My Region (Thailand) is not an available option when registering my product

Two years after purchasing my X220 in my home country of Thailand I am still being pestered to register my product by Lenovo Solution Centre.
I try to do this but the first question is 'Which is your Region?'. Thailand (or SE Asia) is not an available option in the drop down box that accompanies this question. Which region should I mis-select?
I am sure I registered my product when I bought, but cannot remember how. Does the fact that Solution Centre informs me bottom left of the date when my warranty expires confirm that I have previously registered by another means? If so I will use the facility to turn off the error message about product registration and forget about it!

    I just solved my problem based on the clues given by the 2 responses I recieved.  I realized that I do indeed have Snow Leapord and it was as easy as grabbing the margin bar at the base of the mail display screen and locking the crosshairs on the bar and dragging it up to the north if you will and the bottom pane was then once again revealed.  I guessing my kids mucked it up.  Thanks for the support.

    Thanks for the question. I understand that you are receiving error 499 when attempting to download purchases from the iTunes Store. The following resource outlines this error message:

    After each step, toggle FaceTime and iMessage off and then on in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
    Update to the latest version of iOS.
    Ensure that your iPhone is set to the correct time zone. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time.
    Note: If Set Automatically is on but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
    Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
    Verify that you can send SMS messages. You need a valid SMS messaging plan to activate FaceTime.
    Contact your carrier to verify that there are no restrictions or blocks on text messages. Blocks on text messaging will prevent iMessage and FaceTime registration.
    If you are unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime on a device after remote wiping it, wait at least 24 hours and try again.
    If "Waiting for Activation" is displayed, leave FaceTime and iMessage enabled for 24 hours. Toggling FaceTime or iMessage off and on will cause the registration process to start over.

  • Web Sharing not an available option in preference sharing

    I bought a Max Mini with OS X 10.6.4 server already installed. I dont have web sharing as an option to check when I go to system preferences>sharing. Is this an option that I need to install myself? I thought web sharing was installed by default? Any idea why web sharing is not available? I checked and /etc/apache2 is already installed.
    Any help or ideas are very much appreciated.

    No, you won't.
    System Preferences -> Web Sharing is the personal web sharing option in Mac OS X client, not Server
    Since you're running Server now, things are a little different. You need to use Server Admin (in your /Applications) folder to manage the web service on your machine (as well as most other server-level services).

  • Add Freeze Frame not an available option

    Using iMovie 10.0.5 I have imported video from my camera and want to take a number of freeze frames. With the bar over the frame I want to freeze, I Control/click and it gives me the menu, but Add Freeze Frame is greyed out and not available.  Any ideas

    I have just struggled needlessly with this. Add Freeze Frame still appears in the menu if you ctrl-click a clip in the library, but it is greyed out and cannot be selected. It now also appears in the modify menu though. Drag the clip to the timeline, step the video to the frame you want, and then choose Modify > Add Freeze Frame, or option-F.

  • I am trying to share 3 iCloud calendars, but I do not see any options when I click on the Share icon.

    I have several calendars on my iCloud, and I want to share 3 of them with my wife. I am using Safari 6.0 on Mountain Lion (10.8), and when I go to my calendars on iCloud, I see all of the calendars listed in the left column. The three I want to share already have an active Share icon (green), although I do not recall sharing these calendars in the past.
    When I click on the Share icon beside each Calendar, it shows that the calendar is shared with myself. There is NO OPTION in this window for unsharing, or adding my wife to the share, or making them a Public or Private Calendar. The only option is a check box that allows me to decide whether to receive emails alerts when something is changed.
    I currently see all of my iCloud Calendars on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac Powerbook (running Mountain Lion). I share them with no one else. I have three Calendars that I do not want to share, and they have the options described in the Online Support, but the three I want to share with her give me NO OPTIONS.

    I should clarify that I am using a MacBook Pro, not Powerbook (if that's the proper nomenclature).

