It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

When I put my sim card in it comes up with no service. But I put it into a friends one and it started to work and recieve text. I'm not sure why it's doing this and what to do to solve it. Does anyone know?

It depends on what kind of sim card and carrier you have, but the most likely answer is no. Contacts, maybe, but pictures are very unlikely. Sorry.

I e-mailed Yahoo for help with Yahoo mail and was given the following instructions: Remove Yahoo account from your iPhone, turn the phone off and back on, and then re-add to trigger a re-sync on your Yahoo acccount. This worked with no problem!! I was also given a link for a Yahoo Help article which I have included below. For those of you who are having issues, I hope this solves them!

If you haven't verified your email address yet, you need to respond to the verification email from Apple by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you are checking the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

I have purchased heaps of songs from iTunes however when I got my new phone I backed up the oldaongsfrom iCloud. When I got home I synced mt new phone with my itunes. Now my old purchased songs will not play. iTunes recognizes them ur skips straight over them.

ITunes will not accept password from new iPhone

Hi, hopefully this is easy. I've synced my iMac with my new iPhone 3G and everything is lovely except that when I go to enter my iTunes password (on the iPhone) it is always incorrect (e-mail address is correct). I have no problem doing this from my iMac. Everything else on the phone is spot on...whas up?

My ipod screen will not read my touch at all.Why is that? whatdo i have to do?

so my 2g 8 gb ipod touch screen just stop reading my finger. I tryed restarting and I even restored I dont no what is the problem.

If you stillh ave the problem after restoring to factory defaults/new iPod then you have a hardware problem and service is required.

I used to have an iPhone 5S 16GB, and I just got an iPhone 5S 32GB. I went to backup my new phone from iTunes, and it worked fine. Yesterday, I put a new CD on my iTunes and thought I had downloaded it onto my iPhone. I went to listen to the new CD today, but it was not there. I noticed when I plugged my iPhone into my computer, iTunes said under the "On This iPhone" tab that there are 792 songs on the iPhone, and the library shown in iTunes is correct. It has the new CD on it and everything. My iPhone, however, even after trying to sync the correct information multiple times, still has 908 songs on the phone, and the new CD is not one of them. Now my full iTunes has more music, which I have gone through and unchecked what I do not want on my phone. I have the "Sync only checked songs and videos" box checked on the main page. Everything according to iTunes is correct, but it does not match what is on my iPhone. I even tried taking the music off the iPhone and the putting it back on, and the computer said "Syncing 792 songs" but my iPhone still says 908. I can't figure this out, what do I do? Please help!

This problem started last year when ios 8 was released. I think apple is trying to force users to buy music on iTunes store and that's why it's impossible to sync other music and also that's the reason why they haven't solved this serious problem. That's really disappoints me and i'm angry with apple because i have like 10 gb of music in mp3 and i can't sync music from iTunes to my iPhone.
