My Sites database status changed to "Database is up to date, but some sites are not completely upgraded."
We have a brand new SharePoint 2013 farm which we just put into production. As users have begun creating their My Sites, the My Sites web application database changed to a status of "Database is up to date, but some sites are not completely upgraded."
Huh?
Prior to deploying to production, we had some test users that had created My Sites, and everything was fine. The database status was "No action required".
Anyone know why the creation of My Sites would cause the database status to flip to this warning?

First of all, to identify what site collection doesn't got upgraded.
Run: stsadm.exe -o localupgradestatus > upgradestatus.txt
or
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade -inplace b2b -force -cmd applicationcontent -install -cmd installfeatures (Run from one of the WFE server)
In below as you see, there no site collection that need upgrade. If you have any, you can identify
them by searching by word "Needs upgrade" in this file.
Secondly, run the command in the Power Shell:
For resuming the upgrade, you’ll need the ID for the database :
Get-SPContentDatabase -Identity <your content database name>
When you got the GUID for the database you can then resume the upgrade
upgrade-spcontentdatabase -id <database
GUID>
Finally, check the upgrade status by running stsadm again:
stsadm.exe -o localupgradestatus > upgradestatus.

It might be a known issue of SQL Server 2012. I would suggest opening a case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) (http://support.microsoft.com), so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist you
in a more efficient manner.

I am getting "Upgrade Available" on all servers in the farm. On closer inspection, the above message is coming up in the "Review Database Status" area. I have run the Upgrade-SPContentDatabase command on the database but although it says it complete, the
error above is still there. No error messages in log or warnings or anything.
Is there anything else I need to do?One thing you can try is to run the SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard tool on a server in the farm to see if that will perform the upgrade you need to get that message removed. It shouldn't affect anything in your farm from a functionality standpoint,
but I would recommend doing it during a maintenance window or a period of lower usage for your farm.
If that runs without error but you still have the issue, try running the command line version of the Wizard, PSCONFIG.exe. From the command line you can specify a -force parameter that may require those components to get upgraded. PSCONFIG.exe is in the
BIN directory in the SharePoint Root, same place as STSADM.
Try it as such:
psconfig -cmd -upgrade b2b -wait -force
This will foce a "build to build" upgrade of SharePoint, and will hopefully clean up the places within SharePoint's databases where you're still seeing that upgrade message.

Whether this is central admin content database or a web application's one?
If this is web application, execute the next PowerShell script from SharePoint Management Shell:

If this is Central Admin content database, then:

Updated to firefox 8. now some favicons are not displaying, either on site or in bookmarks.

Thank you.I have the same problem, but note: the problem is NOT that the dotted-line box is showing up per se; it's that favicons that used to appear on bookmarks no longer do so, even though a valid favicon exists for that Web site, and even though I visit the Web site again by clicking on that link and even though about:config confirms that favicons should be showing up.
In other words, favicons are not being saved or refreshed; they are all turning to the dotted box icon and staying that way, no matter what.
To repeat, the dotted-line icon is not the problem; it's the loss of favicons that appeared properly in FF7 and the failure in FF8 to update favicons after clicking on links.
In a possibly related bug, the Adblock Plus icon no longer appears in the Navigation Toolbar, even though about:config confirms that it should and even though the option to display in the Navigation Bar is checked and even though an icon does appear in the Status Bar and even though the add-on is installed and otherwise working normally. -
I try to insert some images on a website but the images are not in the right color mode. I do not know what to do? and also I have 1200 images to insert so I can not change one after one. So I need to set up an action, but I donot know how to do it... Thanks
What is the problem specifiaclly?
If the images are intended for web use I would recommend converting them to sRGB which could be done with Edit > Convert to Profile or with File > Save for Web, but as including a Save step in Actions and applying them as Batch can sometimes cause problems I would go with regular converting.
You could also try Image Processor Pro.

Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.

After removing oracle from my machine I have installed oracle 10g again developer successfully on my windows xp machine then I have installed oracle 10g database release 2 successfuly too.
after installation complete they are some files into db_1 folders like
jdbc,ojdbc,bin ...........etc are not found
the only folder found is inventory folder ,I repeat the removing and installtion trial for two times but same result.
can anyone help me.

Started receiving "This site untrusted...."messages on sites I open all the time in Mozilla. I have tried the fixes in the help section but problems continue. Also, some sites like facebook don't appear correctly, just text and no regular graphics etc. Even Mozilla help is "untrusted". Sometimes aI can bypass the message by allowing the certificate, but not always. All of a sudden it seems like Mozilla just "blew up" and I can't find a solution -even after trying all the suggestions in the help area.
One of the most common reasons for having problems with ALL secure certificates is a problem with the date and time on your computer. For example, if the date got set one year forward or backward. You would expect this to cause the same problem in all browsers.
If you expand the Technical Details section of the error page, do you see an error code such as the following in most of these cases:

A common problem recently is Firefox not being set up to work with your security software. Some security suites include a filtering feature. In order to filter secure connections (HTTPS URLs), the security software presents a fake certificate to Firefox so it can intercept and stand in the middle of the secure connection. To have Firefox trust these certificates, you may need to do something such as import a root certificate, or click something in your security software's settings.
Of course, the problem also could be caused by spyware.
Please check the "Issued by" section on one or two of the exceptions you've made to learn more about the source of this issue.

Changes made to cell reference and cell formula in designer are not reflected in analyser?
Dear Experts,
I have made few changes to Bex Report in Query designer by creating cell reference for a cell and the same cell reference used by the formula created on the adjacent cell.
I changes are working for 1 Report where as , the exact chanegs made in 2nd Report are not reflected in the Analyzer upon execution of Reports by giving exact inputs as fpr the previous report.

i tried querying upa_resource table based on oiu_key but oiu_key corresponding to usr_key in oiu table do not match.
