My Stream 8 5909 won't accwpt either of the two verification codes sent to me

At the verification step I did not have a verification code, so I followed the prompts to obtain one and continued on with setting up the unit. A v erification code finally came in on my notebook computer. I entered it and it was not accepted. I requested the verification code again and the second one was also rejected. What Gives?

I see you're unable to verify your tablet with Microsoft. 
The verification process for devices using your Microsoft profile is a bit outside of our realm of support here. Your best bet would be to contact Microsoft support at 1-800-642-7676 or online here: Microsoft - Support

    Unfortunately it still doesn't work! Maybe I should give up on Adobe products and look for a different photo managing software. Adobe doesn't seem to be interested in offering support of any kind!

  • Mail won't open either from the dock or from the applications folder. Icon bounces but program won't open

    Mail worked fine this morning, then, when I went to open the program this afternoon, the icon bounced in the dock but would not boot either when I tried to open it from the dock or from the applications folder.

    The nib file is the visual part of the user interface, so it has either got damaged or gone missing, which (unless you have been moving things around) is a little bit worrying.
    I would suggest
    make sure that you have a current backup
    run disk utility to check your disk
    if your disk is ok,
    put in your installation disk and do an optional installation of Mail
    download and run the latest combo upgrade

  • Aperture won't open either from the Dashboard or from the Finder.

    When I try to open Aperture from Dashboard or Finder, I get the message "The application Aperture can't be opened." -1712. I have not upgraded yet to Mavericks (after 10 hours of updating, an error occurred!) and haven't changed anything since the last time I used the application. Any suggestions?

    My Aperture is 3.0. I'm wondering about the upgrade to Mavericks because on my update screen it has a red notice saying An error has occurred. But it also says that there are no  updates available. My computer (from About This Mac via the Apple icon) shows version 10.8.5. Do you know what version of Aperture works with Mavericks?

    How do I set up a Wi-Fi Network? I have networks I can choose from on my phone under Settings and then under WI-FI Networks. I have it turned on but when I choose a network, it needs a password and I don't know how to get one. Can someone help? I have a new Iphone 4S. Thanks a  million!

    The password is set on the WiFi router providing the service, by the owner of the network to prevent unwanted "guests" accessing the network.  The only way to know it is to ask the owner permission to use the network.  Otherwise, you  have to find a free WiFi hotspot that doesn't require a password.

  • Italy Bank (ess/it/bank) - NWDS won't let me edit the DetailView java code!

    I'm trying to make some simple modifications to the wdDoModifyView method on the DetailView for the Italian Bank Details application.  (DC = sap.com/ess/it/bank.  Web Dynpro Component VcPerBankITDetail - DetailView)   I've checked out the DC project from our DTR, created an activity for the modifications, but I'm simply not able to "change" the java code on the Implementation tab for the object in the NWDS.   No matter where I place my cursor, I can't make any changes.  
    I've only run into this problem for this particular application (I've made many similar modifications to other DCs in the SAP_ESS software component).   Additionally, other developers on my team have run into the same problem with only this particular development component.
    Is it possible that there is something wrong with the permissions for this particular file?  Or some other problem?
    We are on SP12 of the XSS product.

    Well,  I submitted a customer message to SAP on this issue and it finally came back with a somewhat cryptic response, but it appears to have worked.  Thought I would share what they said here to close the issue.
    1.     Remove ess/it/bank development component from your PC.  You may have to revert existing changes to the DC if you have already made them.
    2.     Create New Web Dynpro DC project for ess/it/bank in NWDS
    3.     Switch to the Web Dynpro Perspective.  Instead using the traditional u201CWeb Dynpro Exploreru201D view, switch to the u201CNavigatoru201D view (which shows the files in the same structure as they exist on your PC).
    4.     In the gen_wdp folder, navigate to the DetailView.java file.   From the context menu, select DTR > Edit.    This should prompt you for an activity.   Note:  you donu2019t
    5.     Return to the web Dynpro Explorer View.  Navigate to the Detail View and attempt to edit it normally.   You will be prompted to add additional files to your activity.  It should work now.
    No idea why this works... but it does.

