My subscription monthly payment did not go through.

I have received an email by Adobe that says i should renew my billing info etc. My billing info is correct i just had no money to cover for my monthly subscription.
I deposited the amount so there is enough to cover it. How do i get Adobe to request the amount again so the payment does go through?

    Your Plan should renew on the day after the monthly anniversary of your initial purchase e.g if you purchased your Plan on June 28th it would renew on July 29th.
    If the renewal is late please file with Customer Support.

  • HT5622 An automatic subscription renewal  did not go through my stolen card which was stopped at the bank. Now I cannot do any changes to my payment method with my new card because of incomplete billing that is not paid. What do I do?? Frustrated.

    My problem is that the iStore does not want to accept the new card that I have received. How do I pay for the last incomplete billing which did not go through because the credit card was stolen and was blocked before the store can deduct the subscription fees??

    This is all very confusing and frustrating. You recommended that I install the latest updates for:
    1. Shockwave Flash security (but do not tell me the number for the latest update)
    2. Java Plug-In version 1.6.0_07
    3. Flash version 10.0
    However, you do not tell me how install these. I also woke up early so I could access your Chat service from 6:00 - 7:00 am Pacific time but it is not available. I have also not been able to find a contact phone number to get my problem resolved. I regularly purchase on ebay and have had this problem for all 3 purchases I made in the last week. I need to purchase several other items in the next few weeks before I leave the country for 2 months. I need to get this problem resolved immediately.     Are you able to email from Mail with those two accounts?  If so:
    1 - go to iPhoto's Accounts preference pane and delete both accounts. Now add them back and try again.
    2 - a better solution IMO is to set Mail as the email client for iPhoto is iPhoto's General preference pane.  This gives you better access to your contacts, a sent copy of all emails and, if you want a layout similar to iPhoto's, photo layouts located in Mail's stationary.

    Since I updated my iphone none of my music that I did not purchase through itunes no longer works on my iphone.  It is weird, the music is on the iphone but in gray and the iphone does not recognize it.  The only songs that I could play are my songs that I downloaded on my phone that were purchased through itunes. 
    Another error: When I purchase a new song on itunes it doesn't put the song in my purchased playlist like it used too.  In order for me to play that song I just purchased I have to go back to the itunes store and play it directly from the place I purchased it from which is super annoying.
    Frankly I am really disappointed with the constant errors from upgrades that should be "Up grades" Not "down grades".  Not sure why is going on but not seems to work the same anymore.  Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with my iphone music?

    Then your family members will probably have bought their ipads with a data plan from some phone company like AT&T in the States. Maybe they even got it "sponsored", because they bought a data plan with it.
    If you bought your "iPad only" from a hardware seller, you will have to get a data plan from some phone company. Seems like you only bougth the hardware! You can still use your ipad, however, and if you have an iPhone, you do not even need a sim card in your iPad, because it can use your iPhone's data plan.
    That is what I did. I save the extra money for the 3G version, because with an iPhone 4 there is no need for an own sim Card in an iPad.
    But that is another topic.

    Try rebuilding your iPhoto library. Directions are simple Rebuilding the iPhoto library. Please post back after doing the rebuild and then re-testing.

    Also, you may install the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Professional XI on your computer and check it should convert the document unless the document is
    not password protected, also the document was originally created by standard application like Adobe Acrobat.
