My Questions and My Watches should be on main forum page.

One of the primary things people do on a forum is ask questions and then come back to see if they got an answer. It is, after all, the purpose of the forum!
So, why is the link to "my questions" buried under My Control Panel instead of immediately available to us when we enter the forum?
For people who are on slow internet connections (that's most of the continent I'm on, for example), unnecessary page loads are a real burden.

I do not believe anyone on this thread has been rude.
This is the feedback section of the forum, and that's what was supplied.
The posts stated what was needed, why it was needed, why the current layout was not optimal, and why the suggested workaround was not useful.
As they used to say on an old tv show, "Just the facts, ma'am."

stevejobsfan is correct; iwork for ios is free only for new purchases of new ios devices. A good work around (if you have wifi connectivity) is going to the icloud website on your ipad, and working on your document.
A word of caution (the real reason I am responding to your post). If you do a lot of 'formatting' of a document on iwork for mac, and then save it in icloud; you will probably loose most of the formatting you have done (this will be true if you oppen the document in iwork for ios; also) It happened to me, and I did not duplicate the document before saving it to icloud; I lost at least an hours worth of work.

A way to find my previous questions and problem reports?

Is there a way on this forum to find my previous questions and problem reports? Since posting a question earlier today, I've found MOST of the answer and would therefore like to append what I found to the question, without waiting for someone else to answer it. I don't remember the title I gave the earlier question, or I'd use that title in searching for it.
The troubleshooting information below is more relevant to a previous problem than this question.

Hallo,
i want to modifiy with WD or "Portal Component" the "security question" and "the answer of the security question" for a user.
I want to develop my own "my profiles" application. It's realy easy to develop "my profiles" without the "security guestion" if i use ume. But how i can modify the "security question" and the "answer" for a logged on portal user??

If you can’t reset them via the above instructions (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

Creating a question and answer database with un incremental question table

Hello,
i have a project which am suppose to create a database which will be Question and Answers.
the Question are not to be increasing in the database but only the answers.
exp:
Question Table:
Questions: have you slept well?. Do you have children?. and so on till 12 question.
Answer Table:
Answers : 1.yes, 2.no, 3.may be, 4.some how,
and this Answer should be updated in the database with numbers for instant yes should be 3, no should be 0, may be should be 2 and some how should be 1.

Where can I get a script to submit questions and answer them?

Is there a script out there that works like this?
Visitor asks question on website, goes to Admin section. Admin answers question and now question and answer are posted together on the front page. Front page is constantly updated with these answered questions, newest on top. Search on top should search all of answered questions.

It wouldn't be a script. You're asking about a whole category of functionality, including training the person who answers the emails.
This could be implemented in a variety of ways, with a variety of capabilities, and with a variety of requirements and levels of efficiency. The choice you use will depend a lot on the hardware you're running on, the server and tools you use for your existing site, the amount of activity you expect, etc.
If you're using an existing, well-supported application server and web development environment, then I expect that what you're asking for could be built within it pretty easily. It might even be available pre-built. But it's not like there's some generic "q/a tool script" in fifty lines of Java code that you can just dump on any web server and have it work magically in all cases.

Lost iCloud Password. Cant remember answers to security questions and retrieval email no longer in service. Please help

Hi, I have a friend who has lost his iCloud password. We cannot remember the answers to the security questions and we can therefore not retireve an important pages document that is backed up to iCloud. Is there any way to retrieve the password based on the correct birthdate and the username? I can even supply the date (to within 2 days) of when the account was created.
I cannot find any way to communicate with someone at Apple directly, who could help me out.
P.S. We are based in South Africa, so there is no Apple Store that I could go to. Apple itself is only represented here through a 3rd party.

Did you move any system files? It's looking for the system folder. You can startup from the system CD by inserting the CD and restarting the computer and at the same time hold down the C key. The computer will boot from the CD. At that point run the disk utility and check your hard-drive. It the problem persists then do a fresh clean install of the system folder and that should help you get back on track.

You will have to contact iTunes Support and tell them you have forgotten your Security Questions and need them reset. They will respond to you by email, usually within 24 hours. Here are two links to contact iTunes Support:

Write down your security questions.......
Here is what you should do if you do not remember the answers to your Apple ID security questions:
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Even if I'm not despertate, creating a new Id is good Idia. But I think I must create another email address also since I can't use the first email adress as an apple id for the new one. That means I should check everyday the new email address also, that is making life complex. Better to try the 1st solution. Thank you very much.
