I have had my computer in storage for two years Compac Presario just hooked it up and the screen message is no video input any ideas as to fix this problem
What is the model of your Compaq Pressario?
Check your cabling for any defects.
Remove your video card and replace it. You might want to do the same thing with the RAM

Yes I do spend a lot of time in China but I have had problems in other countires as well. I am in China right now.
I have two Gmail accounts and one Cox account. Cox is my intranet provider back home. I have had problems with all three accounts.
I have tried several outgoing port settings. 993, 995 465, 587 are some that I can remember trying.
Sometimes my accounts will go offline without me doing anything. This is all a mystery to me. I don't have any idea why I have trouble like this. A few minutes ago I changed my Cox account outgoing port and took the account on line and I got my incoming email but when I tried to forward an email that I got it would not go out.
Any ideas you have would be helpful. -
I updated my Mac Book Pro to Yosemite, now it says it's not compatible with my Cannon copier. Any ideas how to fix this problem so I can use my Cannon copier again? Thanks for any help!

since i updated my Apple ID with correct email address I can now only send imessages to email addresses and not iphone numbers - any idea how to fix this problem ?
You might want to try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click See All Products and Services>iTunes>iTunes Store>Passwords & Security Questions>Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password. They should be able to explain what's going on and help you reset the password for the old ID if necessary. The call should be free.

When trying to install Epson R200 driver/utility combo, the installer gets stuck in an endless loop asking for admin password without installing. Any idea how to fix this problem?

You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect. -
I upgraded from an iphone 4 to a 4s, after a few initial problems and two restores, everythings seemed to be working...until I went to play some music, all music loaded to itunes via CD's played, but ALL purchased music from itunes does not play...i click on the song and the screen flashes to the image then goes back to the list of songs, so the purchased music shows up...just does not play. Can anyone help resolve this problem? Thanks!
here is an interesting thing: take the iphone and set lock screen to never. Now make an email with siri--be sure to activate her with call button. get to the body and get some text in there. then just stop talking. LOCK SCREEN APPEARS!!!!!! and of course you draft is gone.
There does seem to be a work around for some--maybe all these issues. Don't use the call button--use the buttons on the phone.
Siri seems to behave properly with scenerio above---sans call button. She does not go to lock. -
Just got this ipad2 for Christmas and was able to FaceTime and view videos fine. Now am getting a green screen with audio in FaceTime and when watching videos through utube.

Today I tried listening to music on my iPhone 4S, only to find that my volume adjuster had disappeared. And just to clarify, when I say that it disappeared, I mean that when I press the volume buttons on my phone, I see the speaker icon but the gauge bar is gone. I can't hear music or watch videos

My iphone 3gs says I need to restore my phone with itunes. when i connect the phone it says i need to unlock the phone which i cannont due because of the caution on the phone. How do i fix this?
Hold down the power button and home button at the same time until the phone powers on, shuts back off, powers on again and continue to hold it until it shows the itunes logo to plug in to itunes. This should allow you to restore without unlocking it.

In the first table, there are two rows for Windows: one for the ActiveX control for IE, and one for the plugin for Firefox. You might want to grab both. And try the .msi files instead of the .exe files to see whether those work better.

It's odd that on a newly rebuilt system your More System Details shows that you have a user.js file, which is an optional settings files used to override your previous session settings. This is not part of the standard Firefox installation, so if you did not create that file yourself, you may want to investigate or delete it. Several days ago some of the links in my Apple Mail messages stopped working. Specifically, the links going to some variation of "response beacon" don't work. All I see is a blank screen. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
