My App store work well it's created from more then 5 years i think. today i buy an iTunes Card i i submit it when i finished and went buy some app the system demand security equation i miss there and the most strange this that the recovery email is wrong my email is *** but in the app store he demand an other email ??? gmil.com ???
Note : i can enter to my apple store normal
Please help me my account is blocked

I have an ipod touch, and in order for me to purchace any music or app I have to agree to some new terms of service or something like that. I have to go to the apple id page where it asks me my security questions, one of them I don't know the answer to, so I had the answers emailed to me. But then I realized my recovery email was an email that is no longer working. So I removed that email from my other opional email list and added one that I am currently using. But it still sends the security questions to the email that no longer exists! I have tried muliple times to reset my recovery email but it never works. How can I fix this?

How do i reset my security questions when the recovery email address is wrong?

My brother has managed to mess up his Apple ID. We have Apple ID and password but everytime a paid App is trying to download it asks for security questions which he has forgotten the answers to. The recovery email address he has entered is not correct to nay email account we have in the family and I haven't a clue what to do next? There is a £15 voucher on this account which we would like to use.

I am unable to change my security questions, and to change or even see my recovery email.

I wanted to boy an app but they asked me for some security questions, I answered them but said I was wrong, so I go to try and change them from my Apple ID, but the changes won't save. So I add a recovery email and click reset security questions to my recovery email and they said they sent it. Now I check my mail (from my recovery email adress) and nothing's there, I give it time and still nothing. So now I don't even know if i typed correctly my recovery email adress because it appears like "send mail to c******@gamil.com" which is totally absurd. And try to change my recovery email adress but it won't let because there is no option for that. So i can't change my security questions because apparently I'm ansswering wrong, but no mail arrives to my recovery email, which i can't change eitrer.....

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Apple ID is *disabled for security reasons*, I know the username and password, but don't know the Security Questions and Recovery Email? Help!

I used to have the @apple.com apple ID. Everything was working fine, but then one day I entered my password and it was incorrect. I tried to reset it but nothing was working. Then I tried to "forgot my Apple ID" on iForgot and found that it was automatically changed to @mac.com. I entered my Apple ID and Password but then it gave me "your Apple ID is locked for security reasons". I tried resetting my password but I don't think I had put any recovery email and apparently I entered a wrong Date of Birth.
What should I do to re-access my Apple ID?

I just got off the phone with apple.
I have to call 800-MY-APPLE and try to verify my Apple ID using my old password and a serial number from a device on which I used my Apple ID. Oh and @apple.com never existed, I have no idea how it got on my phone :|

My imessages have been hacked and recovery email changed and I can't delete it! (with pic)

My iMessages have been hacked and the hacker entered his email as the recovery email with security questions I can't answer. I contacted Apple support and went through the 24 hour process of changing my info so that I could get into the account, but his email address is still the recovery address and it does not give me the option to delete it. I've added alternate emails that can be deleted, but it will not let me change or delete the recovery email. I can change phones and passwords a million times, but if he can just recover my password what am I supposed to do? I have turned iMessage off on my phone (as well as the gps) but I would really like help in deleting that recovery email if anyone has any bright ideas! The pic below shows the only place in all of the settings that his email address shows up anywhere! Any help is very very very appreciated.

I don't think that can be solved by any advice the regular posters could post here.
I would go back to Apple and explain the situation (again).
I would also consider closing the account (Apple rarely seem to do this as accounts are never deleted but just closed).
I understand this may cause issues for things purchased in iTunes and the App Store which my include Restoring the OS at some point.

If you set up a Rescue email address:
Go into Manage AppleID, Password and Security, and click the first option (see below), and you will be able to proceed from there..... (I HOPE the first button is showing for you!)
Reset your password
You can change or reset the password for your Apple ID account by providing some information.
Select your authentication method.
Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the rescue email address on file for you.
Answer security questions: To access your information, you will need to answer the security question(s) provided when you originally created your Apple ID.
If you did not set up a Rescue email address:
1. Go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
   Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
   Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security
   questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)
2. Once your questions have been reset, and you set up new ones, also set up a RESCUE EMAIL ADDRESS, so if you forget them again, you won't have to go through all of this.....

TS4002 When I got my phone the man at the att store set up my account but he put my email address wrong he spelled my last name on my id password wrong on it so I cannot use my iCloud account

When I got my upgrade I got a iPhone 4 and the man at the att store helped me set up my phone and when he done my iCloud account he put my email ID. wrong because he spelled my last name wrong I did not notice this until I got home I went back to the att store and they tried to fix it but couldn't 1 they even cleared everything off my phone and set hpnthe apple account with the correct one but it wouldnt fix my icloud either please help I don't know what to do.

In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
