list in a concise format for external viewers to see and have it on a separate page in a web part; however,
we need to keep the original list (and all the extra data private).
How can I keep the original list restricted, but allow permissions to the data that is in that public list view?
I have already set up the page permissions and they are able to see the page, but the list has no data and displays a message that says "There are no items to show in this view of the "Projects" list.".

There's no way to do this that I'm aware of without some kind of custom programming. You could easily create a custom web part that runs with elevated permissions to get the data and display it in a read only fashion. But to display data in
any kind of out of the box web part users need permissions to see the data.

HELP! New songs show up on Itunes and Purchased list, but will not show up on phone.

I've added some new songs to my Purchased list. They show up on iTunes, but do not add after being synced to my iPhone 4s! The sync goes through, but they don't show up on the phone at ALL. I've tried deleting and re-adding to Purchased, but it didn't work. The software is all up to date as well. Has this happened to anyone? What do I do?

Try switching to manually manage music for your iPhone, then you can drag and drop the music that you want or even drag the playlist to add the song.

This sorted it for me:
Backup your iPhone to iCloud (I believe backing up to iTunes will work too). Now go to "Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase All Content and Settings" to completely restore your iPhone to factory settings. Assuming you've backed up to iCloud, you'll be asked when setting up your iPhone if you want to restore from an iCloud backup. Choose that option and once your iPhone has restored itself from your backup, this annoying problem will finally be gone! (was for me anyway).
To restore from an iTunes backup, connect your iPhone to your computer, load iTunes. Click the File menu and select Devices > Restore from Back up.

Previously deleted songs have greyed out "Purchased" buttons, and the items are not in the "Purchases" list.

I have several songs I deleted on an unknown date that I want to redownload. As I stated in the title, the songs I am looking for are not in my "Purchases" list, and when I search for the album the song is in the song has a greyed-out "Purchased" button. I get the same result on my iPhone, which was bought long after I deleted these songs (I assume).

It is possible that you may have deleted the tunes.
