My speaking can't be heard by other part

Lap top Acer 2 years old- Conversation technics function with no problem with other programs perfectly (QQ-Tencent)
Windows 7 - latest Skype version in use 7.4
I paid for 1 month Skype clling landline telephones from Estonia to Sweden
and mobile to China. To China all works fine.
But to landline telephones to Sweden;
I can hear the other side perfect But they can't hear me.
1 month payment 114 :- to waste.
I tried several hours by 3 different occasiona to find connection to service from Skype.
All I could find was ready made answers fo 10 000 qustions and as detours from my original very simple question. It made me have to read 1000 answers, without finding the way to make my own question;
Obvioulsy there are so many problems with Skype sound system and there are sooo many pages with a little variation of same basic question 
2-way calling system have too many problems and all problems have very big difficulties to find answer
Now it took me too much time to find this page, for instance, tyo make my question.

"Autoamtically adjust microphone" is unmarked, Full volume setting for Microphone is made,
I want he complete set up advice so I can use Skype. And I also want be able to advice people in China to use Skype as I make promoting Zennströms innovation there, from Estonia that produced it
Must I call Zennström for advice, or is it ok with you?

I understand that your are having issues with the monitor on your HP Pavilion Slimline s3301f Desktop PC. If the monitor is also an HP product you can try the steps I have set out for you to follow below:
Step 1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the monitor and the wall
Step 2. Hold the power button down for at least one minute
Step 3. Plug the power cord back into the monitor and then into the wall outlet (not a power bar or surge protector)
Step 4. Press the Menu button on the monitor
Step 5. Navigate to the Factory Reset option and select it
If the issue persists after this you can try the monitor on another computer to see if it continues. If it does it appears to be a physical issue and I think it would be best if you contact HP Technical Support for repair options.

    Try a different headset, see if that works if not possibly with the connection on the device

    Okay that was scary, read the post and just replugged the headphones then removed and everything is back to normal.

    Make a appointment with the Genius Bar at apple. If it is still under the 1 yr warranty it will be replaced free of charge. Or if you have AppleCare you should be covered.

  • Upgraded to iOS 5.0 and can't be heard

    I upgraded to the new iOS 5.0 and now anyone I call or who calls me can't hear me. The phone worked fine before the upgrade.

    Have not heard of this being an issue...have you made sure that the mute button hasn't been accidently activated during calls? Can you be heard if you place the call on speaker or if you use a headset? It's possible that your microphone is faulty if speaker and/or headset use can be heard. Also, if you haven't already try restarting your iPhone, resetting, or restoring to see if it helps.

    What is even more strange is that if I open Skype and engage in a skype conversation the person in the OTHER VOIP/VIDEO application can not only hear what is going on in that one, BUT when they speak the person in my skype conversation hears it! This is when the other party does not even have skype.
    There is something definately going on with my soundblaster that is causing the other party to have an echo on THEIR end.
    Any help would be greatly approeciated.
    BTW... I'm running windows XP Pro.

The program we are trying to run is OpenMeetings (an open source application) that we are hoping to get up and running so non-profit organizations have a free place to collaborate (http://www.caihq.org:5080/openmeetings/
    What makes this strange is that when I use the Creative Orbit Camera I have with the built-in Mic not running through the Extigy there is no echo but the background noise is a bit of a hassle.
    I'll try all you said and post the results.

    6stone plus (with built-in speaker) can't connect to pcm hi, my creative stone plus with in built speaker got a problem, when I connect it to the pc it starts charging, but it isn't recognized in "my computer" ( my OS is windows xp), so I'm not able to access the storage memory of the mp3. It works as player, but I can't change songs on its storage memory anymore!
    Any suggestion? It has been bought in Italy the 4 of april 2008, so the one year warranty is already decaesed, but I've the second year, as given here in italy...

  • I can't be heard when I make a call  - Pantech Jest

    Suddenly, whenever I make a call on my Pantech Jest, I can't be heard on the other end.  I think, occaisionally they can hear something, but not much.  Mostly it is as if it were muted, but it isn't.  Unfortunately, I'm assuming the problem is the result of my baby getting his hands on the phone and playing with it, but he didn't smash it or anything that would cause obvious damage.  I've only had the phone for 2 months, so I'd love to find a way to get it working again that didn't require getting a new one.  If anyone has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it!

    We just started having this problem too.  Got our phone in December 2010. No baby playing with it, so maybe that's not the reason yours started having trouble either.  Did you find a solution?

  • Audio within particular section of my dvd project can't be heard anymore.

    Everything was playing/sounding beautiful; I was close to finishing when all of a sudden the 4 tracks within a choral section can't be heard though the track is playing. Looks ok but sound is missing, whether I'm in the viewer, simulator... anywhere! Elsewhere in the project the audio is fine.
    Previous to this development I'd been adding/changing connections, but really to tweak other sections of the DVD; I don't recall doing anything to this section. The video (lyric) is there, but no audio.
    This doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me. More like a newbie issue perhaps. At least I hope it's something simple.
    Suggestions greatly appreciated! I need to hand this off tomorrow.

    I would recommend you to use 0FI_AP_4 rather using both, particularly for many reasons -
    1. DS: 0FI_AP_4  replaces DataSource 0FI_AP_3 and still uses the same extraction structure. For more details refer to the OSS note 410797.
    2. You can run the 0FI_AP_4 independent of any other FI datasources like 0FI_AR_4 and 0FI_GL_4 or even 0FI_GL_14. For more details refer to the OSS note: 551044.
    3. Map the 0FI_AP_4 to DSO: 0FIAP_O03 (or create a Z one as per your requirement).
    4. Load the same to a InfoCube (0FIAP_C03).