    I'm trying to create HVM using virt-install and I'm trying to specify -x ks option for the kickstart, but during install it still prompts me for input. Looks like the kickstart file is not being used:
    Here's my command:
    virt-install -n test2 -r 300 vcpus=1 -f /OVS/sharedDisk/test2.img -s 4 vnc -v -c /dev/loop0 -x ks=/software/linux/5x8664/test.cfg
    Is kickstart option supported during HVM creation/install or is it only for ParaVM? I'm asking this because, during the HVM creation, I also need to specify cdrom for the install, which to me defeats the purpose of specifying the kickstart option.
    Any ideas what am I doing wrong here?

    "back options on other applications on your computer" For example Facebook, if I click on a picture, the picture expands. When I left click the back arrow I am sent back to the place that I left Facebook.
    I am aware of right clicking the back arrow but this "list" takes me back to the top of watch list, not to the point that I was at when I left the list to view an item.
    Note what I am trying to do works with my lap top.
    I updated my version of Flash to version 16. Didn't Help. Thanks for your help.

    THe game likely needs space to 'unzip' so to speak and expand. Not to mention that on a 16 gig iPad, you only have 13 and change left after you take the operating system into account. (Settings, general, usage will tell you how much room you have left)
    You can always delete some content to make room. Or if you ever synced it to a computer, download your game via the computer then sync it onto you device, you don't need as much free room that way.

    Did you follow the instructions in the article and use an email address that you have not used with Apple before?

    I have registered for "Microsoft Power BI for Office 365 preview!" and received the welcome mail from Microsoft Office 365 <[email protected]>
    But their is nowhere mention of any promotional code
    Further as per the steps given in the welcome mail I created the unique tenant for Power BI and now provisioning Power BI for office 365. Here as per the snapshot provided in the provisioning document I am not able to see the specific license 
    i.e "Microsoft Power BI for Office 365" which I have to assign to my tenant. Instead I see the License "Microsoft Office 365 Plan E3". Is this acceptible?
    Further i have assigned this license (Microsoft Office 365 Plan E3) and added Power Bi app to the Site Contents
    Now when I try to open Power Bi app to open the reports I have uploaded to office 365, I get the following error

    No Power BI for Office 365 License
     Looks like you do not have a user subscription license for Power BI for Office 365.

     Here are a few ideas:
     Please ask your Office 365 admin to assign you a user subscription license for Power BI for Office 365.
     If you have a different account, try signing in with that account.

    I am Raghav. I am also trying to explore Power BI. I have registered for Office 365 pro plus trail. But I am not able to see Power BI option.
    My userID is : [email protected]
    After I registered, I got a welcome email with a url to login from office 365. Url is - https://portal.microsoftonline.com/admin/default.aspx.
    I am able to login successfully. But I am not able to see the Power BI option anywhere after I login.
    Please suggest me If I miss something. Your help is really appreciated.

  • Airport drive not showing up as one of the options when installing new programs

    I purchased a large 120GB soundbank (Komplete 9 from Native Instruments) and need to install it to my MacBook Air which does not have enough space on the internal drive.
    I have a 2TB Airport capsule and thought I would be able to install the program on there but it does not show up as an available option when I try to install the program (see screenshot). Do I need to buy an external drive that plugs in via USB instead? I'm hoping I don't need a MacBook Pro instead...

    Programs usually aren't the biggest culprits in terms of space usage, it's normally data files that take up more space. This kind of huge library really is best installed on an external drive, provided you don't mind carrying it around with you. Here's how you install it on an external:

    Is the connection an incoming VPN connection?
    If yes, then you may take a look at the KB article below:

    To disconnect an incoming VPN connection, follow these steps:
    Open Network Connections. To do this, use either of the following methods:
    Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, or point to the lower-right corner of the screen, and then click Search. Then, type ncpa.cpl, and then click the Ncpa.cpl icon.      
    Press Win+R to open the Run window, type ncpa.cpl,  and then  click
    OK.
    Right-click the incoming VPN connection that you want to disconnect,  and then  click
    Status.
    On the General tab,  click Disconnect. 
    Close Network Connections.
