My screen's backlight keeps getting dimmer then brighter.
The backlight on the screen will stay bright and then dims and then will get brighter again. Do I have to bring it in? I have an IMAC.
Sounds like a bad connection or a failing backlight.
I've seen a couple of iffy DIY's for bad backlight connections, however it is probably best to have your local Apple Authorized Service Provider tackle the problem.

I can neither make nor receive calls on my Blackberry Curve 3G 9300. Everytime I press the green dial button or try dialling from the phonebook the screen freezes. I have tried rebooting the phone but it is still not getting sorted. The only way in which I can make calls is via my PC via bluetooth which is really impractical.

Keep getting welcome to icloud
I have set up my computer, phone, and ipad for icloud. I have gone to icloud.com from my computer and logged in. I've also done it from my phone. When I tried getting there from my ipad, I keep getting the welcome to icloud screen--where I can get instructions for set up, and other info, but no log in. I'm backing informtaion from my ipad up to icloud, so I have every reason to be that icloud is set up on my ipad. Does anyong know why I keep getting the welcome page with instructions for setting up ipad on teh devide rather than the log in page? Thanks.
I have gone through all of the set up under settings icloud. Things are turned on. I can see that I have paid for additional storage, etc. I can select and have watched the back up work. The issue is when I want to go to icloud.com from my ipad, I don't get a log in screen. I keep getting the one that doesn't give me a sign in option but tells me I need to set up icloud. When I get on safari on my laptop and go to icloud.com, I get the sign in page. I'm not sure why I don't when I try it from this devide.

I keep getting a message to update my flash player, then a screen showing flash player pro appears, I don't have this on my iPad that I'm aware of. I cannot view videos etc (new to ipad) can anyone assist please.

Had message on my iphone 4 this morning that I needed to plug it into itunes. Did this but could only get a blank screen with apple symbol on it. Tried to do a system restore but keep getting the message that it couldn't finish restoring
Try a Hard Reset.....
Press and hold the Wake / Sleep button AND the Home button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple Logo appears on the screen, it can take 10 or more seconds. Ignore the swipe to turn off message. -
I Just updated my iPhone 4 to 7.1 oS. I am unable to connet to any network. I keep getting the "searching" No Service" messages on the top let corner of the screen. I also get a notice that says " "Unable to load network list. I need help... How can one resolve this issue?
No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that. -
I have an ipad 2 on ops 4.3 and have just updated to 7.1 via itunes. I backed up first and have synced repeatedly but keep getting a message on my ipdad screen that the ipad is not set up - I chose the set up option restore from itunes back up
To free up hard drive space the best bet is to move data files that you don't need access to all the time. Likely candidates are music, video, and photos. Things like word processing and spreadsheet files can also be moved but they tend not to be very large and so don't free up much space. The problem with moving the above mentioned files is that iTunes and iPhoto need to know where the files are stored.
Here's an article explaining how to move the iTunes folder. You can move the iPhoto library using the Finder but there is a slight complication. Start iPhoto, open the Preferences and click on the Advanced tab. The first option is "Copy items to the iPhoto Library". If this option is checked, copy the iPhoto library to your external folder (drag it from the Pictures folder to your external drive) and then delete it from your Picture folder. If this option is not checked, it is a bit more complicated and we'll need to talk a bit. -
I keep getting this message when I try to open my new Adobe Photoshop. The main screen comes on and a box for the tutorials then this. "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly." When I say Okay to the message, it shuts down the program.

I recently installed Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX--11.4.402.265 and when I open My Mozilla Firefox browser I keep getting this message flashing on my screen: 'Adobe Flash Player 11.4 r402 has stopped working" and then "Windows is checking for a solution"
This flashes a few times then usually stops but not always.
It happens every time I try to open a new page.
I fixed this problem by uninstalling Adobe Flash Player 11 and installing Adobe Flash Player 10.3. However, now my IE browser wants me to install Adobe Flash Player 11 again. Although I don't use my IE browser frequently, I DO have to use it sometimes. Will there be an update to Firefox 15.0 to correct this issue?Tylerdowner:

I am trying to update the itunes software on my Mac but I keep getting an instalation alert saying please close itunes. It is already closed, the only option then left is to quit instalation. I want the update though. Can anyone help?
Click on iTunes and do comand Q. Be sure you are quitting iTunes to finish update and not just closing the screen.

Since the MobileMe move I keep getting a pop-up screen that says "IDisk Conflict Resolver." I've done everything asked to "resolve" the problem but it keeps popping up every few minutes. How can I get rid of this?
Ok....so I have found a work around....if not a complete solution.
I'm not sure if deleting your music, uninstalling ITunes and reinstalling and adding your music back will actually affect it but I tried it again. Started from scratch.
I checked the box for "Manually manage music and videos"
Then I moved my music to phone via drag and drop, usually just boxing a row of albums at a time.
I went back into my Iphone and began the sync. The message popped up, "1 Item could not be synced" and the sync stopped. At that point, I just clicked sync again and it started back up again. It took a few go's but eventually I got all my music on my phone.
Ironically enough, the only songs that wouldn't sync were songs that I had actually purchased from Itunes....kinda odd -

hey
i am unsure what is causing your blue screen but it won't be because you are low on RAM,
RAM is seperate to your hard drive space and you will always have the same amount of RAM unless you upgrade it, if it was a problem with the amount of ram you had you would of always had those problems if that makes sence.
try booting off the Disk that came with your mac, or the recovery partition if you are on lion, then run a disk repair from there to see if that helps.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstall process.

In the Computer window, double-click Local Disk(C:) .
In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) window, double-click the Programs Files (x86) folder.
In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) > Programs Files (x86) window, click to highlight the AccuWeather.com Cirrus folder.
With the AccuWeather.com Cirrus folder highlighted, on the menu bar, click Organize .
On the Organize menu, click Delete .
In the Computer > Local Disk(C:) > Programs Files (x86) window, click the X in the upper-right corner to close the window.
Restart the computer. NOTE: At this point the AccuWeather software has been completely removed.
Download and install the accuweather.com-cirrus-1.0.1.air software.

I keep getting an error message that my cmputer needs to be shut down. A dark screen comes down and it says to restart. I have to hold the ON button until the computer shuts down. Then I can restart and it says it is sending a report to Apple. This seens to be happening a lot lately. Has anyone else had this problem?