  • Upgrade to iOS7.1 has broken Music. . .can't play songs in the cloud and songs that have been downloaded won't play either.

    I've discovered an interesting "feature" of iOS7.1 for the iPad (4th gen). 
    Since upgrading, I can no longer play music that is in the cloud and when trying to switch to a song that has been downloaded to the device, it won't play either; however, the equilizer graphic indicates that something is playing (bouncing up and down) but the song position indicator stays at 0:00.
    Eventually, iTunes/Music (not sure what to call it these days since Apple can't seem to decide either) gives up on the song selected, the on that is not playing, and moves to the next song.  If the next song is local to the device, music plays, if it's another song in the cloud, the pattern repeats until it hits a downloaded song.  Have also discovered, after my various and simple testing efforts, that I can no longer download songs from the cloud - I was able to download one song but afer that. . .kaput. 
    It takes a special level of brilliance to send out an update that breaks your own applications/code. . .particularly one so core to the device. 
    Two words for future releases. . ."Quality Assurance". 

    I had a similar problem. Try resetting and erasing the phone and restoring from a known good backup.

    Not sure. I've been thinking to myself that iTunes should do more things with TV show content (if it can) such as a "complete the season" feature similar to "complete my album" and that HD should be something that can be enabled/disabled, same as iTunes Plus content. I remember when iTunes Plus came around, they offered the option to "upgrade" tracks that were eligible, and just pay the extra 30 cents. But the feedback I send online never seems to make it to the finished product, so... oh well. I suppose that's why I'm not a software engineer

    Try a reset:
    Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

    Can someone help me?  I am having a hard time believing that OSx will allow me to create users and allow them use of my computer and it's drives, yet it will not allow me to change the password so I can monitor what they might have been doing while logged on?  What if this were my child?  This guest left under sketchy circumstances, and I'd really like to be able to ensure they were not using my computer to do illegal things or to have illegal communications.
    Any help would be appreciated.  (It's odd that it was so simple to "create" a user and set a password for them.......but it's complicated or a little known process to reverse.

    Here are two screen shots to show you what I am seeing.  The first screen shot shows it allowing me to select (highlighted in blue) my admin user (which is what I am locced in as).  The second screen shot shows it allowing me to select the "Guest" user (highlighted in blue).  However when I click on the user "Orion" nothing happens.  It will not change to highlight that user.

  • How can I transfer a video between iPads? I can see the video in a photo stream but it won't save to the new iPad.

    I shot a video with the camera on an iPad and want to transfer a copy to a new iPad Mini to take advantage of the retina display.  I can see it in a photo stream, but it won't let save it to the new iPad.  The old iPad didn't have enough memory to work on an iMovie, so I need to get the video in the new iPad mini to put it in an iMovie project.

    Okay, I figured out that Windows has "AutoPlay" settings which can automatically download photos and videos from a newly connected device, such as an iPad Mini.  I think I could open it in Windows Explorer too that way but the auto download solved my problem.

    If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link, then from the page that you posted from :
    Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

    My 2006 iMac running Snow Leopard won't boot even after erasing and re-installing Snow Leopard.   I erased and re-installed by putting the iMac in Target Disk mode and usin my MacBookPro as the host.  But after numerous attempts I still can't get it to boot either from the HD or DVD drive. I just get the white screen after the wheel stops spinning.  I can't get it to run Hardware Test - just get the white screen.  If I use Disk Utility via my MBP it says the disk appears OK. All the Snow Leopad files appear to have been installed. What can I do?

    Perhaps you installed the wrong version OS X onto the iMac, you can't use the disk from another Mac.
    clean the disk.
    If it's not working then use this method to create a bootable 10.6 USB from the iMac machine specific 10.6 disk or the 10.6.3 retail disk on your other Mac, use it to boot the iMac with.
