It works a lot like the freebe "try-it-out" version, EXCEPT, I have paid for my account, and am on year two
The freebe users, can send the file they have open, while a paid account holder has to find their file in the dirctory, taking even more time,
What exactly means "could not"?
And what Adobe product/service did you pay for?

Chat is also supposed to be open 7 days a week 24/7. So much for customer service
The first error has nothing to do with Photoshop - that's some .NET application.
The second error is most likely connected to a third party plugin or driver.
And you're running Photoshop CC (14.x) instead of the current Photoshop CC 2014 (15.x). -

I would never have upgraded my Firefox if I'd known it would knock out the McAfee SiteAdvisor. Can I just revert to my former Firefox version? I was perfectly happy with it.
The McAfee Site Advisor 3.3.1 extension was the number 2 cause of crashes in one of the Firefox 5.0 betas and Mozilla Blocklisted it. That extension is disabled in Firefox 5, Firefox 6.0beta, and Firefox 7.0alpha versions. McAfee is working on a new re-written version of the Site Advisor extension to fix their problems - ETA is mid to end of July.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
Clear the browser cache and try again.
Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.

I've become increasingly frustrated with the ipad adobe app. I've subscribed to be able to convert my pdf files into word documents and it has yet to work I've paid for a service that does not work which in turn makes me a disgruntled customer to say the least very disappointed with such horrible service

I just paid for Adobe PDF pack and I think I am having problems installing. When I select to print from word, PDF is not an option. Help!

If you are on Windows, you can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Printer, which would allow you to "print" to PDF from Word. You'll find a link to the installer on the CreatePDF page at https://cloud.acrobat.com. Here are the instructions for installing it: Using Adobe PDF Pack

you may need to wait a few days (though i'm not sure of that). it typically takes a few days for payments to be processed and this is a (4-day) holiday in the u.s. which may (or may not) further delay processing.

What Nexus 7 version do you have as there was a 2012 and a 2013 model. A easy way to tell if it is a 2013 is it has a camera on each '''back''' and front while 2012 only has one on front.
If it is the 2012 then it has a Nvidia Tegra 3 so the old Flash 11.1 Plugin is disabled.

If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
