Okay so when I had a ipod touch 4 with ios 6 my apple id got hacked and they spent all my itunes credit bla blah blah. so i made a new apple id which was fine and was working. i recently upgraded to an ipod 5 so did my sister and i got ios 7and she just kept ios 6 then my ipod camera crapped out so i decided to back up my ipod first and switch with my litttle sister by erasing and restoring both of them. I erased my little sisters one and restored it to mine but it said to do that it needed to upgrade to io7 so i let it do its thing and then my ipod camera started working again (i hadnt erased mine) I then relised when i clicked back up to my ipod on my little sisters ipod i clicked the back up which was ages ago when i was using my ipod 4 and ios6 with my old apple id that i no longer use. now that i want to change her ipod back to her own one not with my old stuff on it. it is logged into the old apple id with the old email that we deleted and the old icloud account linked to the same old email account that is deleted. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------LONG STORY SHORT : I am trying to erase my sisters ipod so i can restore it back to normal but theres is an old apple id on it with an email account and icloud account that has been deleted. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

when I change Spreadsheet documents, then try to "save changes," I get a message "The J. Ortiz pay 2006.cwk(SS) can't be opened because it has been deleted." Then I click <ok>
It seems obvious to me that it was not deleted, but it will not close until I "Quit Appleworks." I am about to have a nervous breakdown fearing that thes files will actually delete themselves.
They were transformed from OS 9 to classic and have been working fine for a couple of years. The only thing I can suspect is that I did an upgrade of Quicktime recently. Otherwise it has been business as usual--nothing fancy outsideof additions to iPhoto.
Please, is there someone who can explain this to me and maybe make these messages stop?

You met a very frustrating oddity.
I was able to reproduce it in a special condition:
when I uses simultaneously two versions of AppleWorks (french one and english one). If I remember well it was also reported when using the OSX version and the Classic version "simultaneously".
If there is only one document to save, try to select all, copy to clipboard.
Quit the application then trash its preferences then restart and paste in a fresh document (before pasting to the old version just for safe).

I have lost my old itunes account as it had an gmail address which has been deleted by google, the rescue email address is also no longer valid

i am unable to locate my old itunes account. I save music from my own collection and purchased tracks from itunes. i believe the account was using an old gmail account which has been deleted by google as it was inactive for a period of time. the rescue email address is also not obsolete. Is there anyway of tracking down my old account either by creditcard number or home address? i have not been able to get music on any of my devices, ipad 2 or my iphone 5. really need some help as this has been like it for several months.. probably a couple of years if i thnk about it.

You need to use separate iCloud accounts. This will mean that you can both have your own separate contracts and calendars and put an end to them being deleted by each other.
Whether or not you have a separate iTunes account, is up to you. If you have a separate iTunes accounts you will not be able to access the music, books, apps that have been purchased by the other. If you mean the built-in Maps app, you can't delete it. Search all your screens and inside all your folders. You can also use Spotlight search on your phone to locate it and if it's inside a folder, the name of the folder will show to the right of the Maps icon. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

CS6 Photoshop reads this when attempting to "Could not initialize Photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted). HELP!

Finally got a call this morning from an Adobe Rep and he explained to me the issue. He explained that I needed to uninstall the adobe product, in this case Photoshop CS6 and download it again and reinstall it! So, I did that and get the same message when attempting to open the newly downloaded software: "Could not initialize Photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted). Please, if someone could help me as soon as possible! I am very anxious to remedy this situation. Thank you!

This seems to have cropped up a lot recently. What has seemed to work so far is intentionally resetting your preferences:
Reset Preferences
1) Close the program and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Win)/Cmd+Option+Shift (Mac) during startup (not reversible)
or
2) Move the Folder. See:

For this issue i checked in FTXP THE TAX code is available at and also i checked at vk11 for combination it is available please reply this question as soon as possible
You can try to maintain rate in FTXP for Tax code V1 for Service tax condition only.

I posted a query in some forums and someone responded to that, he was asking some more details so that he can help to resolve the issue.
I was responding to him by adding screenshots, suddenly the post got disappeared and messaage I got is"This
item has been deleted."
Dis I violated any rule?
Please tell me what went wrong and in what cases this type of scenario do all face.

While doing the cash application process in the customer account, I am not able to clear invoice ,as it has discount value. We are getting an error message as "Tax code AD for country IN has been deleted or incorrectly changed" and we are not able to post the transaction.

Check the tax code in FTXP if that has been deleted. This error may come if the tax code previously existing & used in document entry is deleted

FTXP -> Enter country XX -> enter tax code -> click
properties -> set the reporting country to

Uninstalled Roboform and everything has been deleted except for the icon in my launchpad.

I just uninstalled Roboform from my mac and all has been deleted except for the roboform icon in Launchpad, drag & drop does not work so am at a loss as to how to get rid of it. All icons in the Applications folder along with all files have gone but this one persists.
Anyone out there any ideas. The Robofrom site and faq's have nothing on it and contacting them is fraught with setting up user & password so not going there.

Hi, I try to post a transfer with clearing with TS F-30 and the system shows me this message: Tax code SD for country AR has been deleted or incorrectly changed number FS201. The tax code SD has already been created and has not been changed.
Any idea?

Hi,
Check if 0% is entered for the tax code in condition type using tranasction FV13, it will be blank only which means zero.
May be record was deleted.

User has been deleted from UPS, however its getting display in People Search in search site - why ?

I have deleted user into UPS, however its still being display in people search.
I believe search crawl will delete the information from people search - However I am not sure whether its correct approach to run delete information from people search.
If user is not available in UPS then why user's information is being display in site ? and by when it may delete automatically?

Kindly consider following points where I am confusing.
Incremental Crawl is scheduled every 30 minutes - I have rechecked after 15 hours of deleting the user and still this user is available in People search.Few days back I ran the incremental crawl manually in order to delete the users from
people search that has worked - that means - incremental scheduler is not working as per the expectation ???
Full Crawl is scheduled on weekly basis - so user information will be deleted automatically when full increment will run next time ?
Also, there is My site clean up job that keeps user data for 14 days even though user has been deleted from UPS.that means user information will be deleted only after 14 days of deleting user from UPS ?
It will be much appreciated if this will be clear from my head !!!
Note: UPS doesn't sync disabled account since it has been specified in connection filter.

My utilities folder has been deleted.

Well don't ask me how but my utilities folder has been deleted. I don't have disk utility or any of that anymore. How can i fix this?

Download the shareware utility Pacifist 2.0 from www.versiontracker.com or www.macupdate.com. Use it to extract a fresh copy of the entire Utilities folder from the file archive on your Intel Tiger Installer DVD. The archives may not be "visible" so you will need a utility such as TinkerTool to turn on the Finder's option to display invisible files and folders.
If you haven't emptied the Trash, then it's possible the folder may still be in the Trash. Open the Trash and check. If it's there just drag it out to its proper location in the Applications folder.
