My Q10 is down. I think I should replace it to new one.

I bought my Q10 and the phone is not working now. I think main board is broken. Of course, I've done nothing wrong.
I sent a mail to BlackBerry online store, and they say defective product replacement is not their job, and they said ask about the problem at this link. -> http://global.blackberry.com/sites.html
However, I cant' find where I can ask about this problem. I think this is the only link whick I can ask, but the link is what I asked before. Which means, this link cannot be used for defective product replacement.

I followed the instruction, but autoloader failed. It stopped on
Signature Trailer stage(IFS, OS, User File System) with 3% progress.
(and it quits)
Now the situation is getting worse... I can't see even no battery
sign... At first, red LED turned on for a long time, ( 5~7secs?)  but
now one long red let light and short light 3times / short break / 2times
/ short break / 1 time.
I think there's a big problem with my Q10, and I have done nothing
wrong. Even though my poor English make you to understand the situation
hard, I think you can see I've done nothing wrong. ( I'm sorry about my
poor English, but English is not my mother language. )
So please change my phone. If you need details, send me a mail plz.
Oh... I'm Korean and I bought the Q10 via an agency. (the agency office
is in both USA and Korea. We buy, send it to USA office, the office send
it to us.) So I'm not in a good situation to return my Q10, but it can
be done. Just the return takes some days.
And... please change my phone.. I'm really a qwerty holic, bought your

  • Can I fix my macbook or should I get a new one?

    Here are the problems I've been having.
    My original account runs extremely slowly. After a little while on that account, my laoptop starts to make a noise that sounds like a ball dropping inside of the machine. I made another account because this one was slow. Note that although this was my first account on this macbook, I don't feel that I have a ton of saved things or extensive files. (and the macbook is 6, almost 7 years old, though I had the hard drive replaced a while ago.)
    My second account isnt really slow, but its slower *sometimes* than my guest account. I have no real problems with my guest account, but Safari fails quite often. I have to quit the app and open it again once or a couple/few times to get back up to my ideal speed in loading pages.
    I don't think my CD/DVD disk drive works. It hasnt worked for a long time though. When I put disks in, they dont play. (Side note, can they replace this?) Although, on one of the specs screens, it says that it does read DVD. So idk.
    My battery life *****. I've replaced the battery before. I've also had bad luck with apple chargers. (the coating on the wires seems less durable than my oldest one, falls apart easily) I left for a vacation for a few days to a week and when I came back, my already poor battery life was nonexistent - since then, my computer wont work unless it is plugged into the charger. I'm not sure if this is the charger's fault or my battery/computer. However, now I have another problem. While charger is plugged in, lately my computer will go on standby even if I'm using it. I keep pushing keys so it will restore the screen. Then, shortly after that, the computer will shut down.  have to unplug and wiggle the charger around in the computer before it turns back on. Again, this could be the charger, right?
    Aesthetcally, I'd want a new one. There are chips. The frame on the screen is coming off along the bottom and on the side a little bit. The keyboard is fine. It's the black one they dont make anymore. But we know macs arent cheap. (But I wont buy a "PC" laptop)
    Please help me! Is there anyway to make my oldest account run fast, stop the ball dropping noise, get cds/dvds to work, and solve the non existent battery life? Or do you think I just need a new one?

    Also...
    One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
    PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
    Reboot, test again.
    If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts (Users & Groups in later OSX versions)>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed. Or an errant process eating up RAM.
    Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
    Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

    I am moving to Europe, specificaly France, soon and would like to know if I should bring my Verizon iphone 5, or just buy a new one there, since I will have to start a new contract with a European phone company while I am there. I haven't bought my new iphone 5 yet (because I am waiting for this answer) but my mother is alligble for an upgrade with her Verizon account and can get a brand new Verizon iphone 5 for a great deal. She was going to give it to me, but I am leaving for France in 3 months where I will be living there for at least a year. I was going to just purchase a new iphone 5 with one of the European phone companies (like Orange or Vodaphone, ect.) since I will be getting a good deal on them too (when signing up for a new contract), but if the Verizon iphone will work exactly the same over in Europe, I would rather get it now. Either way, I will be spending about the same amount of money. Will I be restricted somehow using a US iphone 5 in Europe, or are the US iphone 5's any different from the iphone 5's in Europe (or tide to European phone companies? Do they offer an insurance plan? (I'm not sure if this even exists in the US. I will be a new iphone user!) I'm just curious what which iphone will be more efficitant to use, since I will be spending most of my time in Europe.

