I receive all other text, but when a picture is sent it does not come through.

I am with ATT; and my passwords are correct; I have tried deleting, reinstalling, changing push to fetch and back again. I am thinking of going back to my 4S. Any suggestions out there?

Do you have MMS turned on? If so, then report the problem to your carrier. MMS is sent on the carrier's network.

Iphone5 will not call or receive calls.

Iphone5 will not call out or receive in coming calls. Text and data work fine. Was working. Went to canada noted it was not working. Returned to US and still not working.

Let's get your phone working FairwayFatty. Please try going to Settings> Toggle Airplane Mode ON then back OFF. Also go to General>Cellular> Cellular Data-ON> Enable LTE-ON.

IPad not receiving pictures

My iPad is not receiving pictures it shows the blue iMessage bubble with a question mark. Help!

Try turning off iMessage, Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).
Wait a few minutes after the phone restarts and turn iMessage back on.

IMessage on mac does not receive pictures

My iMessage on my mac book pro (Os X 10.9.2) does not receive pictures sent to me. It will receive screen shots, but not actual pictures taken by the phone or image files saved to the phone. I have tried the PRAM restart with no luck. Ideas??

Odd stuff first.
In the Contacts App > Card menu > Show My Card - is this your Info ?
Can you compare the Names that do show in Messages with those that do not in the Contacts App ?
For instance do the ones using Country Codes as part of the telephone Number Show up but ones that only use the local number (no Country code) do not ?
If this s the case check the System Preferences > Date and Time including the Time Zone as everything is time stamped.
Next go to the Messages app > Preferences > Accounts > iMessages Account > Details Button (you will be asked to sign in again).
Does this list the "right" Country or region (it is this that will add the county code to plain numbers and allow your Apple ID (or others) to work properly.
In System Preferences > Network > Advanced Button > DNS tab does it list DNS servers that are not on your LAN ?
Quite often it lists the router (192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x and occasionally 172.16.x.x through to 172.32.255.255) rather than external DNS servers.
It "should" show the ones the router lists in a greyed out form.
If not, copy the DNS servers across (from the router) or use Public ones.
If that does not work use th Finder > Go Menu whilst holding down the ALT key and select the Library that appears.
Navigate to Preferences.
Find com.apple.iMessages.bag.plist and drag it to the Trash then Restart Messages.
This will force the app to reconnect to the iMessages Servers (and as there is a group of them you may well end up with a new server)

RESOLVED!!! I logged on to my Straight Talk online account, and did a Tech Chat. They immediately gave me a direct phone number and a Reference PIN number and asked me to contact their iPhone specialty support. I called (of course the gentleman's accent was very difficult for me to understand, but managed with asking continually for clarity). He walked me through several tests, setting changes and had me get on my wifi to obtain the latest APN settings. None of his efforts worked ad it was obviously NOT my Straight Talk iPhone 5, 64GB CDMA (no SIM) - it was something with their setting on their end on my account. I was placed on hold a few times and he would come back on to have me try to get on Safari and even Google... after the 3rd on-hold, he returned and asked me to try to use my data again without the wifi turned on and BINGO it worked... I still do not have my wifi turned on and I'm still receiving texts from YESTERDAY too while I was away from wifi service. IF you come across this issue - please call Straight Talk and/or log on to your Straight Talk online account and talk to an online customer service representative and get their direct line phone number for iPhone support and have your Reference PIN number available. My IPod nano 6 connects to my library but will not receive new music and playlists

My ipod 6th generation will not receive new songs and playlists from my library on my PC. My ipod shows up in the itunes library when I connect it. It syncs when it is plugged in to computer but the sync is very short. I changed to a new computer back in September 2013. My old one crashed. I have synced my ipad 2 and my iPhone 4S to itunes library on the new computer. All these devices show up in the "manage my devices" list except my ipod 6th generation. There is no "add device" to this itunes account, only an option to deauthorize the computer, the iPhone or the ipad.
The ipod downloaded songs that I added to my computer library on my new computer, but will not add new purchased songs nor library playlists.
My computer is shared with my husband. His user account on the same computer shows up in my "manage devices" section of my itunes account. He doesn't use it. I thought I had to add my itunes on his part of the computer because his is the "main user".
I'm not sure what to do. Should I take my computer, iPhone, ipad and nano to an appointment at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I kept working at this after posting. On the sync page for the ipod on itunes library I chose to remove the iPods association with my old computer. It erased all the old content from the old computer and then put all my checked songs from the new computer on my iPod nano.

Pages on iPhone5S will not update to new version

My iPhone5S will not update to the latest version: 2.5.2. I tried a dozen times to update it, as well as Numbers. Finally, Numbers updated but Pages still wouldn't. What happens is that I click on Update, and it seems to be updating, then when it finishes and I click on Open, it reverts to Update. I checked the version under Settings, and it was still the older version. I was able to access all my Pages documents, but I was annoyed at seeing the Update reminder, so today I deleted Pages from my phone and intended to re-install it. Now when I bring it up and click on Free and then Install, it just goes back to Free..refuses to budge, so now I don't have any of my Pages docs on my phone. I've tried rebooting, doesn't help. I'm running iOS 8.1.2. All those docs are still there in the Cloud, and Pages appears correctly on my MBP and iPad, but I can't seem to update it---or now, even install it---on my phone. Does anyone have any suggestions? This seems so random.

i would try restoring it or downgrading it and then try it again, if that doesnt work i really dont know.

Although your other devices connect okay, it would be worth resetting your router by switching if off for disconnecting it from mains power for 2 minutes and then switch it on again.

Mail Will Not Receive After 10.6.2 Update

I just updated to 10.6.2 and now my mail program will not receive any incoming emails. I seem to be able to send however. I'm sorry for another one of these "me too" postings about the mail program not working post update but I'm hoping Apple will see the number of postings regarding this issue and correct the problem.

Ever since I updated to 10.6.2, I have had intermittent problems with sending, forwarding, and replying to emails from both my yahoo and mobileme accounts. I hit send and get the rotating rainbow and end up having to force quit. And now today, it's not downloading any mobileme messages. They are showing up on my iphone but not the iMac.

VI containing Event Structure will not receive front panel events in LabVIEW Real-Time.

Hi again, I'm working in my first UI (attached VI).
It works when running directly from PC. It doesn't when running from cRIO, there's the message "VI containing Event Structure will not receive front panel events in LabVIEW Real-Time". I've been reading and I found that "Event structures on RT targets do not support events associated with user interface objects, such as VI panels or controls. For example, associating the Value Change event with a control does not work. RT targets support only user events".
Is that the problem? If it is, how can I create Mouse Up, Mouse Enter, Value Change (or other user interface events) user events?
If I run my VI in FPGA mode should it run?
