My subscription has not renewed.

My account page says that my subscription renews on 11June. Today is 11th June. I have been waiting for a full day. When is it going to renew?

Hi,
Regarding your subscription minutes, please refer to the personal message I sent you. You can find the link to your mailbox on the top right of the community.
Subscription minutes will reset based on the initial purchase date and time which is GMT based.
For example, if you purchase a Germany 400 minutes subscription on the 15th at 15.00 GMT, then your recurring payment will be taken on the 12th and the minutes reset on the 15th of the following month at 15.00 GMT.
You can check when (exact date and time) your minutes will be reset from your order details.
1. Go to https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
2. Find the first order for your subscription (not the recurring payment)
3. Click the order ID. The transaction date shows when your subscription was purchased.

    I have a monthly subscription (order number 522130019).
    My new minutes have not arrived despite Skype saying that it should renew on October 26th. 
    I am VERY disappointed,  as it is now 27th, and I paid almost £100 for this service.

    Take a look at BBB site. We are not the only clients with support issues. They have cancelled my on-going subscription siting a variety of reasons, over dozens of emails.... from "you cancelled it yourself" to a problem with Pay Pals (which I don't use), to something I entered incorrectly (when I enter nothing: it is a Skype-generated billing request directly to my card that worked successfully for months), to a problem with the relationship with my card carrier (card carrier has given excellent support - nothing changed with them,they just did not receive the request for payment from Skype for last month). Skype wants me to apply for a new subscription (at higher rate). All well and good except how would a new subscription work when whatever went wrong with the old one was not fixed. I get no indication anyone is actually reading my emails for content. I get no idea anyone is actually trying to determine what has gone wrong. The only clear response I have received is to buy another subscription.

    I paid for my subscription 3 days a go and it's supposed to renew today but I still cannot make any calls. My Skype account is inspire.travels and the subscription is 120 min to sri lanka. I am very disappointed in the service by Skype.

    Subscription minutes are reset based on date and time, there is still time left before minutes are reset
    Your minutes will be reset around 12:52GMT

    Otherwise if purchase time is not counted then customers who travel could lose hours on their subscription.

    Subscriptions are renewed at midnight UTC/GMT on the renewal date.
    TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    Minutes are always restored based on time and date of first order.

    First of all, I'd like to let it clear that I think Skype service has become worse after Microsoft bought it.
    Second, I was charged for a 60 min mobile Brazil subscription, but It didn't not renew my subscription so far. It says my credits will be available on 29th January and I'm wondering what day is today.
    I was charged on the 26and Skype now claims that i have to wait three days before getting credits. I believe the third day is 29th.
    Why wasn't it like this before Microsoft bought it? Why turn things more complicated?

    My monthly subscription amount is charged to my paypall account but minutes are not renewed on time, in my account it shows "Renews on 29th April, 2015" but I cannot make any calls and 0 minutes available.

    Skype charges payments for subscription renewals 3 days in advance.  If your order will not appear after 3 days (or it has been already 3 days since you have been charged), you can contact customer support for further assistance.

    What do you mean when you're saying your region query returns 5 variables? Do you get 5 rows? Or 5 columns? What does your query look like? And what are the data types of the columns selected? Number format masks can only be used with number columns. And they need to be defined on the report column attributes page for each column where you need that format mask. Not on the report attributes page.

    Hi, my subscription is supposed to be renewed today (18-02-2012), but this has not been done. Since I live in one time zone, and pay in another (using a foreign account), I am not sure when I can expect my subscription to be delivered. Please help.

    Skype system works in GMT time, this means your subscription minutes will be reset every month on the 18th 18:30GMT
    Try to place another call in 5-10 minutes later.

    I ordered a China 400 subscription on 12 Nov 2011 for three months, and the system says that my subscription would be renewed on 14 Dec 2011. However, today is already 15 DCE 2011, and I cannot use my subscription at all.

    Don't bother answering my question.  This whole website, subscription practice, inability to cancel anything... completely gross.  I just decided to never give you any money and I hope other people will too. 

  • I'm being asked to renew my product when my one year subscription has not expired and won't expire for another 6 months?

    I've got a student version of the creative cloud through my college, which for the life of me, i cannot understand why all my friends never have issues but I always do.
    So I renewed my one year subscription that my college pays for in november. It's april and last week it told me i needed to renew but let me use the products anyway. Today I open it and it says you need to renew. I go to check my dates and that and see if i can get another subscription but adobe tells me I still have a subscription that hasn't expired yet and I can't get a new one until it does. I tried to take the redemption code and use it again but it won't let me because it's already been used.
    It's not my college's problem because they don't deal with anything other than paying the subscription every year, just like a customer. They don't have access to my records or any of that, and therefore can't help me. So what the hell Adobe? Why can't I use my product that hasn't expired?
    I'm using a PC with Windows btw.

    Your subscription was started on Mar 27, 2014 and ended on Mar 27, 2015. Since then no new renewal has happened.
    If you have received a new code from your college then please visit https://creative.adobe.com/redeem to start your membership again.
