My school is not on the Creative Cloud list

I attend Specs Howard School of Media Arts 19900 W 9 Mile Rd #100, Southfield, MI 48075. Would it be possible to add them to the list?

I do not know how it is done, but you MAY be able to buy her a regular subscription and pay with your credit card... just not the Education version that has strict requirements

What product did you purchase and where did you purchase it from? I am not sure that Creative Cloud is involved with redemption codes, so you might have some other version. A redemption code is normally used to acquire a serial number, and the serial number is what activates the application(s) to full use. But serial numbers are involved with licensed software, not Cloud subscriptions.

I have downloaded creative cloud but I do not have the creative cloud icon on my computer?

I have a membership to Adobe and have access to all the CC programs through the Icon "Adobe Application Manager". But I do not have a Creative Cloud icon in my applications? I also cannot sync fonts from Typekit as it says "Desktop font sync is not available on this operating system or device". When I click on the "learn more" it says the program only runs on "OS X 10.7 and higher", even though my computer is up to date. I can access all my creative cloud programs, Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign etc... Which confuses me as to why it is saying I cannot sync fonts as Typekit/Creative Cloud will not operate on any systerm lower then OS X 10.7..

I have a macbook pro with IOS Yosemite and will not let me install the creative cloud on the desktop. I have proven repeatedly , but I get no result.

Permissions often become corrupted when upgrading the Mac OS to Yosemite. Have you tried installing from a newly created admin account or the root user account?

Is Encore not in the Creative Cloud trial?

Or is it not in the Creatve Cloud pack at all? I see it in one screen of the CC offer but when I open the trial window it's not there.
There are things I want to be able to do specifically with Encore and I don't know if I can.

Want to reinstall Lightroom 5, do not want the Creative Cloud

Super easy question. I'm doing a clean erase of my computer and restarting from scratch. I have a valid licence for Lightroom 5 since I've upgraded from Lightroom 4. Is there a way to reinstall Lightroom without installing the Creative Cloud app?

Hi I have just paid onto the monthly plan for Photoshop and Lightroom, however, lightroom does not appear on my creative cloud list to download. I have downloaded Photoshop CC sucessfully.
Any tips?

A longer version of the same answer:
There are two versions of LR5, one that you download from www.adobe.com <http://www.adobe.com> and is the non-CC version trial. Then there is the CC version that you get by logging into the CC Desktop app or going to creative.adobe.com/products. The two programs work the same with your images but they are licensed differently, one with a serial number and the other by logging into CC.
To get the CC version to download, you first have to uninstall the non-CC version, then get CC to see that you’ve uninstalled LR by logging out of the CC Desktop, via its Preferences / Accounts area, then reboot, then log back into CC Desktop. At this point it should rescan what is installed on the computer and not see LR5, anymore, and so should offer LR5 CC.
This is how things worked since last summer, when I went from LR non-CC to LR CC. It is possible that Adobe has or will be making the process more streamlined, by having only one LR program that can be licensed either way, or a CC Desktop app that can see that the non-CC LR is installed and still offer the CC LR, but your question indicates they haven’t done either of these things, yet.

Very likely there was a probem accessing the Adobe servers, anyhow, applications are already installed and you can use them, non-working Cloud just prevents you from accessing some services.

I get reminders of old CC apps that I don't have installed att my mac.

Solution 1
Mac OS: Run the uninstaller in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder to remove the program listed as up-to-date.
Windows: Use the Programs And Features Control Panel to remove the program listed as up-to-date.

When the application installs it should prompt you for your password. Is it possible the prompt is being hidden behing a nother window on your machine?
