My registration info is in Chinese in iTunes. How do I get it back to English?

When registering my iPad my iTunes screen went from English to Chinese. Not sure how I managed that. How do I get it back to English?

Thank you. I was having the same problem (registration was in English and then the Chinese screen appeared). Reseting the iPad solved this problem for me.
I unplugged the iPad from the computer and then held down the menu and wake button at the same time until the unit reset (the screen goes black and then the white apple logo reappears). I plugged the iPad back into the computer and the screen was in English.
If anyone is curious about the screen before I reset here is what it said:

    All you would have to do is change the iTunes Store Country, simply go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region. After that select store that you want to use.

    I have the same problem!  Let me know if you manage to sort it out.  My iPad did the same thing but to full restore from iTunes sorted that out. Have you tried that? No such luck with my iPhone.

    Have you tried the redeem option?
    Simply click the Redeem link that can be found on the right hand side of theiTunes Store home page in iTunes on your computer, tap the redeem button at the bottom of the featured tab.

    I just bought 2 ipads and they both start in some sort of chinese or oriental language--both text showing on screen and voice.  Really?????  And guess what?  Not a ******* word written in the pack on how to change it.
    Oh, and the instructions to go to settings and change the language??? HelloOOO.  It is still on some funky start up screen with a million version of the word welcome, but not a clue as to how to change anything related to language. 
    And to really make my day, the 'express' online support requests a serial number which you get AFTER you can login and check settings. 
    Can anyone who speaks chinese please tell me what symbols to look for on buttons to click to get to the freaking setup screen?

    Registering my new iPhone 4 on iTunes on my Windows 7 computer.
    Asked to input iPhone number (form already had home phone in iPhone place). I tried to input new iPhone number but it asked for 4 digit code. I ended up putting original home phone number back but it seems to have recognised my STD code as an international dialling code and changed reistration language to Spanish/Portuguese.
    Am now stuck and can't go forwards or back until I get it back into English.

    After using Disk Utility, Mail is now all in chinese, and when I check info for Mail, english is not even an option for a language. How do I get Mail back where I can use it?

    I have not installed any Software lately. I am pretty sure the error came from Disk Utility trying to repair my disk. In Sys Prefs>International English is listed first. No check boxes in Sys Prefs. In the Finder Get Info quite a few languages are checked. I have unchecked the two Chinese options (top two on list). There is no english option, US or British. Still looks like chinese to me on all headings and commands. The actual text of the email is in english. I am going to go uncheck all the asian languages just in case I have misidentified the characters.

    Ringtones have become Tones. Use the menu Edit > Preferences...Select the General tab and put a tick next to Tones. As to any files you deleted, recover them from your backup.
