After the latest update my sons phone on our account is jacked up. I cant change his apple ID I created for him nor can I change his location services settings, Icloud or facetime..
your welcome! Im glad it helped. One thing i noticed about locating devices with find my iphone is that only the main account can see all the devices. so your sons account will only be able to see his device but the Main account can see all. Not a big deal for my family as we all just sign in to my wifes id but it can be a little annoying as i thought this was the point of family sharing so everyone can share everything.

If it says your billing info is wrong that means that your credit card issuer is refusing to approve your account. You will have to solve the problem with your bank or credit card company.

I don't know why it stopped working but it happened a month or two ago but the option on this phone that's usually all the way to the left when you select your device but now its not and I don't know what caused it. ive already tried troubleshooting my problem but have found no help.Hello Salmomma,

(iphone 4 and iphone 4s)So I just did this on my iPhone 4 and it worked like a charm it unlocked it immediately. My phone was put into recovery mode and I know that not all data is deleted it just puts the phone into a sort of hibernation in order for the files to stay uncorrupted. I went to http://www.recovery-ipad.com/iphone-stuck-in-recovery-mode.html downloaded the software it unlocked my phone in a matter of minutes. Calls, messages, photos, apps, and voicemail was all there as if it never happened If you leave it unregistered you don't have to pay for it works for either windows or mac. Hope this helps!

Where is the phone number on the iPod?
If you have an iPhone with iOS and use the same ID for Messages and FaceTime as on the iPod the iPhone's phone number will be listed for Messages and FaceTime on the iPod.
If you changed phone numbers on the iPhone, sign out of Messages and FaceTime and then sing back in. Then do the same a little while later on the iPod.

Is the MacBook the computer you have synced with in the past? If not you can use the computer that you have synced with to restore your apps. Are you sure you are using the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the Apps?

Try restarting it. If this does not work, then hard restart it which is holding the power and home button until the product ***** off. If this does not help either, plug it into the computer and restore it. Make sure you back up the device before you restore it though!
