My SCHOOL iPad wont stop restarting in a constant loop without access to the ipad itself.

My iPad (gen 4) is for my school but keeps running on a constant loop and I cant do anything... the worse thing is that iOS 8 is blocked....the school wont let me update from iOS 7.1.2 Could that be the cause of my problems?

If you haven't already done so, does restarting or resetting the iPad help the issue?

If the center portion of the monitor is flickering then your GPU on the logic is bad or (unlikely given this symptom) that your monitor cable is pinched/damaged.
**Imediately backup ALL your important data while you can still see things on the monitor

perform SMC reset just to check:
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.

Is it possible to disconnect 2 wireless clients from my network if I do not have access to the clients? ie 2 iPads.

You would have to set up Timed Access for each device.
This consists of specifying the amount of time each day that wireless devices will be allowed to connect to the network. You must provide a MAC or hardware address for each device, which is a long code that might look something like this, for example......A1-B2-C3-D4-E5-F6....and then specify the hours each day that this device is allowed to connect to the wireless network.
You have to do this for each device, which is tedious. Devices that are not on the Access List cannot connect to the network at any time.

Ipod wont stop restarting !!! Springboard crash

My ipod touch today i downloaded some app and suddenly i restarted the ipod touch and it went normally into the apple logo. then it just stayed like that and it had a loading sign and then it turned off after 5 minutes. and then turned on and repeated the thing forever.
I plugged my ipod in the computer a couple of time. and clicked every possible button combination and seconds !!!
i unplugged it also and plugged it back in.
Sometimes it recognized the ipod and sometimes itunes didnt.
I looked up at videos an none helped.
I am leaving it in the computer for a while now maybe it will work then.
I have no idea what else to do !

hi, im having problems with my board.. i think.. i tried switching the power supply n wires.. reloaded OS.. but it still restarts everytime i try 2 shut it down.. n it powers up automatically.. by itself.. as soon as i plug it in. its starts up fine.. n when i tell it 2 shut down.. it shutsdown.. but a second later it will restart.. any1 kno wut that can b??

I had a similar problem, does the phone show anything on the screen, for example "update failed, connect to computer" if it does, try opening "Sony PC Companion 2.1" click start on "support zone" then click "phone/ tablet software update" a message will pop up, press repair my phone / tablet, select your phone in the list, then follow what it says, try doing this even if the phone shows nothing, you will lose everything, all data will be gone if you follow my steps

BPEL Server wont stop

I've started the BPEL server which is installed on a localhost. The server started successfully, but when I try to stop the server It wont stop!
I've save all work done on the jDeveloper, and closed the program.

When you go to <ORACLE_HOME>/opmn/bin
you can close the components by hand :
opmnctl stopall
and opmnctl startall to start all

AS10g EM start/stop/restart components fails

In a new install of the AS10g on Win 2000. After I login to the EM - I am unable to control (start/stop/restart) components such as HTTP_Server, OC4J_Security, OID. The componets are up but I can't control them. When I select a component to control I am asked to confirm (I select yes) and then I get an error msg "No components were selected". 3GS wont stop vibrating after incoming call in cars bluetooth device.

Hi there.
Every time i have an incoming call in my car using bluetooth, my iphone wont stop vibrating until I either switch it off in the settings or reboot the iphone.
This is a bit of a pain.
Does anyone have any idea on why its doin this?
The bluetooth reciever is built into my Ford Focus. Hopefully its not a compatibility issue.

Definitely not normal behavior. Try a reset. To reset the iPhone, press and hold the home and sleep/wake buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the slide to power off prompt). Else, perform a Restore (from backup so no data are lost).

My 1 year old -- ha! one month out of warranty -- iPhone 4 has been having a nearly identical problem over the past few days.
It started by dying completely so I had the battery replaced, thinking it was simply battery issue.
It then worked again for a moment but started doing exactly what you describe, going through a reset cycle (longer than 30 seconds but who's counting). And it felt quite warm.
Did hard reset, plugged into wall charger and MBP USB but the new battery wouldn't even get a full charge (a whopping 92% after nearly two days). It would even lose battery when plugged in if I opened an app. And all the while plugged in, if I left the phone on, it would cycle through these resets. So I turned it off to try to charge it.
Now suddenly, it's dead again. Totally black, and hard reset does nothing. Up until two days ago there was nothing wrong whatsoever with this phone! And I hadn't even installed a new app that could be the root of the issue. No idea whatsoever what caused this.
Any help would be much appreciated!!

I'm having the same problem. Since it's the same problem, I thought I'd pigtail on this thread, rather than clutter up the forum with a duplicate. I can start a new thread if this is not appropriate.
I have tried a reset, using the sleep/wake and home buttons, with no success. I have also restored to factory settings, then restored to backup. It's still rebooting itself.
iPad Mini wifi (not Retina). iOS 7.1.1.
This problem started today. I updated to 7.1.1 soon after the update was released.
