My purchased song did not completely download. Now what?

How do I re-downlaod previously purchased songs from iTunes. The last part of the song did not download on 2 of my 4 last purchases.

Just download them again.  There is no charge if you follow these steps: iTunes 10 for Windows: Download previous purchases from the iTunes Store

I bought a song from itunes store and it did not fully download

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

  • I purchased songs on my iphone and transferred to my itunes library on my PC, but 3 of the 6 songs did not completely download? On my iphone they are complete.

I purchased songs on my iphone4 and transferred them to my itunes library on my PC.  I transferred over a wi-fi connection for the first time and for whatever reason 3 of the 6 songs are only partially downloaded..even though they appear completely downloaded the songs stops abruptly.  On my iphone they are complete and play without problem.

If the computer iTunes is signed into the same account then contact iTunes:

  • HT203433 Does anyone know how to advise Itunes that a downloaded song did not completely download especially when four other songs had no problem?

Downloaded Born to be Wild but only 1/2 the song downloaded. I also downloaded 4 other songs with no problem. How can I let Itunes know there is a problem with this song?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app (or video app) on your iOS device.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

  • TS1362 downloaded a number of albums and songs and they did not completely download - meaning they cut off half way through each song -

Downloaded a number of songs to IPAD - they did not completely download - have bill showing I paid for them, how to I sort?

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the problem tracks from your iTunes library, close and then reopen iTunes, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unticked.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the "Report a problem" links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

2 questions, 1 I tried to download developer preview 2, and it did not complete and now I cant redeem again.  Is there a way to fix without calling the 800, 2 if i put all itunes in the cloud do i have to store it on my machine still, can i delete movies etc, on hard drive

If you mean the Developer preview of OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion you need to be posting this to the appropriate developer forum or AppleSeed forum. We can't help you with software that hasn't been released.
Your second question seems to be related to iTunes Match, yes? Try posting it in that forum.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Don't download MacKeeper. Users complain about this app and it damages OS X. Also, Mac OS X knows how to take care of itself, so you don't need any other cleaning application that may damage OS X. See > https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3691

  • HT4623 hi there i have an iphone 4 i think it started installing ios6 and did not complete and now my phone refuses to restart

hi there i have an iphone 4 i think it started installing ios6 and did not complete and now my phone refuses to restart it just keeps on rebooting

Try forcing the phone into recovery mode. Disable ALL anti-virus & firewalls first.
    Turn your phone off, then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option of restoring from backup or as a new device.

  • Purchased albums but the last song did not complete the download.

I purchased 2 albums from the Itunes store and on each album there is a song that did not complete the download, it was stuck at 100% and wouldn't clear, just froze. I shut down Itunes and went back into it and the two songs aren't in my library but when I go to the website to try to redownload them it shows they were purchased but it won't let me restore them. My main concern is both were album only song so it may be difficult to get them without redownloading the entire albums. Is there a way I can get these songs without paying for them again?

  • How do I continue my free upgrade if it did not complete download?

I recieved the email giving me the code to redeem for my free upgrade to Mountain Lion. I started the download, but because of a lost connection it did not complete. There was an icon in Launchpad that said paused upon reboot. When I clicked it the icon disappeared, but nothing resumed downloading.
Now with no way to resume I tried to redo the whole process, but am given a message, "This code can only be used once." when I try to download the update again.
How do I get the update now?

That doesn't help at all sig.
There is no topic that covers the free upgrade failing. The upgrade actually NEVER even showed up in the app store as downloading...only in the launchpad. Now that icon is gone and since Apple thinks I used the code for the free upgrade I can't start over even though the upgrade never finished downloading.
    Next?
