Have you ever faced such situation like mine.
I have subscription for 400 minutes a month, paid by Skype Credit. Skype takes money every month though dates when it is activated always shifting further and further. For example this month they took money 10 Euros on December 2nd but said it will be activated on December 5th.
OK then, I thought today is 5th and made a call, and was charged for this call. I went to my account to see subscription is not activated, it still shows 0 minutes from last month.
After a big search on skype site I sent a letter to support only to receive outrageous lie that I already have used all my 400 minutes in the month of December. When in fact skype even didn;t activate December subscription yet,
What should I do?

Skypes indeed takes payment for subscription renewals 3 days in advance, prior to the actual date when the subscription will renew. afaik, your minutes will reset at 1:00 GMT.

I have query how to have the JTA transaction in SEI(Service endpoint interface) generated by WSDL.
I have a MDMListener (using MDM API) which looks for a recordchange in MDM repository which needs to be send to PI7.1 via soap request.
1) I had imported the WSDL from ESR(PI) and generated outside-in proxy.
2) Created ejb3.0 stateless session bean using NWDS
3) Created web service client application by generating the WSDL again (by Generate client)
4)Added a method callPI()with Service and i set the context with endpointaddress property as the soap location of the sender agreement configured in PI7.1.
The damean thread listener(EventDispatcher) looks for MDM record change and it calls the method callPI() from ejbsession bean by lookup to transfer the record to PI7.1 system via webservices(web method). I hit the below error.

Unlimted European Subscription listed as active bu...

Hi,
I have a 3 month unlimited European subscription which has been listed as active since 11th July, however, I am being charged for landline calls to the UK and Netherlands which should be covered in this subscription type. Why is this happening and how can I get my subscription working correctly?
I use Skype for my business so I'm having to use Skype credit to pay for calls that should be covered by this subscription.

You are correct that your Unlimited Europe subscription is still active. However, I checked your call history and found out that you called mobile numbers. Your subscription covers calls to Europe landline numbers only. If you will call phone numbers which are not covered by your subscription such as mobile numbers, it will be charged against your credit balance.

I would suggest that you purchase another subscription which will cover calls to United Kingdom and Netherlands mobile numbers. You can purchase a new subscription here: http://www.skype.com/en/rates/ Type United Kingdom or Netherlands under "Which country do you want to call?"

Subscription should kick in on Jan 30 but has not....

I have one more month of subscription on my account Jan 30 - Feb 28 but I can't use it today. I keep getting a message that my Skype Credit is low (I have both the subscription and Skype Credit).
Payment was taken on Jan 27th and subscription should work from Jan 30th....

Yes. Have you checked in your CC Desktop app to see if Lightroom CC is available for Install (and Photoshop should be showing Update). If it's not showing, sign-out of the app and sign back in again. 2 months ago I have subscribed to Uzbekistan 400 min subscription. It recharges automatically on 17th of each month. This month it has been recharged again on on March 17, 2012 at 18:46 (GMT/UTC). But I have not been given any free minutes so far. It says "Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes. Your free minutes will start again on Mar 18, 2012". It is already 2 days passed and I still wasn't given any free minutes. Every time when I call it charges to my Skype Credit account. Please help me to resolve this issue, since I have to make a call to Uzbekistan urgently. Thank you.

My 800 minutes montly package to Pakistan was supposed to be re-activated today on 20th August after autorecharging debited to my account on 17th of August......causing great stress as today is Eid day in Pakistan and skype monthly package.
It is very strange to see skype team very efficient in debiting the recharging amount while extremely sluggish in re-activation of package on due date , it should be automatic in my opinion other wise no use to subscribe.

Hi. I had a 400 min. subscription to Iran which I purchased about 3 weeks ago. It was used up today so I cancelled it and bought a new 400 min subscription. My credit card has been charged and I received an email that shows the order is delivered. However, it does not show my susbcription and there is a message that says my account is suspened because I have used up my minutes and I can start using free minuted on March 7. Is there a limit on how many subscriptions one can buy per month?

You can check the remaining minutes of your subscription by signing in to your account in the website. On the left panel, you should be able to see the list of your active subscriptions. Click on your subscription and you should be able to see the remaining minutes on the account.

When i am doing a resignation or leaving action for an employee on today's date, he is an active employee till the end of the day.tomorrow onwards he should be considered as Inactive emp.
any config setting is to be done so as to maintain like i can give todays date as the start date of resignation action but still it should considered as active on the start date and the next date onwards inactive,

Hi Sikander and others, my requirement is similar to his with a little variation.
Actually when i check the t-code pc00_m40_term, there is a column for notice date and the relieving date.
Suppose i give it 01.12.2011 to 15.12.2011 for a particular employee.
Then i check pa0000, under action type 01, the ending date is 15.12.2011. Now this is the relieving date.
But where is this notice date stored???? that is 01.12.2011.
Actually i want to calculate the notice period days , so that will be 30 - (15.12.2011 - 01.12.2011), so please help me out.

Subscription Service Product Activation Process

If the subscription service for Adobe InDesign CS5.5 is purchased how often does the product activation process occur, every time the application is launched, or once a month after the subscription payment has been processed? In other words, if I am running on a laptop and I wish to run the application even during the rare occasion that I don't have an internet connection, would I still be able to run the application? If the activation occurs every time the application is launched, I would assume no. I don't want to subscribe to the application if I will have occassions that I am unable to run the application just because I am not connected to the internet.

If activation verification fails, you have a 7 day grace period. Not sure about the rest. I'm sure there is some deeper logic there, but actually the serial number is timestamped and in an ideal world, it should only try to verify activation if it times out...
