Can someone please help me? My screen has a "negative" look to it because I think I brushed some keys w/my fingers at the same time & made it change & I don't know how to change it back & I've tried looking everywhere but can't find anything that shows me how to change it back. I also have Windows Parallels (a Virtual Machine) & it's doing the same thing on the Parallels side, too.

That's caused by the "Smart zoom" feature of the magic mouse. It's a Double tap with one finger to zoom and repeat to unzoom.
You can turn the feature off if desired in System Preferences > Mouse > Point & Click tab

Just do a restart. It seems to clear it up.

Just to clarify, are you getting any indications of missed calls? Is there anything in the Recent call log?
I seem to recall hearing something similar but generally, toggling Airplane mode has been the fix. Between you and Lex, you seem to have covered most of the troubleshooting basics. The only thing I can think of that you haven't done is resetting network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will lose any saved WiFi passwords.
Apologies if I've got the reset directions wrong. I don't have a device with that old an operating system. Lex, am I close?

The genius bar did something to "enhance" my view screen. It left me with minimally viewable tool bars and views too small to read. HOW do I change it back to normal?

The tool bars are minimal, very small hard to see. The view screen on my MacBook Pro 17" leaves a lot of open space around what I'm viewing. I want it to fill the screen. In the present mode, you would never know I was working with a 12pt font, and you have to get on top of the computer to view the tool bars well.
Recent upgrade to Mountain Lion. No issues there, just need more discovery. Susan

When I am looking at a direct image (Example: an imgur link) the picture is centered and on a dark grey page after I updated to FF 11.0. How can I change this back to normal?

As the title suggests since updating whenever I visit a direct image link the page turns dark grey and the image is centered.

Every site I go to has all white background, how do I change it back to normal?

I've lost the colors of all the web sites I go to each day. Now all sites have solid white background.
I might have change something somewhere in the controls but i have no idea what it was.

Are all the other page styles intact, it's just the background color has changed, or is the layout pretty much stripped of style?
To make sure that Firefox is set to let sites choose their own colors, you can review this setting:
Mac: "3-bar" menu button (or Firefox menu) > Preferences > Content
Win: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content
Click the "Colors" button and make sure the box is checked to "Allow pages to choose their own colors"
Then OK back to the page and, if necessary, reload.
Does that fix it?

Open the App Store app to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap your Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in, the app will change to the store appropriate for your Apple ID and iTunes account.

Yes, you probably have the tripple-click Home button option off.
Just visit the Accessibility pane under General settings (as described by King_Penguin above) and choose to assign what you need for your tripple click command, in this case toggling the black & white option.
You can also tell it to 'ask' you what you want from that command each time.

2 Screens at the same time?

I just bought a new 17in screen to connect to my ibook G4 as I want to optimize my desktop space as I often have several programs open at the same time and with software such as Flash and Photoshop, it gets pretty crowded with all the windows.
I've connected my screens with my little adaptor but they're working in sync and I was wondering if it's possible to have them working.. individually if you will, whether I could move the mouse/cursor over a hotpoint to jump across to the other screen.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Unfortunately as sold by Apple the iBook only supports video mirroring on an external display, unlike the PowerBook which supports mirroring and spanning.
I believe the iBook's graphics card is actually capable of video spanning but it's been disabled by Apple, perhaps to differentiate between the iBook and PowerBook lines. If you perform a Google search on 'iBook span hack' there are ways to enable it, although it's perhaps not recommended.

My screen no longer moves with the way I'm holding the iPad. For example if I'm holding it horizontal the screen is vertical. Up unitl now the screen has always moved with the way I was holding the ipad. Is there something in Settings I can do to get this back?

If you see a lock icon in the upper right corner of the screen - then the screen orientation is locked.
Try the side switch above the volume rocker first and see if that unlocks the screen. If that doesn't do it, double tap the home button and swipe to the right and look for the lock icon all the way to the left. (IOS 6). For iOS 7, swipe up from the bottom to get to the control center and look for the lock icon in the top row on the right.
If the screen is unlocked but still will not rotate, reset the iPad.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the button
