My skype account got Terminated! Please help

Hello couple of months ago my Skype Account
"account name redacted" Got Terminated, I have no clue what happend and I can assure you now I have never broke a rule although my skype account did get hacked and two days after it got hacked that' was my skype for Terminated, Please help me as I have a lot of buisness there\ For example People Owe me money And only way I can Provide proof\Or find them Is with my main Skype Account "[account name redacted]"

You will need to contact Skype Customer Service directly to enquire if and how your account can be recovered. Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip past in Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started.

I don't have a credit card nor do they gove debit cards to foreigners here, or at least it's really hard so I'm using my bank at home and still have a debit there. My phone number is 8 numbers plus the country code which is strange! Another thing is I was given a phone email that I was told to use for texting but I'm not sure how that works!! It's so frustrating too because no one speaks English here and I'm not very tech savvy. God bless you if you can help :)

whichever app store you are connecting to, hyou need a credit card with an address in that country. Also, itunes gift cards must be in local currency too.
If you are in japan, you need to use the japan app store

My Skype Account got hijacked - What to do now?

So my Skype Account got hijacked today, but I got it back after 10 minutes. The hijackers messaged me with the new password and after I logged in, I changed my password at first. I want them to get punished. They sent messages to everyone with texts like "I am stupid." etc.. I got many messages about it and not everyone in my contactlist believes that the account got hijacked.
So what should I do now? I would like to get them punished.

Were you trying to create a new account when you received the alert or simply trying to authorize another device on your Apple ID? For the latter case you will need to de-authorize devices you no longer have or use.
De-authorizing Computers (contributed by user John Galt)
You can de-authorize individual computers, but only by using those computers. The only other option is to "de-authorize all" from your iTunes account.
1. Open iTunes on a computer
2. From the Store menu, select "View my Account..."
3. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
4. Under "Computer Authorizations" select "De-authorize All".
5. Authorize each computer you still have, as you may require.
You may only do this once per year.
After you "de-authorize all" your authorized computers, re-authorize each one as required.
If you have de-authorized all computers and need to do it again, but your year has not elapsed, then contact: Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us.

If you don't have access to the computers to manually deauthorize them (they were sold, stolen, etc), then you have to log into your account, deauthorize all computers, and then re-authorize the machine(s) that you want to have access. This page explains how.

Skype account is hacked, need help!!!

My Skype account is hacked, the password and registered email address has been changed by the hacker. I have submitted skype support request online a few days ago, and no reply at all.
I've spent hundreds dollars on skype calling service and I have a lot of important contacts on my skype account. Right now the hacker is probably pretenting me to contact my contacts, or maybe using my credit card information saved on skype.
There is no Skype support phone I can call, online support seems little help. What can I do to get my skype account back?
