My six year old set up the restrictions code on my iPad and he doesn't remember the code he used. How can I find out the code. I already tried reseting the iPad and it did not work.

How can I retrive the passcode for Restrictions? I already tried reseting my iPad to factory settings but did not work.

I believe there is a way to reset the settings only, but I'm not sure if that applies to restrictions. Maybe there is a way on the computer?

I updated iTunes from the update message and now my Windows computer (at work- I use Mac at home) keeps sending me error messages about MobileMe and iTunes. It indicates a .dll error but I can't find any such file. I tried removing the entire ITunes app.

I downloaded an update to my iTunes app on my work Windows computer and now I am constantly getting error messages about MobileMe, when I download a webpage and marked slowness of my Outlook application. I tried removing iTunes and reloading directly from the Apple site, but no change. One of my peers is having the same issue and messages.

Did you restore your replacement from this backup?
If so then you already have everything in the backup on your device.
If not, you can wipe the device and restore from this backup:
Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content & Settings
