My serial number for my PS elements 7 isn't working?

I have had it for a really long time now. It had it on my old desktop and my old laptop but those both broke a while back. I figured out how to install it to my new computer but it keeps telling me that my serial number is wrong, any ideas?

On adobe.com it shows that the serial number I received is associated with adobe photoshop elements 9 and premiere elements 9. Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.

If you have lost your serial number then the first thing you should do is to check your DVD if it is attached on the sleeve of the DVD. Also, if you registered your product withy Adobe then your account should have a record of your serial number.
If neither of this apply then you can browse the Amazon website and look for a bargain on PSE12. PSE12 runs better on new computers and you also get updates for new cameras.
It looks like you have to buy a new product because serial numbers are not something you can get free of charge here.

If it gets far enough to reject your serial number, it won't help to download it. It must have installed ok.
What is the message you get (DON'T tell us the serial number!!)?
Does it mention a "qualifying product" by any chance?

after testing i signed the contracted and i am paying
the mail with the serial number got lost
both apps are working on my imac
now the should be installed on my book
there are no informations in creative cloud about my problem.

Berndh38291059 what version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you installing? Do you receive any specific error messages?

How do I find the serial number for Adobe Photoshop Elements 6?

In January of 2012 I purchased an Epson Perfection V500 Photo Scanner. Adobe PhotoShop Elements 6 came with it. Last week I bought a new computer. I installed PhotoShop Elements 6 on the new computer. Now PhotoShop Elements 6 asks me for a 24-digit serial number. I cannot find it on the Adobe PhotoShop Elements 6 disk that came with the scanner. I cannot find it in any of the documention I received from Epson with the scanner. Where can I find the 24-digit serial number for PhotoShop Elements 6 so I can transfer PhotoShop Elements 6 from my old computer to the new one?

Unfortunately, if you've never installed it, adobe has no record of your serial number. Serial numbers for bundled products are sold in great batches, and the buyer (Epson, in your case) has responsibility for them. You would need to get in touch with Epson.
If you have installed and registered PSE 6, go to adobe.com and look on the right side of the page for My Adobe. By working through the links there you should be able to find the record of the serial number you registered.

I im reinstalling the adobe photoshop elements 4 and 6 for bundles, sofware was installed on pc but i erased it!! cd,s came with pc (without a case or box), turns out that i need the serial number. Anyone in the same boat??
