I turn off all my devices and it keep showing that i'm online for my friends. When they try to call me, the call fails

There is a work around so that you will be shown offline when you log out from all devices.
1. Sign in to your account in the Skype application in a computer or a laptop.
2. Select any contact then type this to the message box: /showplaces then hit on send.
The /showplaces command will show the instances where you are currently logged in at that time.
3. Now type this command: /remotelogout then hit on send.
It will automatically log you out from your mobile devices, tablet, other laptop except on the one that you are using right now.
Lastly, all you need is to sign out from the Skype application on the computer that you are using and ask a friend if you show as Offline.
This one really works. Believe me

Here are simple things that you can try:
Restart your phone
1. Switch your phone off
2. Remove the battery.
3. After a few seconds, put the battery in and switch your phone on.
Reset the settings
Restore the original factory settings of your phone. Go to Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Settings only. If prompted for a security/lock code enter 12345 unless changed. This will not delete any data on your phone but any personalization you've made will reset back to default.

I must say that my iphone was working perfectly until the last months my battery began to die all from a sudden, so my phone got turn off really frequently, so then i ordered a battery and changed it myself so when phone was on.. it had this problem.. im desperate here

No I haven´t take it to Apple Store, i think I will actually. My iphone was jailbroken and ulocked with gevey sim, but when this failures began i decided to restore it, and I did preserve the baseband, but when I took it into one of these "Places" they told me it would be a good idea to do a clean restore and see if this fixed the problem so I upgraded my baseband, and right now my iphone is freshly restore, no jailbreak no nothing.
Btw yes something like a year ago my screen was replaces by others not by apple, but I didnt had any issues after this.. until today (a little more than a year later).

How was this iPhone unlocked? Did a carrier unlock for you?
If you did the unlocking by jailbreaking there is nothing anyone on here can do to help you.

My Skype account is always connected even when all my devices are turned off.

Ovi Maps 3.03 keeps going online even when told no...

So I've just downloaded the new free Ovi Maps for my 5800 and it's pretty nice, except for one thing: even when I set the conection to offline it still connects to the Internet every time the app is started (which, even though the app is fullscreen is visible when, for example you go into the settings screen). It seems though that after a minute or so it disconnects, but still, the old Maps app asked on startup whether to connect, this one just does without asking every time it's started... Am I missing some hidden setting?

Really need indication of which device you are using to give you relevant information here.
As it can take a while to establish position using "Integrated GPS" positional method, "Network GPS" can give approximate position based on cell tower triangulation and "Assisted GPS" can carry out numerical calculations much faster on remote server than using device resources.
In some countries just downloading regional maps such as UK is sufficient for "Search" in OVI Maps application in "Offline" mode to locate to postcode level, whereas in larger countries OVI Maps needs to be "Online" to produce this result.
As you have posted on the end off a thread headed "OVI Maps v3.03" unless you are using E71 I would be surprised if later version is not availble for your device from here:

Computer always showing in Shared pane even when Off???

My Macbook finder is always showing my other Home computer in the Shared pane even if the Home computer is Off???? However, my home computer is showing my Macbook only when the Macbook is ON .
Both running 10.5.1 (all current updates).
Any idea how to fix that?

My iMac does the same thing. It show my Macbook in the Finder when its off. If I do a reboot it will not show and the iMac but soon as I turn it on it appears as normal just as it should same goes for the macbook. Now if I take my iMac of the network it will disappear on my macbook. The iMac wants to keeps show my macbook even when off. Any suggestions?

OK I solved my own problem. My iPhone was plugged into the other USB port in addition to the external hard drive. I took out the iPhone USB and switched the external hard drive USB to the other USB port. The drive showed up in my devices!
