My screen was replaced and I can't see my photos and videos any more

I had my screen replaced and I can't see any of my photos or videos that were on my iPhone I used some trial software and found the photos but I don't want to have to pay to retrieve them is there other way ? Please help oh and there not backed up I wasn't expecting to have screen just crash like that . Thanks

It sounds like maybe you've unintentionally activated the Zoom feature.
Try going to System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing, and make sure that Zoom is turned off.

My screen moves around and I can't see the dock and the top use bar at the same time. Help, please.

I have an iBook G4. The images on the screen "fall off" the top and/or bottom. That is, I can't see the dock and top user bar at the same time.
The computer seems to automatically move the screen around as I use the cursor. I don't know how to fix the image so it just fits the boundaries of the screen. OS10.4.11. Thanks for any help you can give.

When I share an album from Aperture to my iCloud photo stream, the people that receive it can only see the photos and and no titles or numbers which is necessary to have client's refer to a specific exposure.

I have had this problem for a while but cannot seem to figure it out, ever since Apple somehow decided it would be a good idea to dump MobileMe ( which worked perfectly for my needs) I can no longer send clients a contact sheet or webpage of a photo project with names, titles or numbers on each exposure. All they get is a webpage with an asymetrical layout which appears that I am trying to affect their decision and then if they do click on the image they will get the image by itself but only the time & date is displayed which is not much help because we may have a dozen shots taken during the same 60 second period. I have tried all kinds of setting withine Aperture but cant seem to change the displayed outcome on the iCloud photostream.

You can't see the contents of an iCloud backup on the iCloud website.

Airport Express and iPhones can't see network-macs and ipad can?

I have an Airport Extreme base station connected to a comcast modem, with 2 express units for airtunes.
After some fiddling around due to the comcast outage, now I can't see either of the Airport Express units in the Airport Utility, AND neither my or my wife's iPhone can see the network. The iPad, iMac, Macbook and a PC can all connect no problem. My phone connects to wifi at work no problem.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Open AirPort Utility - Click Manual Setup
Click the Wireless tab below the row of icons
Your settings should look like this:
Wireless Mode = Create a wireless network
wireless Network Name = Name of your wireless network
Check mark not needed next to Allow this Network to be extended
Radio Mode = Automatic
Radio Channel = Automatic
Wireless Security = WPA2 Personal
Wireless Password = Backspace and retype your password here
Confirm Password = Backspace and retype your password
Click the Internet icon
Connect Using = Ethernet
If you have a simple modem (only one ethernet port), the setting for Connection Sharing should be set to Share a public IP address
If you have a gateway (combination modem and router with 3-4 ethernet ports), the setting for Connection Sharing should be set to Off (Bridge Mode).
Update to save changes
Restart all other devices
Any luck?

Friends and Family can't see iCloud Photo Streams

I've posted several photos to several photos streams on iCloud and most people that I've invited cannot see photos in the albums - they say they're all empty. One sister is on a mac on 10.10.1 just like I am and can't see any photos. Another sister has same setup and CAN see them. Any ideas???

Configurator 1.4 can't see my iOS7.02 iPads any more, help?

I'm new to iPads and Apple all together so this has been challenging for me. We have 10. I managed to get the iPads updated to 7 at the end of last term, but then needed to update to 7.02 due to some of my ipads going into recovery mode after the update. I was at one point able to get 5 of my iPads detected in Configurator, supervised, and deployed 2 (free) apps for test purposes.
This week I updated the remaining 5 iPads to 7.02 and now none of my iPads are detected by Configurator. iTunes seems to detect them some of the time, and yes, I am completely closing iTunes before trying Configurator. These are brand new iPads, brand new cables, brand new MacBook, brand new Configurator install. I've done updates, restarted the MacBook, deleted/reinstalled configurator, wiped the iPad, and still it doesn't seem to work.
UPDATE: I seem to be able to see the iPads under "supervise" but not under prepare! I can click the prepare button but all that happens is it asks me to plug them in so it can start (They are plugged in)! How can I deploy apps if I can't prepare using configurator?

I am having this problem. One iPad out of 4 went mad - dont ask just errors and was somehoe corrupt and crashing.
So I restored iPad and have been trying to put the custom app (enterprise app - not from iTunes/app store) onto the iPad. I keep getting an error:
"a valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found..."
I have no had this before.
So I have attempted to prepare the iPad in Apple Configurator. It has NO profiles and No Supervision... yet it does not show up. Shows in iTunes and in the Supervise Tab.
I am VERY confused!

Uploading to the web and I can't see the photos in iPhoto

I have events in my iPhoto up until a couple of weeks ago. When I go to upload to snapfish, the most recent imports don't show up.
How can I fix this?

first I go to snapfish and select the album i want to upload to, then through snapfish it pops up the upload screen to choose the pictures. I'm looking under the media section, under pictures. I have pictures in there, just none of the recent stuff I uploaded to iPhoto.
I had the same problem a few weeks ago and I searched the web for answers. I found some sort of disk utility thing to do and that works. Now, I can't remember where I found that info or what to do.

I have an Apple TV and I can only see Home Sharing and Settings, NO YouTube

I ran an update on my Apple TV last month, when it restarted I could not see anything apart from Home Sharing and Settings. I can see the option of YouTube and have racked my brain but can’t get to YouTube from my Apple TV.
If I search for a video on my iPhone then I can play it Via the Apple TV but I can’t directly access YouTube. Please help me out if anyone has any clue how to fix this.

Did it - didn't work.
I can access the internet from every other apple device that is connecting to the same router as the Apple TV.
Please don't tell me it's a "network" issue. The AppleTV is the only one that can't seem to "see" the internet.

Captions of photos in Yahoo cover the bottom part of pic. Makes it hard to read text and also can't see whole photo. Tried reset Firefox but that didn't work.

When going through photo galleries on Yahoo (in news, omg, etc.) the caption is displayed on top of the bottom 'fifth' of the photo. (The caption should be below the entire photo.) The way the pations are overlayed makes it difficult to read the text of the caption and worse, it makes it almost impossible to see the lower fifth of the photo. I tried resetting Firefox but that didn't change anything. I can't find any yahoo settings or OS X display setting that changed this. I'm using Firefox 25 on a macbook air running OS X 10. Are there any firefox settings that would improve this? Thanks.

You can also try to reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.
*Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
*Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

YouTube is not now part of iOS 6.
However, you can go to the App Store and do a search using YouTube. You can download several YouTube apps: YouTube (for the iPhone, a IPad app is in work), several users like Jasmine and YouPlayer.

I backed up my iPhone to iTunes, but can't find my photos and they need deleting

Hi, I'm new to this but I will really appreciate your help if I ever get this sorted.
I have an iPhone 5s and it is completely full to the point where I can't take anymore photos or save any more, its so frustrating, also I'm taking this phone back this weekend to the apple store for a replacement because it's faulty. So I backed it up on my boyfriend's laptop, on iTunes - then I checked the whole computer - all the folders for my photos, I only found one folder with 100 photos - when I've got 2,300 on my phone.... But the back up was complete. So I don't know what to do, because the photos need deleting to free up memory. When I try to delete photos from Collections - it says "This photo will also be deleted from photo stream on all your devices". Help please!

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. I can not see file( photo,document) in IM APPS

I need your help!!! I chat with my brothers with my iphone 4 and they use Blackberry or computer to chat with me. I can send all file or photo to them but when they want to send it also to me during chatting (via Im+,MSN,eBuddy), I can not see anything not even invitation to accept it. It likes they did not send anything to me but they said they trying to send a photo to me. Does anyone know what is wrong with my iphone?
