iTunes does not support drag and drop for iOS devices.
Connect either the iPod or iPad to your computer, launch iTunes.
Select the iPod (iPad) under Devices left side of the iTunes window in the source list.
Select Books from the menu.
Then click the Sync button bottom right side of the iTunes window.
You can select All Books or Selected Books. -
Storage says I have 15gb of movies, but I can't find them anywhere!? Any Help?
Hey anyone and everyone.
So I went to my 'About this Mac' tab, 'More Info', 'Storage' and for some reason it is saying I am using 15gb on movies. The only thing is I cannot find any movies or files that look like movies at all on my mac.
Now I did have some videos from my gopro but moved them off to an external. So i thought that would fix things, but still says I am using a ton of space on movies.
Could someone please tell me where to look, or how to find them, so I can move them to the external hardrive!
Any help would be great for sure!

Hard drive storage says I have 126 gig movies
My mac says I have 126 gig of movies in my memory and I can not find where it is so I can delete it. I looked in itunes and found movies and deleted them but I am unable to find the 126 gig that is remaining. How do I find the movies? It also says I have 113 gig of other, what and how do I find other so that I can clean up my mac? Thanks.

My emails disappear once they have been read, and I cannot find them in any other folders.
Every time I receive a new email, once I click on it (and it becomes "read"), it disappears after a minute or two. I cannot seem to recover these emails, they are not in any other folders. Are there settings that do this that I'm completely missing?
Try AppMenu button - View - Messages - All.

I can't download anymore TV from itunes, says i don't have enough icloud storage. My storage says i have 5GB to use and 4.6GB are still free
The message shouldn't have anything to do with iCloud storage. You need the free space on the iPad itself, not in iCloud. You have to free up space on the iPad by deleting content. You can delete any movies, videos, apps, or whatever you want to delete in Settings>General>Usage>Storage.

I have my iMovie movie at 38 minutes long, i want to export it as iDVD (or media browser) so that i can burn it onto a DVD but everytime i click export it says 'error -50' HELPPPPP PLEASE!!!!

In preparing for iCloud storage to be reduced to 5GB, I have deleted all my emails (via internet to iCloud) including all inboxes, sent mail, archived etc. HOWEVER my iPhone (under Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage says I have 8.5 GB. Please help!

I am running a late 2007 13" MacBook and when I check status of storage it is showing 88Gb of files but on Finder in Movies I cannot find more than 12-15 Gb where are the rest of the files?

That article did seem to confirm that it is not as straight forward as it might seem. Since then I have deleted some of the TV episodes I downloaded on iTunes and the available storage has increased, so I can only assume that when reviewing in finder the files for iTunes are not shown and it would appear one has to go into iTunes to delete them.
I guess I may need to set up an external hard drive to store TV series etc as long as it is easy to transfer between the external drive and the MAC and subsequently my iPad as well, but that is for another discussion. -

One song at a time. Open the Wish List, and click on the price for the song.