    You do not need to buy the iPhone charger , it is covered by the same warranty as the iPhone
    You should go to Apple and it should be replaced under warranty assuming it came from your country originally

    If you need to carry large files (e.g., larger than about 4GB) back and forth, you may need ExFAT. Otherwise MS-DOS works for smaller files.
    The Mac can Read, but not write Windows New Technology File System (NTFS) without an add-on program such as Paragon NTFS.

    I connected a new 2nd iphone to my laptop. When asked to setup as new or to restore from backup, I chose restore because I thought it would load all of the apps and their relevant data faster. Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have done that. My 1st phone is my work phone and now my 2nd phone (personal) has my work Exchange information loaded in it and they are both syncing my personal phone number it seems. Maybe I should have set it up as new? How do I change that?

    If you don't transfer the backup for your other iPhone or leave it as is, you must set up and transfer everything manually after restoring your new iPhone as a new iPhone or not from the backup.

    Depends to some degree on the batteries, the means of charging (if they are rechargeable) or the level of quality if they are not.   Rechargeable batteries have worked well for me though they do not give anything like the advertised working rate, I'm lucky to get 14 days.   Alkaline batteries are often promoted 12 for the price of 6 or some equally stupid rate and are often substandard because of it.

  • Should I buy the new ipad air?

    I have an ipad 4 without the cellular capability and have always wanted one with that capability.  I've been waiting for the new ipad and now that it's out I'm asking the experts here - should I buy the new one or get an ipad4 with cellular?

    My first iPad (first gen) was a 16. I managed well with it. Then upgraded to a 3rd gen with 32 GB. What I found was that if the space was there, I used it, even though I thought 16 was plenty. And suspect if I had gone to a 64 or a 128, would have found the same thing. If you think there is a chance that 128 would work better for you, that's what I would go with. Better to have it and not really need it, than not to have and wish you did.

    I have screwed up a bunch of settings, folders, photos, etc on my macbook pro running factory installed Lion.  To get everything straightened out, I was thinking I should do a delete and reinstall and just start over like it was a brand new computer.  I will only loose some usermane and password info and my history and cookies.  There is nothing else on the computer that is not on another device somewhere.  Does this sound like the right thing to do?  I cannot seem to find ways to correct the problems indivdually, though I am sure they are there.  If so, how do I do it?  My computer did not come with any type of disc, I do not believe.  Thanks in advance for anyone's help!

    Yes, that sounds reasonable.
    Install or Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion from Scratch
    Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Erase the hard drive:
      1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
      2. After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list.
          Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
      3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Optionally, click on the Security button
            and set the Zero Data option to one-pass. Click on the Erase button and wait until the process
          has completed.
      4. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
    Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion and click on the Install button.
    Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

    My Q10 100-3 turns of at 14% battery .
    I have the device 5 months ,at first i was with official os but i started installing leaked os about 3 months ago .
    The problem might have start 2 months ago ,not really sure case i usually did charge my phone from 20% and above .
    One day i left the phone until it went 14% and it turned of after a call i received .
    From then the same thing happens all the time .
    Two months im trying to find a solution...
    I downgraded to an older os - upgrading again with last official os , security wipe many many times - clean restore ..but nothing .
    I also bought a brand new battery ,but the problem is still there .
    Everyone says to charge correct the device with geniun wall charges (i have done this also) but without fixing my problem .
    Everything starts when my device gets exactly 14% ….not 15 neither 16 …
    Im starting thinking that this is a hardware issue .
    I really don't know what to do 
    The only solution that i have found is that when the phone shuts down at 14% i take of the battery pull out the sim - put back the battery -power on .
    The device then works without the sim perfect and shuts down at 0% …
    When i put the sim back then the device shuts down again .
    I have changed twice the sim but nothing again …
    Please if someone has a solution i would appreciate .

    the Q10 with the problem was under warrenty and they gave me a brand new one(different serial number) , but unfortunatelly , believe it or not with the same problem .....
    I cant make it work from 14% and below with the sim inside ......
    when i take of the sim the phone shuts down at 0%   , when i put the sim inside and the phone reaches 14% and i receive or make a call it shows the message (turning of device)and shuts down ...
    I have tried every trick out there , but i cant make it work 
    Please if someone can try making a call or receiva a call under 14% on a SQN100-3 model , i will appreciate .
    I want to figure out if this happens to all SQN100-3 models , or im the most unlucky man in the world ....
