My stuff got stolen, is there anyway I can get my movies back?

So I was out on diployment when my backpack was stolen. I got a new computer and re-downloded my music and apps with iCloud. The only thing I can't get is my movies that I did buy. Anyone have any ideas? Also my iPod touch got refreshed so the movies are no longer on it. HELP!

movies are probably the only thing that doesn't show up in the cloud but yes you can get your movies back, alls you have to do is contact iTunes store support and ask for a "regrant" of all movie titles and they queue it up in your available downloads
if you are unsure how to get in contact with iTunes store support you can do two things
-contact iTunes store support through expresslane.apple.com
-or you can call apple technical support and tell them you already contacted iTunes through email and they never got back to you for about a week, apple will have to contact the store then

Since you have to consciously click and enter a password, the normal terms on the store are all sales are final.
All you can do is go to the support link above, follow to the Express Lane support for the iTunes store and plead your case for a refund. Just don't get your expections too high though.

I have similar problem. I deleted contents of an iMessage from a spcific contact.
I tried to restore them from backup however, it restored to certain date and it still lacks about 2 months. Is there a way to get those important 2 months?

Okay ... you might be able to get back some of your past purchases if your country's iTunes Store supports redownloading past purchases. See the following document for instructions:

... but if you didn't maintain a back-up, then other content (songs that you'd ripped yourself from CDs and so forth) is gone, and you'd have to reimport it.

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

Unless you have mobileme AND activated find my ipod on the ipod BEFORE it was stolen, AND it is on AND it is connected to wi-fi, THEN you could find the registered address of the wi-fi router to which it was connected.
What device can you track with the serial number?

iTunes states that all sales are final. They do not normally give refunds. You can contact iTunes support and ask, but do not be surprised if they say no. I plug my ipod in and it starts to charge but i open itunes and it says its synced with a diff library. my music is gone. is there anyway i can get my music back to my itunes, most of it is cds and downloads no itunes stuff cuz i had a zune. PLZ HELP!

I plug my ipod into my computer and it begins to charge, then in the bottom right corner it says installing device driver, and then says digital still camera failed. Im not sure what that means. Then when i open my itunes all my music is gone from my library and i dont know why. it says that my ipod is synced with a different library and gives me the option to transfer purchases, or erase and sync. That's what backups are for. Use Time Machine. It's free and external drives are cheap. To recover your iPhone's content requires the use of third party utilities. Success is not guaranteed. Read:

There is no way to "track" your phone without using Find My iPhone, which has to be set up in iCloud in order to work....

If you activated "Find my iPhone", you could log into your iCloud account and wipe the phone remotely. If you have a backup of your device on your computer or iCloud, you can restore from that backup if you have your new device.

I assume these photos, or at least not all of them weren't in photo stream.
You should be able to recover your photos from a back up.
